I recently got my Viper alarm from Proline, so I know their business model. They have a great showroom that displays all of their products in stock. They can even order anything from the latest technology on the market. The staff is courteous and professional and there is a comfortable waitng area. I was so happy with my new stereo that I brought my other truck the following week to upgrade that stereo. These guys are the best in NY. Literally 2 days after my Compustar Security system was installed my Hellcat was broken into and they weren’t able to steal it. Thanks to proline I still have my car. If you need anything done to your car this is the place. Ask for D and you can’t go wrong!!

Nitro executed an outstanding job installing the tint on all eight of my vehicle’s windows. Additionally, he efficiently managed the installation of the dash cam set I brought, including the cable routing and hardwiring of my dash cams.
Although I needed to return at a later date to allow the window tint to fully cure, I arrived on a Saturday morning and was pleasantly surprised that the team were able to mount the dash cams within an hour, despite their busy schedule and high volume of customers.

Excellent work here BUT they up charge everything. I was waiting on line and I happen to see nicks window cleaner on the counter for $39.00. I said in my head “who the hell is paying $40 for window cleaner. I checked online and it’s $6.99. Talk about taking advantage of Customers. Again I left 4 stars, because the work is good.

What a phenomenal experience from beginning to end. Other shops said my amp was bad when it was fine. Proline went the extra mile and checked all the speakers to find that the really problem was a burnt coil on my subwoofer causing the music to clip. It’s truly priceless dealing with honest people. Have to thank D and the whole proline team for the amazing work. Even though I camped out with them for over 9 hrs it’s always good vibes good convo worth the wait This time was was the headlights, full system swap and full ambient light some other little extras as well work in progress still more to do my guys. Wow! I purchased a Toyota Tacoma last summer and decided to make it my "mobile communications center" as I am an amateur radio (HAM) operator (call sign N3YRB) and wanted to be able to operate out of the truck. I got a VHF/UHF radio for local communications and an HF radio for long distance, created detailed specifications for the install, and went to find an installer. The manager at Proline took the time to read my spec, pulled up all the manuals for the gear, and gave me a quote.
Nitro did the installation and was meticulous. He called me when he had questions and we quickly worked out what few bugs there were. They installed both radios and corresponding antennas, an alarm system, fog lights, and did some tinting. I couldn't be happier.
These folks are true professionals in every sense of the word. I enjoy every minute in my truck playing radio thanks to them.

I had the most Positive experience ever! This place is such a VIBE and very professional! I called this morning to make sure they were still doing tints because it was so cold outside, they did! I spoke to a gentleman name “D” and he was amazing! When I arrived they already knew what needed to be done. “D” took care of all my questions and helped me along the way. He was truly phenomenal!!
