Spoke with Ryan regarding my car that I currently have an issue with which I'll explain in a different paragraph for those interested in but he was so diligent and kind with me, explained about my vehicle and it's value and what steps he would recommend and why everything being thorough, clear and concise. He had even provided a different contact to reach out to see if it could be of assistance and stated to reach back any time for further assistance.

As for my vehicle situation my 2010 Lexus GS350 axle keeps breaking for some reason and currently at Brooklyn Impound at 26 Navy Street. So was reaching out to Ryan to see if they would be able to tow and junk the car as I don't know what's the issue but as Ryan stated the value of the car is diminished and cost to maintain the car would far exceed getting something similar or newer even if sold for parts.

After a disastrous experience with carvana ( lasted five weeks, worst company ever) I was really really upset. Easiest, fastest, and nicest way to sell you car! I was having issues with other places trying to screw me over. In a panic I sent an email here and within 10 minutes was on the phone with Ralph. Ralph walked me through the entire process. The process to get the car appraised took ten minutes and was super simple. I was in an accident and I couldn’t afford to fix my car. I needed cash quickly to buy a new car. I called many places and was offered little to no money. Amazing team! I filled out the form on the site with all of the information they requested and I received a prompt email to schedule a conversation. We had a talk 5 minutes after our email exchange. Ralph took great care of me and got me scheduled. I was scheduled for the next morning. Early! The pick up driver who took care of me called to alert me that he was on the way. No waiting as I had to go to work. The driver was super compassionate respecting that I was getting sentimental. He looked at me and said, "I understand this is your baby.
