This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Based on the provided feedback—likely for a scrap/recycling yard rather than Autopart International in Utica, NY—sentiment is highly positive overall (94/100), though applicability is uncertain. Themes: professional, friendly staff, fast unloading/pickups, clean, organized yard, fair pricing, and helpful problem-solving. Common complaints: occasional rude treatment, muddy/tight access for large trailers, and unclear scale classifications/mislabeled metals. Little said about inventory variety or ease of finding parts. Customer service trends strong; wait times generally short.
The manager of this location can not properly manage , and straight up lies about the estimated time of arrival of parts. This location is so unreliable that I would not use them if your customer is waiting.
My car told me my engine was overheating and had to stop. Got off the arterial. Stopped at first driveway I could find. OMG. He looked at my car. Figured out I had no antifreeze. Put some in. Had to get someone to get more.<br>Spent so much time with me. Went to go pay him. Wouldn't take any money. God bless you and Thanks so much. I was really worried and you were an Angel
