Brody was so great. I requested assistance with a headlight bulb replacement as it was stuck. He was able to get it out and replace. He was very patient, determined and professional. It was also about 5° and windy. I would absolutely recommend!!!! Thanks Brody

I have never been to a O'Reilly Auto Parts store even though I drive by one every time I go to Cobleskill NY. I needed a $10.00 turn signal lens. I wasn't sure if the 3 prong connector would match, I spoke with Bubba twice, what a chill, smart, friendly, knowledgeable guy he was. I had to call their main office and I spoke with Ian for about 15 minutes to help me with this online order. He was just great. I called my local store back, Bubba placed my order. Great service, really appreciate how awesome the communication was/is with these guys!! Great JOB !!Thanks Mike
Visiting from Maine for our sons Coby graduation. Hours before we left for home our Silverados wiper blades broke. I drove to the store just before closing. Henderson was working and sold me new wiper blades and installed them. Thanks to him we could leave on time for our return trip home. What an asset to O’Reillys he is!
I recently visited an auto parts store in Oneonta, NY because I was concerned about some codes on my dashboard. When I asked if they could help, I was told that they could sell me a code reader.🫤
What a difference when I visited O'Reilly Auto Parts in Cobleskill today. The techs were friendly and John was happy to read my codes, read my report, check my battery and give me some excelkent advice. This level of customer service is greatly appreciated. Kudos to this industrious and pleasant young man and his personable coworkers!😃
Kendrick was so awesome! I was in a bind with my car a little bit today and even though it was a quick fix, I didn't have tools with me to do the job. He was very pleasant and came right out and really helped me out! I really appreciate having an O'Reilly's in Cobleskill!

It's a clean, well lit store and parking lot. They may be more money than Walmart but Walmart doesn't immediately help you find your wipers, nor do they install at no extra charge. An associate, Jesse, exceeded expectations and deserves recognition! I recommend this store.
I’ve had the most wonderful experience the two times I’ve gone to O’Reillys in Cobleskill. The first time I had a misfire and needed spark plugs, they helped me figure out which ones and told me how to change them. Today my blower motor went and they had the part in a few hours and walked me through how to replace it. I won’t use any other parts store for any of my car needs. Cobleskill O’Reillys is the place to go.
Fantastic customer service, absolutely above and beyond! If it wasn’t for Rachel and Jesse I would’ve been stranded on the side of the highway. They let me fix my punctured tire and even gave me a helping hand. Before I knew it I was back on the road again!
Ready for a Story! My son got his truck stuck 2 miles in the woods in a mud hole. Duh! Chris and Kristy were the best! They had the only tire chains in town out of 4 auto parts stores! They also had another set on the way in case we broke a chain. Saved our (his) butt! Can't even tell you how accommodating they were. I will never buy from anywhere else in town. Truly the best!
Always incredibly impressed with the quality of service from the staff at this store. Everyone is extremely helpful without being condescending. The staff all have a great attitude and everyone seems to like their job. They are eager to help you find what you need. Always my first and only stop in Cobleskill when I need something for one of my vehicles. Keep up the good work!
Orielly has became my go to. I despise advanced auto. And autozone is good. However it seems Orielly has the parts I need on the shelf or can get them that day. And usually cheaper.
Chris and Kristy are absolutely amazing! Two weeks ago today, I brought my car to a local mechanic I had never been to because my alternator was dead and it was the soonest person I could get in with. This is my only mode of transportation other than hitching rides with the very few people I know around here. After a week and a half, he said he couldn't find a new one or get mine rebuilt and was giving up. He told me to come tow my car. I talked to Kristy, and her and Chris discovered the alternator in my car was actually a test alternator from the manufacturing process that had never been removed. That's why the mechanic I had it with couldn't find one that matched. They found me an alternator, and didn't stop until they found one that got my car up and running. And got me a battery, because mine was original to the car and hadn't been charged for two weeks at this point. They even have spark plugs coming to replace mine, which need to be replaced but my car is still functional. So I guess the moral of this review is: Chris and Kristy did in three days what this mechanic I took my car to couldn't do in a week and a half. I officially have my car back and could not be any happier. HIGHLY recommend the team at O'Reilly's. I don't think it's humanly possible for me to express how much I recommend them.

I genuinely hope this store continues to be as hospitable and helpful as they were the other day. A wonderful selection of detailing gear and products. Oil prices seemed a tad high but I guess everything is these days. Keep it up and it's my go to for sure.
Above and beyond doesn't begin to explain the staff at this location. The staff not only helped me identify relevant parts and troubleshoot a potentially much more expensive issue, they went the extra mile to ensure I found the right solution. I stopped in twice - first for a battery, then for a fuse related to replacing the battery on my SUV. Chris, Jordan, and Christy tirelessly sorted through part finding, helping me find someone to solve my time sensitive issue, and even pointed me in the right direction to get the job done. Getting my car running was critical and they got the job done. Big applause. Will certainly be my future go-to.
