Hello, I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding a trash warning I recently received. I have been following the assigned schedule and placing my trash outside on Wednesday nights using blue garbage bags. However, I do not understand the reason for this warning. I have clearly observed that other residents in the neighborhood are placing their trash in regular store bags (such as Target and Walmart bags) without receiving any warnings or penalties. I was informed that the issue might be that my bags are not the “official Utica blue bags.” However, I have not seen any evidence of such specific branded bags being used consistently in this area. This creates confusion and raises concerns about inconsistent enforcement of rules. Additionally, I would like confirmation on whether this warning was officially issued by your department or not. I respectfully request: Clear written guidelines regarding the exact trash bag requirements. Confirmation of whether this warning is valid. Fair and consistent enforcement of regulations across all residents. I would appreciate your prompt response to resolve this matter.

Getting stickers was easy for recycling I called the number when they got there the stickers were on the table it was quick and easy

CHANGE YOUR WEBSITE TO REFLECT YOUR ACTUAL HOURS, DROVE ALL THE WAY DOWN TO FIND THE PLACE CLOSED AT JUST AFTER 4PM... WEBSITE STILL STATES OPEN UNTIL 5. RATHER INCONSIDERATE AND SLOPPY WEBSITE MAINTENANCE.
