Tom has been a WEALTH of knowledge about a used vehicle I purchased. He owned it previously and has been able to ease my mind about owning and maintaining this 2005 Jeep Liberty.

I’ve been coming here for years to get car parts for my vintage cars and always happy with the knowledgeable staff like Star, John or Justin. Their warranty is top notch and friendly atmosphere. Thank you all very much, appreciated for all your help from a longtime customer since 1992!

Came in today with a battery issue. Long haired, bearded gentleman who I believe was named Justin helped me out. One of the kindest and most helpful individuals I have met in any kind of service industry. Helped me out to the best of his abilities and was incredibly friendly, even though it was getting towards the end of his shift, when most people would be checked out. If more folks were like this man, the world would be a better off place

One way or another, everything you might need for a car is available. Not cheap or cheaply made. Convenient. They get a bad rap for not beating on line prices. If you are willing to risk quality, safety, and accuracy, be my guest and buy online. When you get the wrong part online, good luck getting it returned. I personally don't have time for that nonsense. Sometimes, brick and mortar is the only choice.

Quick friendly service, gave us advice on issues. Came back with findings, we needed a battery, they got the correct one and installed very quickly I might add. Tom and Marie were both friendly and helpful and made our experience with them great, and would recommend AutoZone to all. Thanks again Tom and Marie

New to this area. I stopped in because I was having some issues with my van. Wasn’t sure exactly what was causing said issues and was genuinely concerned it was going to end up costing me a lot of money. - Tom took time out of his day to come outside, run some tests, do a reset of my battery. He then delivered wonderful news that: my alternator was good and my battery was (also) good; the reset even made adjustments which resolved the electrical issue I was having on my dashboard display lights. Very nice man. Like, authentically sincere. I felt valued, seen, respected and heard. - I’ll definitely use these guys again in the future.

Tom helped us out with an overheating engine. He quickly offered us assistance and was very knowledgeable about the issue and the potential issues that could come about. He is very good at what he does, highly recommend speaking with him about any auto issues

Went to store asking what cleaner i should use for an IAC Valve, with no hesitation I was hushed and given a certain product. My ignorance allowed me to trust this product so i used it.. now i need a whole new IAC Valve.. when i called back to try and replace it with them, i was quoted 30 dollars over the website price.

My check engine light came on and I brought it in to check out the code. Once I figured out what the code was , I was able to buy the part I needed to fix my car right from them. That is pretty convenient. The associates were really friendly and knew their products very well!! I would highly recommend this shop!!

Nick R. helped me out when I stopped in today for a rear signal light. He came out to my car to make sure he was helping me find the correct bulb, and didn't hesitate at offering to help me change it out. I really appreciated his attitude and willingness to make sure everything was correct. I've used this location multiple times and have only ever had good experiences with their team!

Tom did a great job helping us fix the problem with our brake light. The haunted place in Niagara falls New York said he couldn't help us that day just keep on playing them except at one other place on the way and then we stopped here and Tom was very helpful and we offered to pay him he said no he just fixed it and took care of it and so far it seems like it's working so we're very happy with Tom service and please I've gone in other AutoZone's in that stuff but Tom took care of what we needed done wanted to give him a good review

Tom was amazing. I was in the middle of exploring the Backwoods of the Adirondack Mountains when I came into town to pick up some groceries. At a Wendy's my car suddenly wouldn't start. I had been in the outback for two weeks and this was the first time it happened. Fortunately I carry a jump starter pack so I was able to get going. Tom diagnose my problem as needing a sleeve on the battery terminal. He didn't try to upsell me or sell me anything I didn't need. His diagnosis was quick and accurate. He even pointed me to new fishing spots. 6 Stars if I could!

Tom helped me today place a new brake and signal light in my vehicle. I did not need to ask for his assistance, he volunteered. He also explained their point system for valued customers which is very helpful. Excellent service that is not often seen today.

Tom Frenyea is very knowledgeable of what people need. His presentation with a friendly and courteous manner helps to make customer feel secure in their decision making of choice of items. He helped me figure something out even when he didn't know how to exactly at first, but he was more than willing and didn't stop working at a solution until I was all sorted out with what I needed! Always work with Wayne whenever I shop here. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and seems always gets me the hook up even for the curve balls that are always thrown at him. Great customer service, great team, prices are very fair. These guys even price match so it’s a win to me.

Ordered parts online went in next day to pick them up was told it would be there. Went into the store and they did not have one of the rotors. They ordered one and said it would be in the next day. Went back the next day and they still didn’t have it. Was told that it was ordered from a store that won’t ship to them. They wanted to re order the rotor and have me come back in the next day. I live 25 miles away from the Plattsburgh store and they wanted me to come back a third time. I asked that the order be cancelled and Matt was helping me. He never said anything to me, but took 4 phone calls and brought someone else’s parts out to them. I was left standing in front of him for about 15 minutes as he was doing all of this. He went into the back room and never came back. Can’t say he was rude but he was extremely arrogant and I will NEVER do any business there again. He needs to develop some people skills and learn how to treat others

I went to the Plattsburgh AutoZone on New Year’s Eve after discovering a burned out taillight bulb right before a long road trip back home. The employee who assisted me was absolutely wonderful! He quickly retrieved the correct bulb and I asked if he could change it out for me, as I had no tools with me. He was able to change it out in 5 minutes or less. I offered him $20 for his amazing customer service and he politely declined. I wish I knew this employee’s name so he could be recognized for going above and beyond. Outstanding experience at this store and I’ll return for any auto parts needs in the future!

Staff is usually very helpful with whatever you need, car tests, car parts and they've even helped me change wipers/some other minor things. Sun, snow, rain or whatever they still help with a smile. They have some knowledgeable people whom work there and they have employees just starting so choose wisely with whom you speak to.

Well informed staff, however they often could use an extra person or two to assist customers as it can get backed up quite a bit. But once you are being helped they are great. Willing to assist with simple issues on your car and answer any questions you may have, also willing to look for answers they don't have.

The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous as well. Went today for a new battery and the fella checked to see if I actually needed one 1st. He hooked up a mechanism and it told us it wasn't the battery but the starter. Unfortunately couldn't start vehicle after we shut it off, had to have it towed to a garage, but the guys who worked with us on my jeep were personable, friendly, and knew what they were doing.

The guys are good . Star -Rosie and chris . very well ran and just nice . I would of given five stars . only because. There should be another AutoZone. In town of Plattsburgh. Ny. We need one on south end by rt. 9.
