Got stuck when my battery died. My garage (Levine's) suggested I call Econo Towing. They came within the hour promised and were able to give me a jump so I could drive to Levine's. When I was nervous about getting there, the man said he was going back in that direction and would follow me to make sure I made it!

Hands down the best towing company in your hour of need. I wasn't able to get a rental car before they closed for the holiday. The owner met me when I could get there, so I could gather my belongings - including the groceries for my Thanksgiving dinner. Thank you!
State Farm has dispatched econo to my vehicle for 2 lockouts this year. Wait times vary but when they arrived service was quick and easy!! I recommend them for this service!

Garbage company with horrible drivers impatient while towing. I’ll make sure to spread the word to everybody I know to not use this company. To think that this is a local company to hire such idiotic drivers. Can’t wait till they go out of business. This company deserves it
Went to pick my car up from their lot. Very unprofessional. You are paid to tow cars not damage them. Gravel in pipe proves the car was scraped along the ground. And just look where they dropped it, no respect for peoples property!
Needed to get my car towed because of a flat tire, and Econo Towing was helpful and kind. I was able to call the night before and make an appointment for the following morning. They showed up promptly, and were so professional! I would recommend them and would use them again myself.
This place is horrible got into a accident and they was hold my personal stuff inside my wreck car until i pay then. Had to call the police so i can get my own stuff out my own car
Not sure who the big guy was that came to my rescue but I have to say that he was super nice, professional, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Thought I needed a tow but it was just a battery issue and he followed me to the Honda dealership and then to Autozone to make sure my car problems were taken care of ... Thank you Econo Towing ??
Called Saturday early in the morning asked what time they closed since I dont work weekends and was told they're not open my grandfather and I went today to get the vehicle there was a sign that said open Saturday til noon by appointment thanks for lying econo people and $600 there goes rent and food for the month 150 to tow it and 300 storage and late fees don't use this company bad service and the lady is rude they want money but don't supply good service
Had my car towed overnight. Went in the next day to pick it up and as I was driving noticed a noise coming from the rear driver side. Brought it back to Ecno to show them and they didnt bother to even look. Spoke to Scott the owner and he said to bring it to a nearby shop to have it looked at no charge and if there was damage they would be responsible for the bill. The Bill comes around and story changed. At first he said he wasnt paying anything towards it. Then after the shop called him and he was informed of the damage he offered to pay half. After arguing they finally agreed to do the right thing. Mind you the shop bill was the same price as the tow. He couldn't go out of pocket for a mistake one of his drivers made. Very unprofessional. Lady at the front desk is rude.
Excellent fast service! The truck I rode in was spotless and they came to tow my car 30 mins earlier than the estimated time which helped me out tremendously because I thought I would be late picking up my son from daycare. I would definitely recommend them if you're in need of a tow.
Poor customer service. I get it...you need to make money but some customers didn't pick them to tow their car. Don't be petty and be rude to people and make up your own rules (going against NYS laws mind you) and expect anything but rude customers. The lady at the front desk is absolutely terrible to deal with and good luck reaching the owner Scott (who is never in the building apparently).
I needed a tow from one service station to another and I have never been more pleased to use a company like Econo Towing.
From the Dispatcher Wendy to the tow guy Jeff, they were both the most professional people that you can come upon in a very stressful situation when dealing with a broken car, and I could not beat the price. They also deal with the warranty company for payment if need be so no money out of your pocket if it is all covered, so don't forget to ask. I will make sure to keep their info in my phone to use for my AAA contract.
Very good experience, followed thru with their word when they said they would arrive within the hour. Lastly the price was very good & lower than I expected.
Car was towed from a private lot at the water front, they have no overnight customer service to care for customers. Poor phone etiquette and extremely un empathetic for customers. The open lot provides no services at night other than providing extra cash for Econo towing service, what a way to serve the community Econo. Guess who will never use or refer your services, many good luck.
