Johnny Merizalde towed two cars for us on the Saturday before Easter. I had called 6 other towing companies, including the one whom I had an appointment with, that didn’t show up at all, and just left us hanging out in the breeze.
To say that John went above and beyond to help us out doesn’t fully describe the service we received that day. We had two non-running basement parking garage extractions, nowhere to put the cars and a time crunch to remove them.

I was surprised at the professionalism, respect and most of concern of my well being. The reason I say surprised is because these people didn’t know me, I wasn’t referred by anyone. I was very upset and mad because I just spent a lot of money on this car and from the phone call to order the tow truck the dispatcher was more concerned about if I was hurt and sympotized with me . I have friends in the business and I didn’t call them because they are more concerned about money. This guy whom I never met didn’t overcharge me because it was a Mercedes, which I would have expected. That alone puts this company a step above the rest. He told me 15-20 minutes which was a lot shorter than I was expecting and the driver was there in about 7 minutes and he was another great guy. Try to help me with the car at first to try And start it which he didn’t have to do and after a failed attempt at a boost even thought my wheels were locked he towed from behind which can be very difficult if you don’t know what you’re doing and then backed it into my driveway in one shot. Very satisfied because I googled out of nowhere and hit the jackpot. Best Towing Service I ever had in 54 years on this earth . S fee steps above the rest. Highly recommend them.

New York’s Best Towing Company!!! My car is a new push button start & I lost the key. No way to start AT ALL, the car is a rock. I shared these photos below with Owner telling him this was going to difficult and this is the path we will need to take. He confidently said, “we can get it out” I was skeptical of his confidence. Boy I was wrong!
Ray showed up and brought Jonas to help since it’s a 3 man job. We got this thing out and it didn’t take that long! Ray brought me and car over to dealership and gave me a lift back! Ray was very professional and careful with my motorcycle. He strapped it very securely and padded areas that might rub. He even sent me a picture of the bike safely dropped off at the shop. I would recommend him to my friends and family.
So great! My friend's husband was out of town and she needed me to move his car for her (she doesn't have a license) so they wouldn't get a ticket. Turns out, a light had been left on for days in the car, so it obviously was dead. It was after 7 on a Thursday night and most places were closed, and everyone who did answer said we were too far away. Hook & Go was the fourth company we called, and they were at the car within 20 minutes. The man who came was so nice, and he even came back to jumpstart the car a second time after he drove away and I (like an idiot) pressed the push to start button out of habit, turning the car off and leaving it dead again. Would definitely recommend these guys!

Very fast, responsive and friendly. They took utmost care to make sure the motorcycle fit on their lift and got to the destination with careful driving. Wish they had motorcycle specific tow trucks though- would make everything faster and safer.
Hook and go towing is amazing. The first time i used them i just randomly called them cause i found there number online. My first experience was amazing. Ray is absolutely great. I had to use them again a couple nights ago when my rear end broke. Ray was litetally there in under 2 minutes and had my truck up and ready to go in seconds. Timing and price is always great. my roadside towing company left me sitting in my disabled car in mill basin Brooklyn for over 4 hours before the Angel named Ray from hook & go drove by me randomly.
I flagged him down, he gave me a boost and determined it was the alternator, but the boost gave me a little heat to stay warm until he came back.
He was back in about 20 minutes hooked my car up drove me to Astoria and all was done.
Ray is an unbelievably nice guy, and he is a total Picasso with the tow truck. He had my up in under a minute!!

Someone else pointed out the fact that driver Ray has the skills! We have a location where people park and block our driveway A LOT. It is very frustrating to me and I'm SURE I'm known down at the local precinct as an EDP(Emotionally Disturbed Person)! Once we got the car ticketed, I called a Hook & Go competitor who told me he couldn't hook it because there was a car parked in front of it. Duh!

Two days ago my muffler fell off and I was stuck on 86Th street, I called Hook & Go Towing and they were there in less then 15 minutes. Ray is professional, reliable and personable. He was extremely helpful and compassionate given the fact that I was with both my children.

My car died on me a couple of weeks ago right after crossing the Williamsburg bridge, and being from Boston, I had no previous experience with any towing companies in Brooklyn. After being treated pretty rudely by a couple other companies that I called, the dispatcher at Hook & Go was friendly and professional, as was the driver when he arrived. Hook & Go is a good name for this company because the driver had me hooked up and ready to go in almost the blink of an eye. Serious skills!
Since I didn't know what was wrong with my car I needed to go to a garage. As I said, being from out of town, I didn't have a regular garage or know anyone who could give me a recommendation, and was honestly worried I was gonna get ripped off. The driver took me to a garage with whom they work regularly and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem extremely quickly and efficiently. Fortunately it was just my alternator belt that broke and it was a relatively quick fix, but they could have easily scammed me by telling me that I needed a new alternator or battery, but they didn't, they were straight-forward and honest with me.
Hook & Go made my life a lot easier that day, and I would recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in the unfortunate position of needing a tow. Thanks again guys!
For Father's Day weekend I flew in from Texas to spend some time with my family in New York. Sadly, on the way from the airport we caught a flat tire.
