Jet towing service is excellent. I was happy that the driver came on time. He was respectful understanding and made me feel less stressful. Glad they use a flatbed. I recommend this towing company.
Always fast and efficient service. Dispatch staff makes the experience less stressful. As a woman I tend to be handled like a “little lady” when dealing with anything car related. Not at Jet’s. They always treat me with respect.
Prompt service and what I would call a talented driver, Kevin backed his massive flatbed tow truck into our driveway in one quick fast turn. Also a nice guy. Can't speak for pricing as this tow was arranged through Geico.
Prompt, efficient service the day after Christmas ! After a brief call with dispatch, I was given an ETA that was spot on, almost to the minute. The driver was, most importantly, kind, courteous, and competent. Not only did he have my SUV on the flatbed, chained down, and secured within 8 minutes, (yes, I timed him), he made sure I was securely belted in, and comfortable in the clean, and neat cab before we pulled off. When we reached the repair shop, even after my telling him it was okay to leave me, and the car in front, he patiently waited to verify I was safe before leaving. From dispatch, pickup, drop-off, and parting communication, Jets Towing was a well-oiled machine that I would use again, and highly recommend for any Towing services.

I have a 16 foot truck stuck at the customers driveway i wanted to pull out i realized I had no brakes i call jets they sent me an amazing person trev carefully helped me guide me to back up once I was on the street he hooked it up and really was there for me even called me and told me he made sure all windows and doors were closed
Someone from Jet’s towing helped me just now; my car was hit pretty bad while parked in Brooklyn and he made the entire process easy for me so I appreciate that. I forgot to ask for his name but he also dropped me off at the body shop and was a really nice person and taught me a lot about cars I didn’t know so I appreciate it
Adrian H. went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. When my car broke down, he arrived in a timely fashion and immediately made the situation feel less stressful. He offered helpful pointers on finding solutions and was patient as I decided on my next steps. He also helped me see the brighter side of an unfortunate situation. If I am ever stranded again, I would hope to have someone like Adrian there to help.
This was a great 10/10 experience for me I am veryyy pleased how quickly they got someone to unlock my car doors for me. As someone who has medical condition I panicked and they made sure to calm me down quickly. I called other companies and they were rude to me. Have a very good experience with tow driver Eric B. He came to where my car was and worked hard to get it on the flatbed..My Kia Telluride was electronically locked onto parking mode (wheels) but he managed to get it onto the truck. I like that you can call Jets the morning of and have a driver come within the hour. Only strange thing was I was misquoted the night before by a new employee named Roy. He quoted a tow price $120 less than the price i paid. They said he was new and didn't know the correct rate. So make sure you ask and write down who you speak with.
Johnny from Jets Towing went the extra mile to help get my car to the shop. The battery was completely dead, so it couldn't be jumped. The car is a 4-wheel drive, so a flat bed was needed, but the truck was too wide to fit through the narrow driveway, which has a brick wall on one side and a concrete retaining wall on the other. Johnny could have given up and said call again and tell them to send a smaller truck, but no, he saw it through, and it was hard work. We had to K-turn this dead car out of its parking spot and maneuver it through the tight driveway. It took adjustments to the steering wheel, pushing, stopping, and adjusting again, but somehow we got it far enough into the driveway to enable him to winch it the rest of the way onto the truck. He had expertly backed the truck into the driveway despite being on a very busy Brooklyn street with a constant stream of cars, pedestrians, cyclists, and even my neighbors trying to get their own cars in and out of the same driveway. It took a very long time and a whole lot of patience, skill, and strength. I'm so happy that Johnny and Jets answered the call. Thank you!!
This company is the worst company in the market. They dropped my car, caused extensive damage to it, and now they don't want to take responsibility for what they did. The employees are rude, aggressive, arrogant, disrespectful, and believe that others should pay for their mistakes. If you made the mistake, accept it and stop being so disrespectful to customers. I do not recommend this company to anyone—avoid the trouble and hire educated and quality professionals, which these people clearly lack. 0 start
I called my insurance for my car to be towed. They paired me with Jets towing. I had a great experience. Driver, came earlier than expected and drove my car to my mechanic. He was incredibly polite. Couldn’t be happier for a smooth service.
Jets towing was super professional from The initial call to request their service to the day I picked up my truck from their collision shop. Everyone from their receptionist to their dispatcher, tow truck driver to their auto body shop personnel were respectful, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. This is one of those business who you don’t really ever wish you’ll need to use but if that day comes, be sure to hire these guys because they’ll make the process easy and you’ll get the quality and service you want and deserve. Hats off to jets towing. Would definitely recommend.

The worse was having my car breakdown but the guys at Jets towing made it less painful , they were very attentive and got to me as quick as they can and could not have been more polite and professional kept me apprised at all times. hopefully i wont need to be towed again but if i do i will definitely use them and i found out they also have a body shop so after the holidays we are going to have some work done on my husbands truck . thanks guys
Had an emergency Labor Day weekend (busy busy time) & these guys made it in under an hour, did an excellent job towing my Sienna to the service station, and were just overall very friendly, nice guys. Zero complaints, only praise. My tow driver, Terrance (??), was very knowledgeable and put my worries at ease. Great driver on the crowded (cars and people) streets of Brooklyn. I hope I never need a tow truck again, but if I do I'm definitely calling these guys. Thanks!!
The tow truck driver was very pleasant and tried his best to try to jump my car to save me a tow. It didn't work but he did his best. We ended up having it towed to my mechanic. He was careful loading and unloading my car. Thanks for taking care of me and my spouse.
I requested Emergency Roadside Assistance through GEICO and the service was handled by Jets Towing. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable & down to earth NY energy. I am very grateful to Johnny for his driving know-how and getting my car to its destination in time for me to get to work. Not an easy thing to do given the time of day and distance but he made it happen. I hope everyone’s experience is as good as mine.
A tow sign appeared AFTER I had parked here. I called this company and it took an hour for them to realize that they had towed my car and where it was. I would not have known it was them except that I had video of the actual towing and had to call and tell them the number on the side of the truck. This took hours of sleuthing and convincing a security guard to give me footage. It was the worst.
I had a positive experience. They did a great job with my car which needed extensive paint work. Their staff could be more communicative, but Chris is on top of his game every time. Would come back here (though hopefully I won’t have to).
