I haven't been ordering from this company for one and half a year. Contacted them back in July and got my order shipped. I want to admit AGA has improved its service at the ordering stage. The most important and noticeable aspect is they delivered the parts in time. Last time it wasn't so smooth which made me nervous.

Company will not answer the phone and only responds with email.
the part i needed was $3200 from the dealer and they said they could get one for $894.00 which they sent in a EXEL doc. they said it was a bobcat factory part and had a six month factory warranty. i was all good to order it however they will not do a credit card over $300. they want a wire transfer or pay pal which is not insurable if its fraud. looked at the google maps and there is no sign on the building or anything that shows that they are a heavy equipment suppler. what kind of company doesnt except credit cards and doesn't even have a proper invoice format. we will be taking our business to a legitimate supplier and strongly advice not to use AGA PARTS. Also only a few negative reviews makes it seam like they paid to have good reviews posted for attempts to look legitimate.
i am starting cooperation with AGA. As of today i can say they are committed to quality service and supply. I am excited to explore more about our cooperation.

They issued an Invoice and I was going to pay for it via PayPal. But the funds wouldn't transfer? I asked the team what to do. They told me that I should pay via Wire Transfer. It wasn't what I planned for as my bank charges $25 for wire fees.
I just want to share my experience and do not want to judge
I order a part and it tooks 5 month after that they said is been lost.
