Don't try to call and think you will be able to talk to someone. Just called for parts. After 10 rings someone picks up and asks you to hold. After waiting for 10 mins on hold. No one still picks back up. Hung up. Called auto zone. Get someone to answer after 3 rings. Was fast and helpful. Don't waste your time at Napa.
We had one of our trucks break down on the side of RT88 near Cobleskill NY. I called the local Napa and spoke to Dustin, he had the air line compression fitting in stock that we needed, I paid him over the phone with my credit card and he delivered the part to my driver so he could make the necessary repair to get back on the road. Dustin saved the day, excellent product knowledge and customer service!!!!!!!!!!
This is the best Auto Parts Store I have ever visited! Well trained personal, honest advise and a large parts inventory for Automotive, Light and Heavy Truck as well as Marine, Trailer, Industrial, Ag, Paint and Body. They do hydraulic hoses, Curb Side P/U, Online purchase...They do it all!
Horrible customer service!!!! My boyfriend was just in there this morning shortly after 8am. There were 3 guys working, one helping a customer and the other 2 ignored him and never offered any assistance. After waiting 10 minutes and no offer of help he went across the street to Advance Auto Parts. Guess NAPA doesn’t need business.
Hydraulic hose blew. Put in plastic bag and took it to NAPA. Explained I needed same length hose with same ends. Within 10 minutes, new hose with new ends. Very reasonable in price! Back home in no time!
What can I say it's a Napa, great staff they even know about what they sell which seems to be lacking across the street. Can't say I've ever had an issue.
