DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! This place deserves 0 stars. I wish I had paid attention to the warnings in the negative reviews, as they accurately CORRECT! This place is a disappointment, and I strongly advise you spending your hard earn money here! You're just going to waste it! Top Car provides horrible work at high prices with NO WARRANTY! The owner Eli is completely UNPROFESSIONAL. I had my front and back bumper grille guards installed at his location. Three months later, just to come back to notify Eli the owner, of the back bumper grille guard to touch the muffler. Eli stated I had to pay 175 for him to address the problem. After foolishly paying the amount, Eli stated the reason the bumper grille guard was touching the muffler is due to a screw that had to be tightened. Three months later not only am I having the same issue with the back bumper grille guard but now I am having issues with the front bumper grille guard. Eli stated the back issue was a screw and that he had to remove the front bumper grille guard because my car was "too weak" for the front bumper grill. Eli's explanations were vague and sketchy, and his promises to rectify the situation were empty. I contacted Eli for 2 weeks and I NEVER received a phone call back. Whenever I went to top car I was told that Eli was not there. I had no choice but take my car to a different shop . To make matters worse, the shop I brought my told me that Top Car had installed the front and back bumper grille guards incorrectly!!! Save yourself the trouble and find a reputable establishment for your automotive needs. I DID!! Now my Front and Rear bumper grille guards are INSTALLED CORRECTLY!!
Update: (Last time, I will be addressing this) It's funny how the owner has time to respond to reviews but not to multiple phone calls . I stand by my review!! I am not the only one that have given you a negative review based on your unprofessionalism. As well warned others not to spend our hard earned dollars here so they can spend it again by coming back to you to have it fixed poorly. Lesson Learned!! Thank goodness I went to a different shop, that has PROFESSIONAL MECHANICs who is also a QUALIFIED and LICENSED WELDERs who FIXED your POOR WORK!!!! I like to add that the person that recommended me who tried calling you to fix his bumper grill that you installed who YOU did not respond to or call back!! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL of a "Business owner" that's been around for 40 years.
I had a front bumper guard installed on my new Lexus NX350. I read the reviews and came here from Staten Island. Before I did though I called and emailed Eli extensively about my options for metal bumper guards on my new vehicle. He was always very responsive via text and email and sent pictures.
The day of the installation started off a little slower than previously arranged through no fault of theirs (traffic) but it was quick and well-done and looks sharp.
They even accommodated me by giving me a private area to conduct a remote Microsoft Teams meeting on a court case of mine.
Overall, I had a great experience with this shop.
Showed up at 9 AM on a Sunday, like Eli told me to when we spoke before shabbat.

Place opened 35mn late, The employee working there looked angry to have a job and make money, incredibly rude .
started yelling and insulting me just because i had the audacity to ask 35mn after opening when would he could start the job. Just for a question he went crazy.
Its a shame , it would have been a long and good buisness relationship if it werent for the people ruining the store s identity….
After 7.5 years, my bumpers and skirts are still doing their job and looking good while doing so. (I always have my car washers treat the rubber after a washing.) When I bought my car, I looked for bumper protection options and couldn’t bring myself to settle for the rubber flaps that hang off the back of a lot of cars — to me, they looked like a full diaper hanging off the back of a toddler, lol. I found Eli — he had not done a car like mine before, but that didn’t deter him. He uses a similar draping technique as clothing designers to arrive at the custom fit. My car now has a “block” (pattern) that hangs on a hook with other car model blocks in Eli’s shop, should I ever need replacement. I have been stopped many times over the years by people who want this done to their cars. Always happy to refer Eli. He is passionate about what he does; he delivers high value at a reasonable price; and he stands by his work with a high degree of integrity. This is a must-do for anyone who owns a car in the City, or anywhere for that matter.
Eli, has been servicing my Jeep since 2018 and the job is a high quality job, so, that explains why it is a little pricey. I have built a customer relationship with Eli, you know.....we fight a lot, (I give him a hard time) Mostly, about the times/schedule ETC.... maybe he should train someone else to do this so that his workload is not so much. lol...., all jokes aside, in the end, I am happy with the job he does. He has placed front and rear bumper silver protectors and the skirt all around my Jeep. He also did my sister's black Murano, and the work was well done. Going in to see him today, for replacement of some of the skirt due to crazy people driving out there. Because of the skirt and protector the damage to the Jeep was minimum. See you later Eli!
Had to replace my old bumper grill which was bent. So I bought a new one which I thought was the same one I bought before. The one they put on was cheaper and not a strong sturdy one. I told them that’s not the one I bought before. They say that’s how they come now and he can’t not do anything about it. I want everyone to know they are working with cheaper parts and want you to pay a hefty price for low quality.
Eli was a pleasure to deal with, was very patient and answered all my questions. His staff is very knowledgeable and they know what they are doing. I will definitely recommend to anyone and I will be back in the future to have my bumper guards installed here.

I will give an honest assessment of All Around Bumper Guards by Top Car. Eli is the owner and is very knowledgeable and hands on. The details he and his staff undertake are phenomenal. They go through great lengths to make sure their service is 100% to your liking. My Acura looks incredible the front a rear bumpers blend into my gray vehicle. The details of the vehicle are hand crafted and unique to each vehicle.
I 100% recommend All Around Bumpers to anyone wanting to service their bumpers or other vehicle personifications.

Top Car, love this place, only place that puts this bumper Protector on cars.
This is the second time getting this protector on car due to rear end accident. The auto body place even said the damage could have been worse if I didn't have this protector on bumper. It's also save my car from doing and dents numerous times from people who can't park in the city.
I got both the front and back all around bumper guards. I feel much more safe knowing my car is more protected from the never ending scratches that come with driving in New York. Eli has a true passion for what he does and he was so meticulous with the design and application - I got to completely customize the design of the bumper guards and it came out exactly as I wanted! I would highly recommend this for anyone living in New York - Eli was very kind and welcoming.

I will make this review very simple so there is no way for excuses to be made.
1. After multiple calls and emails which were not returned I finally make an appointment.
2. I drive one hour to get there on time. When I arrive, the owner is not there. His employees have no idea what I am there for.
3. We get a hold of him, he also does not remember I have an appointment, and says he will call me back. After 20 minutes of sitting and waiting, I leave.
Maybe I am extra sensitive because I run a small business and I know without my customers loyalty and support I have nothing. But this type of indifferent attitude towards doing what you tell your customer you will do is unacceptable. I am going to another place and will report how things go.
Excellent people to work with!!! They installed the rear bumper in my honda odyssey 2019 last Friday and they did a fantastic job! They're about to install the front bumper too, but Eli found a minor scratch and told me to come back Sunday. I went back to the shop where they finished the front bumper installation. Great job!!! Eli and his staff are friendly and honest. I would strongly recommend this place to everyone.
1) no matter if you do appointment or not-- you will wait forever. 2) if you leave deposit,,--good luck getting it back, if you change your mind. I do not recommend, I went to other place and done work for less price with better quality.
