Hot bar- the food from Whole Foods hot bar used to be of great quality. Today i discovered is not the case anymore. I had the most bland, flavorless, under seasoned food I’ve had in a while. Not recommended at all.

Best food market in the entire city. The location itself is in a very safe area. The staff are very professional and really helpful. They treat you as though your the owner. Every question I ask the staff I am met with respect courtesy and they always know what I want and where to find it. Whole food market and it staff get a five star from me and my family. The staff is so helpful please don't let them go.

Arguably the busiest Whole Foods we have ever visited. Goes to show just how long I will wait online for those little red sweet peppers they sell here in the fresh olive area.

Additional notes: I have the lettuce still in the vegetable drawer in the refrigerator and it’s still nice after I got rid of bad pieces. That means the store doesn’t take care of how to store lettuces correctly with proper way or temperature. And the store asked me to claim to their website and I clicked it but it’ll take time to claim so I won’t. They don’t care about my time. Yesterday I bought an organic lettuce which wasn’t that good already but all of the lettuce in the shelf was worse or like this! I wish workers check temperature of the refrigerator because probably it’s too cold lettuce. Also they should check vegetables’ quality and respect customers’ feelings!

Be careful buying their packaged bread and tortillas. (Which you would think would not be an issue.) I've had both get mold very soon after purchase. And they would not refund.

Overall this particular Whole Foods is probably among the good ones in New York and the selection is fairly wide. The selection is hard to compare to European supermarkets though

GOT TO KNOW THE DAYS TO GO THERE. AND THEY OFTEN SEEMED TO BE WIPED OUT OF CANNED FISH ESP SARDINES. THEY OFTEN HAVE CHARMING TOYS FOR CHILDREN.

This Whole Foods consistently runs out of items to the point I started using Farm To People for most of my groceries. Organic Cucumbers, Jenny’s Organic Unsweetened Soy Milk, Organic Pasture Raised Eggs, Organic Kale consistently out or not stocked. The grab and go + cooked items are abysmal and taste depressing.

This location has really gone down hill. All of the shelves are always low stock. I thought maybe it was just the one time, but not consistently. Now had two rotisserie chickens that are so dry and barely edible :( I hate to leave bad reviews, but hoping this changes

The register requested ID to buy a Ghia "mocktail" which has no alcohol for when people visit who don't want to drink alcohol. I didn't agree with the policy and instead set the item aside. So, one star for Whole Foods making it as difficult for people to their replace alcohol consumption with non-alcohol as for people to a actually obtain alcohol.

Visited last night. No one told us that the store is closing soon as we entered. After spending 10 mins, a security followed us and started yelling that it is closing. We told him we pick one thing and leave. 5 seconds later, he followed and yelled again that he will call police for trespassing. Seriously? If you want to close your store on time, just don’t let customers enter 10 mins before closing and followed and yelled by rude security.

Whole foods used to be my go to place. But now they are falling off. Especially in the produce section. Everyone knows a lot of it is GMO. But not only that, it doesn't look as good and fresh as it used to. A lot of the shelves are empty. They don't carry the products they used to. Ever since Amazon, it's just gone downhill from there.

I probably go to Whole Foods everyday but this location specifically pisses me off. The bread slicer is in the back and you have to ask someone to use it (you can’t slice any loaf). This is so absurd to me. Why are you gate keeping a bread slicer? People who use it obviously spend 100s at Whole Foods anyways. Just super annoying. I don’t have this problem at any other Whole Foods location.

They have an ice cream shortage. Shelves are empty. Been trying to get the Jenny’s Birthday cake ice cream for weeks now, and it’s ALWAYS out of stock.

Great prices, nice and clean self checkout sections, clean and wide aisles, broad selection of products, decent dining area. Good customer service.

This review is for the cold cuts counter. The female staff working there is very rude when asked to slice turkey. Upset for doing their job. We got home and noticed plastic around the edges of the Turkey. Employee sliced the Turkey with the plastic wrapping still on. Major health violation. Waste of money.

