This place was amazingly efficient. just not great if you're trying to go there for the first time you won't know exactly what to do but if you look on the ground you should be able to see where you're supposed to stand.
Was turned away from the old stashes , because I had to many bottles, went down the road here and they were fast, efficient, & actually took the returnable. Absolutely recommend them
Just came here for the first time and won’t be doing can or bottles any other way. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes for $28 worth of cans. Would have easily taken over 40 minutes at the self-serve and having to call a clerk over to empty the bins. The workers are friendly and quick. Just give the worker by conveyor belt your bags/boxes of stuff and they’ll start unloading. Once complete, they’ll give you a ticket to bring and cash out to the counter that’s just 10 ft away. The place is about as clean as it can get with the type of work we’re dealing with…yes it smells, but not terrible like other facilities I’ve used.
We had a fundraiser for Autism and worked with EZ Bottles and Cans to redeem the over 59,000 cans we collected. Henry, Jack, and staff were very easy to work with and sent the truck up to our location several times. We were paid promptly, and we can’t say enough good things about this business! Thank you!
RIP OFF. I brought in 438 cans and bottles according to their machine count (1 HUGE BAG FULL AND 2 GARBAGE CANS FULL). I got a tag for 138 and the machine was cleared right away. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. DISHONEST PEOPLE. WILL RIP YOU OFF. THAT WAS A $15.00 LOSS TO ME.
I was there with my grandfather and it was supposed to be almost 2,500 bottles and the girl stopped the machine when it was at a thousand and restarted it again and went back to zero and when it reached 1,000 again they counted the others by hand and only counted 1,200 and The other 1000 were never put up to.
Closing time is false. I was there at 5:20 they already had the closed sign up on the door it says they close at 5:25 wasted my time rushing down here before they closed when they close before they're listed time of 5:30 they need to post accurate times to where people don't waste their time coming down here for nothing
Very fast, very easy. Just walk in, bring your bags of cans to the next open person, and they take it from there. Oncecprocessed, they give you a slip of paper with your bottle/can count on it. You bring that to the front register and they cash you out.
The only caveat: do not bring in glass bottles, nor any water bottle over 20 oz. All of our glass soda bottles, 2 liter bottles, and oversize water bottles were processed and kept but they will not redeem those for cash. In the future, I will be sure to separate our returnables before bringing them in and bring in only those things I know I will receive cash for at this facility. All others I will return myself at our local Hannafords.
This place is awesome. Super quick, you will be in and out in 5 minutes tops on a regular day. They have more than one sorter, so you don't have to wait long if you do have to wait. The cashier is quick and fast. Cute little waiting room set up separate from the return area. It doesn't even smell as terrible as other bottle and can places I've been in where the smell of stale beer is usually overwhelming. They've definitely got a nice, efficient little operation going here. If you have to go anywhere, this is the one. (Even better than drive thru one)
Hardworking staff and that building especially during what's going on Stephanie appreciate their efforts I had a bunch of stuff and it went fast and smooth
Unique bottle and can redemption center. Automated machines count plastic returns very quickly. Glass is counted separately. Well staffed. Returns take very little time.
A spin of the bicycle wheel near the register will return 5 to 8 cents per bottle to you.
Would be 5 stars if it wasn't for some abandoned buildings in the area.
Suggest we support this place as it is in a few block area of some pretty nice small businesses (bakeries, meat stores, barber shops, and grocery stores) that all have pretty good products and service!
I love this place. Yeah, it smells, but that's to be expected when people don't rinse their stale beer and fruit juice out of their bottles before returning them. Hello? The service, however, is fast and friendly, and miles better than using the small return boxes at the grocery stores. Spinning the wheel adds some fun to a rather mundane task. Today, I was in and out in 20 minutes after taking it 469 bottles and cans. I highly recommend!
Great service these folks perform. Plenty of parking, convenient hours and location, replete with a chance to get $0.08 per return if the spinning (tireless bicycle) wheel finds favor with you! People there were very helpful, eager to serve and went about their business in workmanlike manner. I did not wait long to be received either, and was not their only customer at the time. EZ Bottle & Can Return Center made the mundane and cumbersome task of doing my part for the environment much easier. Reflecting on it now, it seems I had a partner who shared this common, yet important, goal. Much better than going to the grocery store. I was in and out with $12.75 within 10 minutes. Handling these 255 bottles and cans, one by one at the grocery store would easily have taken 20 minutes IF the machines did not require chasing down a speedy employee to empty and reset them. As pleasant an experience as could be had with this task I seldom look forward to.
Had to return a total of 872 bottles, it took under 30 min from time walked in to time I was out with cash in hand. Never using bottle return machines again, glad I found this place.
Super fast and easy. They have a lotto system where cans can be accepted at up to 8c (it's and old bike wheel, see pic). Landed on 8c my first time in.
Super convenient with their high speed counting machines. They can count entire bags in seconds and it makes the process so much easier. Not to mention the possibility of getting up to an 8 cent return by spinning the wheel!
Our fundraiser with them made it easy for us! They brought the truck to our event and took the bottles away. Great service, pick-up and we got our money with in hours that same day. They counted over 8000 returns using the automated counter in just hours. We have done this before and it took weeks to get them counted and the money sent to us. I look forward to using them again.
