This place is straight terrible. If you want to come here to get scamed and robbed don't come here. I would give this place NEGATIVE 5 stars if I could. Johnathan Ferruzola was the service advisor. I told them my battery was Draining, left my car overnight and they say the couldn’t find a problem but my battery was bad. I told them I had the battery for one month and it was new and it was Draining. They tried to sell me a battery even though I had a warranty with autozone. They robbed me $250 without telling me why it was Draining. I took my car to a new mechanic to install a new battery. It took him 5 seconds to figure out the problem without me telling him there was a problem. These guys are 10/10 worst service. I beg you guys not to waste your time at this location. I've been to different toyota locations and this one is by far the worst one.

Parts department and service were excellent in ordering, cutting and programming a new key for my 2021 Toyota Tacoma. I did not have an appointment, but I was welcomed as a walk in and service was less than 30 minutes.
Devin was amazing! He was welcoming and professional, the whole process was smooth and stress free. My service (oil change and filters change) was completed quickly. Oh! And there’s coffee in the waiting area for us coffee lovers. Love it there, highly recommend and will definitely go back. Ask for Devin!
Well, first and foremost, the team at this location knows how to create a warm, welcoming vibe that immediately puts you at ease. I originally came in for a recall, a bit unsure about my vehicle’s health, and left with a FREE 25 point inspection plus some very affordable parts for my parents’ Sienna. Talk about going above and beyond!
From start to finish, my service agent, Steven Bautista (shoutout to him!), made sure I was taken care of. He walked me through everything clearly and never made me feel rushed or overlooked.
The entire staff operates like a well oiled machine but with the feel of a family, which is rare and honestly impressive.

First time taking my vehicle to get service there almost everything was amazing just one thing they need to work on which if it wasn’t because of that they would of earn 6 stars not 4 , i feel that once a vehicle comes down after service is done a customer shouldn’t have to wait about 45 minutes to get vehicle back ! All that time i waited after vehicle was brought down i was told the staff on the first floor was waiting for the report something i already had received via text the minute vehicle came down ! But supposedly the staff on the first floor didn’t receive yet ! I feel that once a vehicle is brought down report should be there available for all because if the customer had received it then staff on the first floor should of had received it as well . At the moment that my vehicle was brought down they wasn’t busy so i had to wait 45 minutes just so i can go ahead and pay . This a great place ill recommend this service center for now thats the only thing they should work on ! Everything and everyone was amazing

Appointment for servicing was booked at 11.30am and I was waiting in waiting room till 2.30pm, I saw them taking my car for servicing at 2pm. My car came under Toyota care and the salesman was trying to threaten me saying tyres are not in balance, and trying to make me pay extra for the same!
He also threatens to put 5 stars, I cannot do -5 so am putting one star, which is also not deserved.
PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE!
Car was towed by NYC, they damaged the undercarriage.
Took car in same day & requested photos of damage. My Service advisor Janil was great, provided repair quote, videos & photos for the claim to NYC.

Fordham Toyota provided excellent service on my vehicle. They were also very friendly and responsible in their work, informing me how long it would take to resolve the mechanical issue. My assistant, Janil, was very kind and she explained the entire process of my vehicle's warranty to cover the mechanical costs.

I recently visited the service department at Fordham Toyota, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of care and professionalism I received.
Adrian was incredibly helpful and made sure I understood exactly what services were being performed. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Devin also went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently and that my vehicle was returned in top condition. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made a big difference.
The entire service team was courteous, organized, and clearly committed to customer satisfaction. From check-in to pick-up, the experience was seamless and exceeded my expectations.

I've been going to them for a very long time and only had one bad experience. Their professionalized service is great. I am sure to leave with satisfaction (excluding that one exception) and with a free car wash!
The service experience for my Rav4 at this location has been positive, with the front desk staff consistently providing excellent service. Vehicle turnaround times have also been reasonable. The mechanics demonstrate a high level of diligence in their work.
However, the parts department has presented challenges. On multiple occasions, I sought assistance in locating factory alloy rims for my vehicle, and was incorrectly informed that they were unavailable. Furthermore, a promised callback was not received. While the service department appears to be operating effectively, my interactions with the parts department were not satisfactory.
Excellent service. Needed a lot of extra work beyond the routine maintenance I brought it in for. Work was done the same day and I can feel the difference in the way the car drives.
Courteous and I appreciate the lounge area for waiting.
I arrived early at the Service Department and told my SA Jonathan that I needed my vehicle by a certain time. He assured me the mechanics would get to it first thing. Jonathan also looked up every possible discount to ease the pain on my wallet. Very happy with my service visit - highly recommend Jonathan and all the staff at Fordham Toyota Service.
As usual, it was a great visit. The service consultant was polite and professional. The timing that he advised on when my truck would be ready was pretty much spot on. Again, thanks, Fordham Toyota!
