Steven's Towing saved the day for me. My motor coach wouldn't start in the morning, it was very COLD. They came out to jump the bus but quickly discovered the fuel system was gelled due to the negative degree temperature. The technician worked on this for hours until the bus was up and running.... They even called me hours later to see how the everything was going. Pure class operation.... Thank you, again.... George Brown

f I could give negative stars, I would. Where do I even begin with Steven’s Towing Company? I’d honestly have more faith handing my keys to a blindfolded raccoon than to this circus act disguised as a towing service. They showed up two hours late, smelling like regret and bad decisions, only to tell me they “forgot the flatbed.” This is a TOWING company. That’s like a pizza place saying they forgot the dough. What exactly do you do, Steven? Collect trucks and disappoint people for a living? Their customer service? Picture being yelled at by a toddler who just learned curse words. Rude, impatient, and clearly allergic to basic professionalism. One guy literally asked me if I knew how to use Google Maps better than their dispatcher. I was stranded, not trying to win an argument on Reddit. And let’s talk prices. They charged me like they were flying my car first-class across the country. I half-expected a champagne toast and in-flight entertainment. Spoiler: I got neither. Just a scraped bumper, a dented ego, and a bill that looked like it belonged to a luxury resort. Do yourself a favor — if your car breaks down and you’re considering Steven’s Towing Company, just push it home with your bare hands. It’ll be faster, less painful, and probably safer. Steven, if you’re reading this: retire. Please. For the sake of stranded people everywhere.

We were stranded late at night. Called this company and they answered right away. The owner came to get us and towed us to our preferred garage. Accessible, friendly and professional. You’re a good man and company! Thank you for helping us.

The responded quickly despite the weather. Their prices were fair, they don’t bleed their drivers dry for money. The person who came to help was super polite and respectful.

Steven showed up promptly even though it was well after regular working hours. He had the knowledge, experience, and right equipment to get the job done well. He towed my 1-ton pickup and plow out of the snowbank in which it was stuck. I will use his service when I need it.

This so called business is a joke bought a 2010 Chevy eqanox and the promised us stuff and nothing well now the car is in shop with a major oil leak and my mechanic put it in air and the gram is busted and has been like that for awhile so how did he get car inspected what a joke I wouldn’t buy anything from him or let him tow my lawnmower they are rip offs be seeing them

Life savers, made an horrible day much manageable. We are a moving company , Our 26ft Box truck and our customers GMC Sierra got stuck on mud in Newport NY. Stevens came out on time as promised and made the impossible possible.He manage to haul both vehicles about 200 ft to solid ground. Great service and very experienced, I highly recommend.
