My husband got into a car accident, and this was our first time using this auto body shop. They worked directly with our insurance company, which made everything so much easier. The mechanic was super friendly and gave us a quick, fair estimate. The whole team was very thorough, kept us updated throughout the repair process, and finished right on time. The receptionist was also great, friendly, helpful, and professional every step of the way. Our car looks amazing, you’d never know it was in an accident. It honestly looks just like it did the day we bought it from the dealership. So shiny!!

Recently a deer hit me. I was so overwhelmed thinking my car was going to be in the shop for a month but they fixed my car up in 2 weeks! It came out perfect and I couldn't be happier. Cannot recommend this shop more. My VW Tiguan had more damage than originally thought after an accident. My car drives smoothly, and looks good as new! Lots of time and precision were clearly put into their work. They are very organized and pleasant to work with. Would happily send any of our cars to them.

Was on the insurance company’s recommended list. So I can’t say prices if I was paying out of pocket. Everyone working here is patient, professional, and courteous. First time at this Body Shop and it was a great experience overall . I have gone to one other body shop before this and my car was fixed but it was given back as it was . I had a tree fall on my car damaging the windshield, roof and hood. They worked with the insurance company to get everything all fixed for me. When I picked my car up it looked brand new. They even cleaned the inside of the car for me! Tony and his crew at Empire Auto do amazing work and are great to deal with.

I took my Dodge Challenger there to have a new bumper cover put on and Tony And his son Anthony took really good care of me. The car looks awesome. They did a great job. Look forward to doing more business with them.

Had my car fixed at Empire and it was the best experience I’ve had at any shop. From start to finish this was as good as it gets. At the estimate I was given a fair price to fix another part of my bumper that was cracked that the insurance wouldn’t cover. I dropped my car off and received texts until the call that the work was finished earlier than I expected. I will be taking my car here for other services they offer in the future.

Awesome experience from start to finish! They were incredibly helpful, friendly, the service was amazing, and they repaired my car before my loaner ran out from my insurance company, which saved me quite a deal of money! The work was top notch. You’d never know that any repair was done!

Had minor cosmetic damage from a deer incident. Empire fixed the damage in a reasonably quick amount of time. My car was clean when picked up, overall great shop.

These guys are awesome! Got into a nasty wreck with my Subaru and they were able to bring her back to better than before the crash. They even detailed the inside of my car and I have kids (and dogs) this car was gross and they did an awesome job!