I recently purchased fresh salmon from the seafood counter at Whole Foods on Bedford Avenue & froze it right away. Today, after thawing it in the fridge, I was shocked to find that part of it was rotten & had a terrible smell. When I called customer service, the supervisor dismissed my concerns & flatly stated that their new policy doesn’t allow refunds or store credits for items bought more than 30 days ago. Frustrated, I contacted corporate, only to receive the same unhelpful response. As a loyal customer, this was incredibly disappointing. I no longer trust the freshness of their seafood & won’t be buying from their butcher again. Between the questionable quality & the lack of customer care, I’d suggest shopping elsewhere. Buyers beware!

Great selection of gluten free foods - also good selection of farmer’s market esque produce, love the mushroom packs! Typically busy but a pleasant shopping experience after 8pm on any day of the week

This Whole Foods meets the overall standard you’d expect at any location. The inside is clean, items are well organized, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

This whole foods can get crazy busy in the evening! So plan your shopping accordingly. The goods are excellent and there is a lot of options for shopping. The return process is pretty easy!

Whole Foods is a great high end market for hard to find produce. The price reflects the scarcity of these fruits but the price is worth the quality.

The customer elevator is usually used as a service elevator for shopping carts, as opposed to being an accessible option to the store, which is below street level. So, getting a ride on one is like getting on the L-train during rush hour, pre-COVID. This has resulted in many breakdowns, making the accessibility of the location spotty. When the elevator is out, it gets rather tricky to either get a spot on the actual service elevator, or convince someone to take you up before unloading it. In addition, the entire place seems to prioritize shopping carts over people at almost every turn - strange, as I rarely see people using them! If I were to guess, it's because half the orders going through the place is through Amazon, so the store floor acts a lot like an Amazon warehouse. Lastly, if you use a chair and get back topside after using the service elevator, be cautious when going through the double doors back into the store. If you try to push through using your forward momentum, there's a high likelihood you'll be met on the other side by a wall of shopping carts! This has happened to me a few times, and it's not the best feeling in the world.

Fresh meat, seafood and vegetable are always available which make it worth the price. 2 hours car parking is available for whole foods costumers on Berry Street.

Excellent meat, seafood, imported cheeses, deli and organic produce. They have one of the best selections of fresh flowers and seasonal plants in Williamsburg - and at a good value. Their beauty, vitamin and dry goods selections are also impressive, although lacking many ethnic and international staples. The coffee bar just re-opened at the Bedford Ave door. The quantity of employees picking here for the free, two hour Amazon delivery service sadly distracts from the in-store shopping experience. It already was insanely busy when it was just a grocery store - before Amazon turned it into a e-commerce warehouse as well. Otherwise 5 stars. To avoid the lines and crowds, go weekday mornings, if you can.

I came here to prep for the apocalypse but they were poorly equipped to deal with such circumstances. They were out of sourdough, frozen pizzas, and fresh pastas. Only gave it one star because I found some coconut water.

A wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. A salad bar, a hot bar, prepacked meals, salmon, soup, mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese are just a few cooked meals I observed. Aisles of bottled water, rows of tea and coffees, they have a juice bar, sushi bar, pizza and flowers. Quick and easy checkouts all at the Williamsburg location but I'm sure that I haven't seen it al and in time l will. My tastebuds and I will explore the many aisles of whole foods again, until next time.

This Whole Foods Market Williamsburg features local food. On the ground floor, local breads are placed on the showcase. You can choose it and eat it at the table on the ground floor. You can buy coffee at the counter. The grocery store is on the first basement floor. There are so many local foods, beers, and so on. You will enjoy walking and seeing around the floor! And, I recommend you to buy the original Tote bag of this Whole Foods Market Williamsburg. This tote bag is made of "Brooklyn Jeans"! This is very cool, and very usable. But this tote bag maybe limited edition, so you had better confirming whether it is sold out.

Oh em gee!!! After the merge with Amazon, prices got so much better!!! Honestly, the only thing that shooed me away from Whole Foods was prices. But not anymore! Amazon Prime members get extra 10% off all sales items. And there’s always a separate section called Prime deals in which you can get a really good deal such as 10 bars of organic soap for $10. It would’ve costed $25 if you don’t have Prime membership! Great selection of fresh meat, fish and seafood. And there’s cheese selection is to die for. There’s hot meals counters and salad bar is also very appetizing. I’ll definitely come back!!!

This Whole Foods is thoughtfully curated given the space it occupies. With so much foot traffic, the tap room is a nice touch! Staff are very helpful to give customers a lay of the land - just ask.
