Went into the store because both of my low beam headlights were out. Not knowing what the problem could have been from the bulbs to wiring, one of the employees named Jay C came out to change the bulbs in frigid temps. This employee went above and beyond which is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Jay fixed my brake light and went the extra mile when it wasn’t coming out easily, and even in 40 degree weather. I was highly impressed and grateful. Much appreciated!
Great store in Plattsburgh Ny . Al replaced my running light bulbs in my mint 02 Silverado with a smile ! At 70 years old and retired, that Oreally made my day !
I think they should pay me some gas money. Had to back and forth 3 times one day because they can’t figure out a simple part. Wrong part twice are you kidding?? Never again.

Went in earlier this week to get a part for my truck and the Store manager Josh Tackett went above and beyond to help me locate it and make sure it was the one I needed ill definitely be back next time I need another part!!
This O'Reilly Auto Parts is without a doubt the best auto part store in the area. Employees here are friendly and helpful. As a female without extensive knowledge of cars, I have been talked down to by other auto part stores in the area. I have never experienced that here and if I don't understand something, the employees will take the time to explain it without making me feel stupid!
Slightly short staffed but the worker at the counter was doing his best to be quick but still give everyone the service they deserved. They also had the part for my war when advanced auto didn’t.
I had a light out and no clue how to fix it. I’m clueless about cars! I went to O’Reilly’s for help and one of the techs there, Bryan helped me SO much! He figured out what light I needed and even put new ones in for me! He was very patient and helpful and you can bet when we been anything auto related we will go back to O’Reilly’s!! The two gentlemen inside were very nice, we placed an order and was told it would be in thursday. So we stopped in to see, the two young guys had no idea what they were doing.
The best auto parts store I've been to in a long time. The store is very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you're looking for any auto parts.
They are a bad bunch of people. The drivers will steal your calls while you're stocking the floor. Management does nothing about other driver stealing calls. They have too many drivers and not enough business, which makes the drivers take calls from other drivers because they sick of standing around not doing anything they want to be out on the road.
Great place to do business. Very friendly and helpful staff and they have always had the products that I need. If they don't stock it they can get it within a very short period of time.
Incredible customer service. Jim at the register was very knowledgeable and went beyond the call of duty to help me find the parts I needed. My first time at any O'Reilly's but wow what an impression.
