I normally don’t write reviews, as I am not so good with the internet. However, everything nowadays is done on the internet. Just like how I found this awful man by the name of Shy and the company he represents. Let me start off from the beginning. I had a used car that I was looking to sell in the brooklyn area. I had contacted Shy to get a good a reasonable offer. However, since the start of the phone call I was attacked with numerous questions, which is typically expected, but this guy left me on the phone for 2 hours. NOT EXAGGERATING!! He made me feel totally uncomfortable and took advantage of me. We had agreed on an original offer of 300 dollars for the vehicle. However, it was a total different story when he had come to pick up my car. Another strange thing was he kept urging me to get my vehicle picked up at 12 o’clock at night. I was in need of money, so I had no choice to get rid of my car, so I had agreed. Upon arrival he seemed very agitated and quick to yell at me each and every time. He then had told me my car was “incomplete” and he brought the price from the original 300 dollars that we agreed to 50 dollars. I am a single mother with two children that was lied to and taken advantage of. I’m hoping nobody has to deal with Shy and the company he represents. I’m so devastated.
