Our family has been using them for years, and now we will all find somewhere else to go. Our car had the maintenance required light on, so we took it over. They told us they fixed it and it cost $250. The woman behind the counter would not tell us what they looked at just gave us a receipt and sent us on our way. Upon inspection of the receipt they did an oil change for $40, an air filter for $100, and new windshield wipers for another $100. So we have no clue if everything else is okay or not. I feel like we got ripped off!
Worst unprofessional service ever!!!!! Avoid avoid avoid. had a flat tire called AAA at 1130am it is currently 330pm and company still have not arrived. 10 minutes before scheduled arrival they call and say 1 hour longer. So been waiting 4 hours. Now the excuse is the driver has a flat. Smh I hope this company closes down.
They are rude and have car thieves working for them. Thats dirty. Very Dishonest employees and the owner does not care. STAY AWAY!!! U HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
I initiated a AAA call because my car would not start. Bullochs responded and jump started my car. He informed me that I needed a battery, so I followed him to his station to have one installed. His mechanic tested the new battery and told me it wasn't charging properly and probably wouldn't start the next morning because i need an alternator. Well I informed him that I had an extended warranty on my Honda and he assured me that I would need this alternator so I better head right over to a Honda dealership for replacement, he was POSITIVE. Well needless to say I lost a days work and ran right over to Honda. They informed me that it would cost $115.00 for a diagnostic before they would replace the alternator. I agreed, they did the diagnostic and lo and behold I didn't need the alternator , the battery was fine, although Bullochs did put in the WRONG battery, and I was out $115.00 for the diagnostic. Stay away from Bullochs unless you just need gasoline!!!
