Every time I visit this place the guys are always so nice I strongly recommend you go on here plus if you signed up for an Arches-card you get a discount each time which is very rare, so when you go ask for Arches card, all you need is the phone number
I love arch, and if they don't have something in one location? They call another to see if it has it so that you can pick it up there? Or have it sent to that location so that you can get it.
Even though the automotive part I was seeking (water pump) for my father's 1993 Cadillac Sedan DeVille wasn't in stock at their 677 Utica Av location but at the 5109 Ave D location, I was able to purchase it. The staff at Arch Auto Parts made sure that I got the automotive part I was looking for (even though it was not in stock at the Utica Av location).
The store was clean, and I like that they are following the Covid protocols of standing six feet apart. They are very experience in helping the customers. I will visit the store again.
Great customer's service, the associates greet you when you enter. The are very reasonable with the pricing and the caliper I brought was of good quality.
Good service. Can be crowded at times. Some of the counter guys are more knowledgeable than others. They most often have a price tier system for some of their parts . So based on your budget you can request the more expensive more premium brand or ask for the cheaper one. Parking is not too good, there are about 6 spots.
Because I have a 2005 Nissan Murano and I don't go to the dealer Auto Parts all the time I can get Pacific items that made just for my car at Arch Auto Parts.

Five star! The manager helped me a lot. Tested my battery, started and alternator. Mechanic actually told me I needed a battery without checking anything. Turned out to be the alternator. Saved me a ton of time and money!
Customer service was phenomenal.Vast inventory, even original parts. They really go above and beyond, store manager was very helpful in figuring out what I actually needed rather then what the mechanic told me what he thinks I should change.
