Came in for remote start for my car. My guy was very knowledgeable and gave me options designed to fit my budget. I loved the fact that he treated me as a person, and not just a "girl". Yes we all know what that means. I will be coming back here for all my car needs.

Great people here at proline, they are very accommodating and informative about products and install. I took my E39 BMW M5 in for stereo upgrade and speakers and a lot of other stuff. I agreed to everything that was being billed to me and was promised a great end result
The stereo install and speakers was all flawless. Everything works as it should crystal clear & very satisfied with the audio quality and such.
The reason for my 2 star rating is because I made a great effort to come down 3 hours to have this work performed & trusted them to do a nice clean job. As a business owner myself I understand when it’s getting late and employees need to leave. But doing 90% good job and 10% is super bad, it leaves a bad taste.
The only issues I had was my whole roof and trunk was scratched from putting stuff and dragging it (my car is paint corrected and ceramic coated). I had about 50 fingerprint marks everywhere. The interior had all the droppings and debris from the work. My passenger side door (which in 2 years of owning it) was not working. The trunk has a huge circle drilled out and was covered with some weird tape not sure. My trunk wiring looks like it was done by a backyard shop. It’s not something I would want to show off to others when recommending audio work.
In all, great people, very knowledgeable. Shop is beautiful. Most of the work performed was great no complaints at all. Speaker work was super clean. Just the small details that are super inconvenient even though it’s not a Ferrari or anything, attention to detail and that extra touch of just doing a nice job was missing for me.
These guys are great. Got a remote start done 5 years and never had any issues. Just installed one in my new car and got a great deal and great service. Ask for D and he'll take care of you and your car.
Excellent customer service. I had my car alarm/auto-start placed there in 2022 and never had a problem. I recently needed to replace a fuse for it and they provided exceptional service, A-1. I highly recommend getting a car alarm installed here!!
Had the install the intellihaul 3.0 trailing camera kit from GM on my 2025 Silverado and they did an amazing job everything works great and the install is professional and neat. Dee was a pleasure to work with and I will do be doing more to my truck my them in the future
Be very careful with this store. They do the job wrong (They leave errors in your car - airbag). They left my windows tints full of bubbles. If you bring them your own products, they install different / cheaper products without telling you. They get angry because I realized that they stole a product from me the “master idatalink” and I had to go for 3 consecutive weeks to have it returned to me. Their prices are exaggeratedly high. Look for another option, this option is not the right one.
Awesome experience @ Proline. D knew exactly what I was looking for and what stereo setup would work best in my Bronco. We talked through multiple options and different price levels and agreed on the right system. Installation was quick and clean and the results are incredible. I was able to find the Uniden R8W at the very last minute as a Christmas gift for my husband, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. From the moment he installed it, you can tell this is a high-quality, premium device.
The long-range detection is extremely accurate, and the directional arrows make a huge difference by clearly showing where the signal is coming from. The 360° awareness adds a lot of confidence while driving. The Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS work flawlessly, and the real-time voice alerts are clear and very helpful. The red-light and speed camera alerts are a great bonus as well.
Hands down the best. Very helpful and informative. Dean was extremely helpful and helped me to pick out the right sound system and head unit for my truck. Highly recommended. They are called Proline for a reason

I went in on Saturday for a car starter and ended up with the starter, tint on my back windshield and window covers. This place is great and helpful. The owner was amazing and I am very happy to have gone here. I feel grateful for everything that has been done to my car and very happy. I’m going to go back to tint my windows because of the great work they did. You should go!

Nitro did such a great job installing my dash cam it took under an hour to do he went through everything with me thoroughly for me to fully understand and utilize my dash camera. Will definitely come back for future car needs.

I got a text message from Proline about their Labor Day promotions. I knew I had to take advantage of the sale. You can't find better prices anywhere in Brooklyn. I recently got my Viper alarm from Proline, so I know their business model. They have a great showroom that displays all of their products in stock. They can even order anything from the latest technology on the market. The staff is courteous and professional and there is a comfortable waitng area. I was so happy with my new stereo that I brought my other truck the following week to upgrade that stereo. It is very important to find a reputable business that is familiar with the products that they sell and stand behind their workmanship. My next visit to Proline will be to upgrade my speakers. D demonstrated exceptional patience and provided comprehensive answers to all my inquiries, both verbally and in-person. Nitro executed an outstanding job installing the tint on all eight of my vehicle’s windows. Additionally, he efficiently managed the installation of the dash cam set I brought, including the cable routing and hardwiring of my dash cams. Although I needed to return at a later date to allow the window tint to fully cure, I arrived on a Saturday morning and was pleasantly surprised that the team were able to mount the dash cams within an hour, despite their busy schedule and high volume of customers. Wow! I purchased a Toyota Tacoma last summer and decided to make it my "mobile communications center" as I am an amateur radio (HAM) operator (call sign N3YRB) and wanted to be able to operate out of the truck. I got a VHF/UHF radio for local communications and an HF radio for long distance, created detailed specifications for the install, and went to find an installer. The manager at Proline took the time to read my spec, pulled up all the manuals for the gear, and gave me a quote.
Nitro did the installation and was meticulous. He called me when he had questions and we quickly worked out what few bugs there were. They installed both radios and corresponding antennas, an alarm system, fog lights, and did some tinting. I couldn't be happier.
These folks are true professionals in every sense of the word. I enjoy every minute in my truck playing radio thanks to them.

I had the most Positive experience ever! This place is such a VIBE and very professional! I called this morning to make sure they were still doing tints because it was so cold outside, they did! I spoke to a gentleman name “D” and he was amazing! When I arrived they already knew what needed to be done. “D” took care of all my questions and helped me along the way. He was truly phenomenal!!
