Integrity Towing helped me out above and beyond. In July my 2022 car broke down in Saranac Lake about 90 miles from my home. They were quick to get there and took care of my vehicle. As I was battling with my roadside assistance I needed some more paperwork from them. Everytime that I called them they were very helpful and had the documentation to me quickly. Finally I just got a reimbursement check from the roadside assistance. Thank you!
The ladies in the front were very nice and Steve who inspected my motorcycle was very nice and funny! Being a veteran, I wasn't charged for the inspection. I had a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend them to someone else.
Was extremely rude to my husband when he got there to change the tire on a rental vehicle. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone if it’s later in the night that you need help! Would recommend the guy to get another job if he can’t handle night calls.

My son and I broke down on the side of the highway 4 hours from home and 1.5 hour from my final destination. I called AAA for tow and Steve came to my rescue. He towed us to his shop late Saturday afternoon, and took the time to try and solve the problem. Fuel pump needed to be replaced and after promising to look into it on Sunday, he drove us to the local hotel. A few hours later that night, I received a call from Dan with amazing news. He took his time to fix and replace the fuel pump. Then going the extra mile, his wife and him delivered the car over to us at the hotel.
Amazing and so accommodating. I couldn't be luckier. Best experience ever in one of the worst scenarios. These came to my rescue in every way possible. I can’t thank them enough. Thank you!

Got back from a trip and had no more charge in my EV at the airport. Called Integrity Towing and the gentlemen sent someone right away and towed us to the nearest charger. We needed a jump for our Honda Accord 8/1/23. Van came out to give us a jump. Our battery was not optimal. It was a AAA battery. He called NAPA to check on the warranty. They authorized him to give us a new battery at no charge. What great service. We’re all set thanks to Van and Integrity Towing!

Definitely the best towing company in Plattsburgh. Due to a series of very unfortunate events, I've had to use multiple towing companies in the last two months, and Integrity is the ONLY one I'd call again! They answered my call (even when Google said they were closed, though I may have gotten lucky), gave me a very fair quote to haul my vehicle a town away, and agreed to come out at a time that was best for me (first thing in the am). Best of all? THEY TAKE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT! ((EDIT: Visa or MasterCard, specifically.))Not cash only, not "debit only", legitimate credit card payment! They quoted my cost over the phone beforehand, there were no surprise fees, and they sent me a receipt promptly to an email I gave over the phone after payment. Dan originally answered my call, but all the staff I interacted with were extremely helpful and very above board. Thank you Integrity!!
wire issues ,the Technician was so good he fixed my lights after I provided them with a spare bulb, they fixed it and never changed me, they are wonderful

The service here was fantastic they helped me out when I was in a bind I need my fuel filters changed on my Kenworth t660 it was -20 the night before so my truck gelled up. they got me in and out and the desk people are awesome I just want to say thank you to them.
