Located inside the mall, by far one of the cleanest, most organized and employees that are willing to assist. Wide aisles, fully stocked and ready to accommodate.
I waited 20 minutes to buy socks because they were locked up to prevent "theft" and no one showed up when I activated the sensors for help. I'm buying socks online from now on. But congrats, Target, on putting an end to the Great Fruit of the Loom Crime Wave of 2025! Way to go! Mission Accomplished!
The slowest, meanest, depressing and worst people in the world work here! I unfortunately live close by so I have to go here from time to time but it ruins my whole day every time. How on earth is it possible to hire so many horrible people? Of course they are also always out of stock on most items.
I’m a Target shareholder so this may seem counterintuitive but the staff at this Target is horrendous. They close checkout lines after you’ve been waiting. No one seems to care about doing their job. Prove me wrong and turn it around TGT.
I don’t shop here often after the corporation has done away with DEI in the first place, but their customer service and care has taken a nose dive. I love how central this location is because it’s right above a food court Dekalb Market Hall and Trader Joe’s located on the cellar level. They do not carry as much merchandise when it comes to clothing lines as compared to the Target located in Atlantic Mall. I do not know what is going on, but the lines are ridiculous ever since they randomly closed self checkout. I use to go in every single time I go to the mall just to pick up an item or two but now I just avoid it all together.
The store failed to maintain a working bottle redemption machine and refused to follow the Target policy to take up to 240 bottles by hand when the redemption machine isn't working. The store manager treats following NY state law as optional.
Everything is locked up and they removed the self checkouts so to get something here, you have to wait a very long time for checkout with slow cashiers
This target recently hired Errol, who has completely single-handedly changed my perception of this store. He is so kind and patient and good humored I used to dread coming here and now it makes my day. Whatever you do keep him around because the job is not easy but Errol is so sweet that I look forward to coming here!
Awful customer service at the electronics department, the associates are all lead footed slumping around. Heaven forbid you ask them to OPEN A DOOR for a product you want to buy. Its one of the few things they do all day. This target needs to clear out these miserable associates. You dont need to be smiling and ecstatic, but tone down on the rotten misery. You work in a half dead store all day! Not even at the front check out. Hope it shuts down from its incompetence
This Target is moving backwards in time. They used to have self checkout and it was much faster then. Now they have only cashiers, most of them are usually unmanned. The staff is nice and usually helpful, which I why I gave it 2 stars. If you go here prepare for a long wait in line. I used to go here often but now only go if I need something that I forgot to get from Amazon that can’t wait. Sorry Target. Do better.
Went in just for a case of water and had to wait 10 minutes for the carry out person to return so I could put it in my car. This happens every time I come here, it makes no sense to have one person in charge of all carry out orders. I am irritated to say the least, it took me less than 1 minute to get what I came for just to be waiting another 10 minutes to leave. Inconveniencing!

Received above and beyond service from a gentleman named Justice. he was so patient and helpful with all of my groceries. made such a difference, best customer service i’ve ever received in target :)
Worst customer service ever.
We just bought an $800 camera and when we opened it wasn’t the right camera and it was missing the len.
We went back immediately and their returns department told us that they “were not able to do absolutely anything” and that we should deal with it with another person by calling guest relations.
Another reason why Amazon is better.
We just purchased a camera and it was completely different from the one that was supposed to be in the box. It did not have a lens and was even the incorrect model. The manager was insanely unhelpful and regardless of us coming back 20 minutes after purchasing the camera, he said he had to stand by his “integrity” and not refund us for a mistake on their part. Horrible experience, do not purchase anything expensive at this location.
Long story short, I left my basket with a few items inside unattended while I went to check something out in another aisle. One of the employees grabbed it and put it in the fitting room section for return later. I asked one of the employees (Maurice) to help me find the basket. He went above and beyond to help me locate it, which he did! Excellent customer service!! Thank you Maurice!
I don’t like how they don’t put everything out you have to ask them to put out the inventory from the back. I asked them about a figure they said we can’t check for you we aren’t allowed to search up the Dpci I don’t know since when that was a thing because on targets policy there’s nothing about prohibiting from sharing the inventory number. I asked that day they never put it out and the employee didn’t want to check. The target app told me they had some available and it was gone by the time I returned. They never even put it out in the first place I’m assuming the employees bought the item themselves to the point of gate keeping it to their customers without their knowledge. If you go to this location they never put any of the inventory on the shelves especially the toy aisle everything gets mysteriously bought. Half of the shelves are empty for a reason. They act like they don’t have anything but the Target app doesn’t lie.
This location of Target, situated in the City Point BKLYN, is so lovely!! I visited for the first time this weekend - I had the best experience. The store is so clean + organized, and it has a huge selection (as it's definitely a larger Target store). Their designated holiday section has so many items to browse! I picked-up a couple of candles during my visit, and I was so happy with what I took home!! :-)
The shut down self checkout but haven’t replaced the self checkout stations with staffed registers. Peak hours only 5 open registers but a line wrapped around the store. I guess amazon is the way to go now. Sad.

My go to Target since it's closer to my work location. They are also convenient to go to and have other stores and benefits in the mall area. The focus is on this Target store, so I won't mention the other stores and goodies around but you will find out when you visit. Kelan who went to get me a cart and the lovely young lady who assisted me yesterday at the register made this particular visit super cool and less stressful. I had a long day at work and decided to go to Target to pick up a few items! The staff are always helpful to me every time I visit, even when they are busy. From the lovely lady at the beauty section to the young man that helped with checking the prices at aisle E, you are all superstars and make my visits pleasant. Yesterday was lovely, just like all my visits there, so to anyone who has ever taken a minute to assist me in anyway, I say thank you.

I love this target! Staff is always helpful and will assist to look for items and even pull from the stockroom when not on shelf but in stock!

Store is nice, well stocked, and clean.
Customer service and management is severely lacking. It's often unstaffed, and employees just walk by looking at people on the line. Tonight we waited over 15 minutes before someone came to the service desk, and there were 8 people on the line.
Also, they often don't meet the two hour pickup window. Even when items are in stock and you show up after the two hours, they just tell you to continue waiting until the order is ready -- or to go find the items yourself, buy them, and cancel the pickup order.
Target corporate should review this store and install better management.

Prices are better than some supermarkets nearby.
There is a Starbucks near the exit.
They sell Lego sets in the toys section in the corner.
Lots of self checkout machines.
Separate lines for pickup and returns.
Always have clean dressing rooms and the staff is very helpful to exchanges in sizes. Always open late so that’s a plus since I work late nights and always need to get a few supplies before heading home. Great deals and specials weekly so this is my go to place in an emergency for laundry detergents and soap.
This target is trying to force the self checkout down our throats. On a Monday, there were 20+ people in line for self checkout, and only two open registers to opt for regular check out. Of course, I had trouble ringing something up and the person there to help was super nice. I am baffled as to why he was the only one there running all the self checkout stands himself.
I had a cart full of home goods and groceries. It took a long time for me to take care of it myself (like finding bags large enough for pillows). This isn’t service. This is trying to get me to do someone else’s job.
Everyone I encountered while at this location was kind and went out of their way to help me. It’s being treated like cattle as I walked out that left a bad taste.
It's well stocked and maintained in an orderly fashion. The staff seems to generally be engaged, although you get some folks who are simply passing the time on their shift. Let's see what happens as the neighbor continues to change with newer residential developments coming to market.
