I went in to buy new wiper blades. Jeffrey was awesome! He was nice and helpful. He helped me pick out 2 new wipers, and he replaced the old ones for me while it was raining, which I was very appreciative of! The prices were reasonable and I love how the new wipers work in the rain.
Very friendly staff. Prices competitive with AutoZone Advance Auto & Walmart. But overall for Quality Parts I would still stick with Napa. The bottom line is in most cases what you pay for is what you get
Called last minute to see if someone could replace a headlight for me, brought my car there and they took the time to replace it (even though it’s super tricky to do on my car). Alexis and Nate were both extremely friendly, helpful and got it done for me. I’ll be going there from now on, highly recommended. Thanks guys!!
Alexis Catherine Sergio and Peter have been a big help and helping me with my auto parts and the service has been a very great and I feel welcome there. I highly recommend you shop here instead of AutoZone, which is around the corner. They won’t help you at all shout out to Peter and Alexis and Catherine once again They are very helpful.
The New Windsor store is always a great place to get parts. Prices are competitive and the counter staff and management are friendly and knowledgeable. A+
Outstanding service! I bought then changed out a battery in their parking lot. To be certain it was the battery a technician (for lack of a better term for this outstanding young lady) came out with a voltmeter and let me borrow tools. Highly recommended business and staff!
I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the O’Reilly staff for their assistance on Friday morning. My husband and I were stranded at a gas station from 4 a.m. due to a dead battery. After jump-starting our car around 7 a.m. with our second vehicle, we visited two other auto stores, both of which declined to help us install a new battery without an appointment.
Upon searching online, I found O’Reilly was actually close to my home and decided drive back to visit the store. I inquired if they could install a battery if I purchased it from them, and they readily agreed. Consequently, I bought two car batteries, and the manager kindly installed both for us.

I want to give a huge shout out to Peter, Shawn, Mike & Karin for a great experience at O’Reiley auto parts. My daughter and I searched endlessly for struts for her Mitsubishi searching multiple websites and dealers with no success. After coming across O’Reiley auto parts online I called to make sure the parts were in stock and was assisted by Peter. He was kind enough to confirm the parts would fit the vehicle and also put them on hold for us since we had a 2 hour drive from NJ. We drove up on a Saturday and were greeted gracefully with smiles from all the employees. Great service ?
My husband purchased wiper blades for our van. He could not figure out for the life of him how to install them and figured he was sold the wrong ones. We went to the store this morning and the very nice and very helpful staff not only assured us we had the correct ones ,but installed them on for us in less than 2 mins!! The staff was very nice and very helpful. Prices here are way better than any other auto parts store around us. Will definitely go here for all our auto part needs now.
I had a disappointing experience here when I inquired about the availability of a coolant hose. The individual assisting me, who claimed to be an assistant manager, was incredibly rude and condescending. Instead of providing helpful information, he belittled my knowledge and made me feel unwelcome. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
