Not welcoming at all. It took 30 minutes for someone to acknowledge me when I came in for my maintenance appointment. Hardly anyone speaks English. My advisor did the bare minimum. I will be doing business at Westchester Toyota from now on.

Booking the appointment was easy. But on the other hand customer service here is terrible. I never received a call to pick up my car and when i called the girl on the phone said that the car was picked up already I told her I didn’t which she argued back and gave me the date according to her i picked up. I told her i tracked the car and it was there to what she responded “if you know is here come pick it up” whatt!!! I asked for a supervisor and was denied to speak to one.

Got good experience with the staff and services at my local dealer. Not needing to stress out their extra miles assistance will help you. Toyota is great for all things mechanical reliability and customer service as well. Don’t worry just ask them for any questions or needs. My experience as a very Satisfied customer.

I purchased a 2023 Toyota Venza upstate and it's really too far to do regular maintenance. I needed a good Toyota service service near by. I checked OEM service department near by and Fordham Toyota had very good reviews on Google. I made an appointment with them, very friendly and easy going. No hard sell for additional service. After they checked my car, received a text video and list for what they believed I needed. I checked the boxes for the services I approved and that's it. Easy peasy. No he hard sell. I do plan on returning for future service.

My service advisor Jonathan Ferruzola was excellent. He clearly explained the critical issues, laid out the repair process and options, and kept me informed. The waiting room is very comfortable and clean; the whole facility is very well maintained. I liked that the mechanic provided a video, but unfortunately not of one of the significant repair items suggested. All in all a very good experience. I must say though, I sm not entirely sure about the cost for the service work. I am still adjusting to how expensive everything has become.

Honestly the service was horrible. I was told by a customer that toyota gives free washes with a service. I wasnt offered nor informed of anything. Only that I was told was I had to pay $1,829.14 plus tax for an airbag that is not even in stock and I would have to wait ( an unknown time frame). This was the last straw at this place and I would not go again and I will tell others I know, dont even bother going there.

I do not recommend this workshop for service or for using the warranty that came with my Toyota when I bought the vehicle, specifically the Allstate warranty. They charged me $250 for the diagnostic, even though the warranty company had agreed to cover the repair costs. The dealer never contacted the warranty company to process the payment, despite charging me the $250 for the diagnostic. They refused to contact the warranty company, which would have covered all the expenses. I ended up taking my vehicle to another Toyota service center, City World Toyota Service, where I received the proper customer service, and the warranty covered all the costs.

Had a lovely experience and very much appreciate the professionalism, speed, and ease in getting to the location. Even though we have a Mazda I will be going here regardless. Location is clean, staff is great, and shoutout to Jhosue for being great and always keeping me in the loop - truly made the experience less stressful which invest mic appreciate.

Service itself was great! No issues there. My issues were 1: i was told multiple times when i made my appointment that the service center was next door to Fordham Toyota sales, this was not the case. 2: I also made an appointment to refinance my current vehicle which i said is what i wanted to do multiple times, instead i was told i was not able to refinance my current car and that i should instead upgrade to a new 2025 vehicle which would cost me more monthly. Not sure why this was the suggestion when my issue is my current monthly payments are too much for me to maintain, but they were very adamant in wanting to put me in a new car. If you want repeat customers to your business, pressuring them into purchasing a new vehicle when that's not what they want is not the route to go.

Oul change what good price. Filter quote totally unbelievable. Fikters sont cost $311 to replace. No way. But I will go back for oil changes. Courteous and polite.

Make sure you know what you want and what is needed for your car or they will take advantage of you. My girlfriend got swindled into getting extra services she didn't need and an absolutely ridiculous quote for future service. I expected better from an official service location. I'd rather go to a mom and pop shop that'll have better prices and hopefully won't try and rip us off. I'm so upset my trusted local mechanic closed up. It's so hard to find a good one.

I brought my 2020 Prius Prime in for routine maintenance at around 32,000 miles. During the visit I was told I needed a “Hybrid Battery Service” and was quoted $550 for it. I later confirmed through Toyota’s official maintenance schedule that there is no required hybrid battery service at this mileage. This is something that only may be needed many years later or in cars with heavy pet hair or dust buildup, which does not apply to my vehicle.
The dealership presented the service as if it were routine or required, when it is not. This made me feel like I was being upsold on work that was unnecessary. I want other Prius and hybrid owners to be aware and to check the manufacturer schedule themselves before agreeing to any additional packages.
The standard 30,000 mile maintenance is very simple: oil and filter, tire rotation, cabin and engine air filters, and a brake and fluids check. Nothing more was actually required. If you are a hybrid owner, I recommend asking the advisor to show you where the service appears in the Toyota maintenance guide before agreeing.

This place is straight terrible. If you want to come here to get scamed and robbed don't come here. I would give this place NEGATIVE 5 stars if I could. Johnathan Ferruzola was the service advisor. I told them my battery was Draining, left my car overnight and they say the couldn’t find a problem but my battery was bad. I told them I had the battery for one month and it was new and it was Draining. They tried to sell me a battery even though I had a warranty with autozone. They robbed me $250 without telling me why it was Draining. I took my car to a new mechanic to install a new battery. It took him 5 seconds to figure out the problem without me telling him there was a problem. These guys are 10/10 worst service. I beg you guys not to waste your time at this location. I've been to different toyota locations and this one is by far the worst one.

Parts department and service were excellent in ordering, cutting and programming a new key for my 2021 Toyota Tacoma. I did not have an appointment, but I was welcomed as a walk in and service was less than 30 minutes.

Devin was amazing! He was welcoming and professional, the whole process was smooth and stress free. My service (oil change and filters change) was completed quickly. Oh! And there’s coffee in the waiting area for us coffee lovers. Love it there, highly recommend and will definitely go back. Ask for Devin!

Well, first and foremost, the team at this location knows how to create a warm, welcoming vibe that immediately puts you at ease. I originally came in for a recall, a bit unsure about my vehicle’s health, and left with a FREE 25 point inspection plus some very affordable parts for my parents’ Sienna. Talk about going above and beyond!
From start to finish, my service agent, Steven Bautista (shoutout to him!), made sure I was taken care of. He walked me through everything clearly and never made me feel rushed or overlooked.
The entire staff operates like a well oiled machine but with the feel of a family, which is rare and honestly impressive.
