Adam and his team at Aaron Auto Supply really came through for me in my search for a rare replacement Aluminum Hood for my 1998 BMW Alpina B12! I searched nationwide for this particular hood after someone ran into my “Holy Grail” dream car and damaged my driver’s side front corner. After 4 months of searching, Aaron Auto Supply was the place I found the Hood I needed. Aaron Auto Supply provided me with friendly service. They were very responsive and really came through for me in my purchase of the “NLA” part I desperately needed. I made the decision to drive 30 hours from Nashville, TN to Medford, NY to personally pick up the hood. I wanted to eliminate any risk of the hood possibly getting damaged by 3rd party transport. The icing on the cake was meeting Adam and his sons personally and getting to know them and their business a little more. I highly recommend Aaron Auto Supply for their parts and service!

Professional and they stand by their parts. Adam was communicative and thorough in his vast knowledge of automotive parts in his industry. Zach was helpful on the phone and in person. Solid business and valid warranty. I appreciate their ethics in business. I also traveled 3 hrs each way to pick up an engine to show their commitment to value and customer service.

Saw some hard to find interior parts for a 2008 VW R32 listed on eBay so I contacted the seller by phone. When I called i got a very receptive friendly greeting, i explained what i was calling for and that i had an offer in mind for a particular part and we were immediately able to agree to a number without even having to haggle. I was emailed an invoice and i quickly made payment. After making the payment I realized there was another part i needed from same donor vehicle so i immediately called back to see if i could also purchase that part. I was told they’d have to go check to see if that part was there and in good condition and they’d call me back. When they called back they said it wad there and they were going go throw it in with my original part no charge. Ive been in the automotive business for over 30yrs now and these types of experiences are few and far between. I’ll definitely be trying to do business with these guys again next opportunity i get and hopefully they have what i need and we can do more transactions. This all transpired on a Saturday afternoon, they shipped on Monday and I received parts on Tuesday…how’s that for service! PS: just because i got a freebie part don’t necessarily think you will too!

The employees here were great helped me walk around the whole yard until we found the bumper that I needed I highly recommend them and they gave me a good price also thanks again Aaron auto 🙂

Unprofessional & Misogynistic bullies…They lie and say parts work when they don’t work then they refuse to give your money back!. A lot of body shops will not work with them due to their bad business practices! They treat people very poorly and are especially rude to older people and women. Go anywhere else for decent parts! They won’t follow up or call back when they offer to especially Adam and Nick

Went to several other recyclers to find parts for my Hyundai sonata. I got nothing but rude people saying no good. I met the guys at Aaron Auto and they were super great! I got everything I needed and they were so friendly! I recommend them highly!

Aw man I owe this guy big time bought a car across the street couldn’t drive it cause it needed an alternator not only did they have it but I got it for less than 80$ and gave me two license plates screw free of charge most people want money for anything but this company looked out for me in a time of need and I’ll always b getting my pre owned or sourced parts from here !

They are always helpful with advice and repairs for the do it yourself people. If they don’t have the part they will locate it and get it for you if needed.
