My friend needed her front bumper fixed for scratches and a broken piece. Mark was honest and brief in his quotes for the repair. Honesty is hard to find these days. He also should empathy to my friend Ivette. I highly recommend this place without hesitation. Thank you Mark for your honesty and compassion.

Apparently, part of a body shop is not being able to fix or understand how to fix a busted body seal...despite everyone one I've talk telling me to call a body shop. Guess not all body shops are made equal.

Was not happy at all. I was told to take 3 weeks to get it into the shop. And that he would need it for one week to fix headlight in front quarter panel. It took two weeks and they would never give me an answer on the phone when it was going to be ready. When I finally got it I took it home it was at night and raining. The next day I noticed 8-in crack in my windshield. I took it back he told me, "well you had it for a day". I told him it didn't have a crack when I brought it in. He said it might have been a chip in the window and that he wasn't going to fix it but he could order me one. Never going back there he basically called me a liar and a cheat instead of admitting that one of his guys crack my window.
A&R Motors Inc does great work, they are honest, upfront and keep you updated along the way. My car looks better than new after having work done there.
Do not go here for inspections. This place failed me citing a slightly worn tires and tried to upsell me on replacing them in order to get a passed inspection. Went to another shop, mechanic said tires were fine and passed the car. For some context, we just replaced all 4 tires less than 2 years ago. Will not bring my services here going forward
The guys at A&R Motors go out of their way to make you a part of the family! They did a smoke test to see why the check engine light was on, ordered the part (charcoal canister), installed it, drove my car the required miles and did my inspection! I’ve already recommended them to several friends and will use them as my garage in the future! Thanks guys for the excellent service!

My dad’s 328xi wouldn’t start when running errands today. Called AAA for a tow after determining the battery was healthy and carrying a charge and something else was up. A man showed up to tow us in 10 minutes flat and was super kind and patient when I was trying to explain that it has a weird way to tow it and have 0.0% auto vocabulary. I wish I caught his name!! Bookmarking the place for the future- although we have a family friend who does our cars, it’s always good to have a backup. Greatly appreciate the patience, speed, and kindness!
Didn't end up using this shop, but went in for an estimate on some car damage. This shop sat down with me and went over options for parts, described to me the process while they created the estimate- rather than disappearing into a room and coming back with a number. They quoted me lower than other shops' estimates by hundreds of dollars and I felt like they were being transparent about part costs, options, and the whole process which was good! Friendly and helpful!

I went to the shop 2x with my classic 300zx which need some body work done. I wanted an estimate for the body work and to have my rims redone. I was recommended to go there by one of thier employees who I know. So I show up the 1st time and Mark who is the only person who can do estimates is not there. The lady in the office tells me to come back either the next day or the day after and Mark will be available. I show up 2 days later and she tells me Mark isn't there again for the entire day. She hands me a business card and say to call before I come again. So today, 11/9/2020 I call and the lady answers the phone. I ask is Mark available for an estimate. Her response was he is busy and may be available later today or tomorrow. I told her I'll just find another body shop and hung up. As a business owner Mark should be readily available to do estimates or have another person there to fill in for him when he isn't available. I have no clue how this body shop stays in business if there isn't an estimator on site while the shop is open. Don't waste your effort or time going to this shop. If the customer service is so poor just trying to get an estimate for a job I can only imagine how much worse the customer service will be if something is done wrong once the job is complete. If I could give this shop ZERO STARS I would do that.
Absolutely fantastic Body Shop quick turnaround and an extremely knowledgeable staff, they did an amazing job on my 1965 Corvette. Mark and Tony are the A team to get the job done.

If I could report 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. Waited 2 hours for road side assistance. Called 3 times to ask what's going on and they said each time someone is on their way. 4th time I called they stated this service call was "declined". I am a female and was stuck on the side of the road waiting for 2 hours alone just to get "declined" and then had to find another shop that would help. Very unprofessional and I would never recommend them to anyone.
My Chevy Cruze looks better than new! A&R took the best care of my car that was smashed in the front and back from deer incidents. They communicated with the insurance companies and car rental place- my mind was at ease. Their work was perfect, my car looks better than it did when I bought it and it was fixed and back to me in a snap. Highly recommended. Mark is the best!
These guys did a phenomenal job on my 2015 Porsche 911. They had to repaint the entire front, replace a broken headlamp and daytime running light, as well as damage to the rear bumper. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and I will never bring any of our cars anywhere else. Thanks, Rob
It took a long time to get an appt, so I guess that speaks to the caliber of work they do. My car was pretty beat up from an accident in bad weather; car only had liability ins soit was out of pocket. A& R did what they needed to do to keep the price below the initial est.& still made the car road worthy! Greatful.
NOT EVEN ONE STAR!! They fixed my car. When I got it back the front bumper looked like a small gap between headlight and bumper. After a month the gap was bigger. Brought it back. One of the men who worked there said bring it back geico can pay us to fix it again!! ? They said they will put a new light ( light was foggy n rain was getting into light) n another bumper. They were ordering a new bumper. I called back after the holidays around 2 months later n he tells me HE HAD THE BUMPER but forgot to call me!! So, I brought the car in n they fixed it. Picked the car up n noticed the gap n same foggy light ? I called geico explained to them n brought my car to a geico shop in Fishkill who fixed my sons car like new n will be fixing A & R’s botched job!! VERY DISAPPOINTED
What can I say. The workers at A&R are great. They explain everything to you. They keep you in the loop with text updates which is awesome. So you arent playing guessing games and having to call over and over to know what is going on or when your car will be ready. If you have Geico it works out great because they have a rep at the shop along with an Enterprise rep as well for easy car rental. Overall great experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend this shop.
I needed an expensive repair, and had checked out multiple places but these are good people. Honest, caring, and hard working. Went above and beyond, and I'm very grateful. Thank you. Especially Kenny. Kenny is awesome. If I could give more stars I would.
The staff operated in excellence from the time I walked in the door. My car was repaired in a timely fashion and above that, my car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. WOW!! The service was beyond my expectations, HIGHLY recommended!!
