My vehicle was a total loss and Jackie was so helpful and knowledgeable, she was able to get my claim processed and Starling and Mike got me into the vehicle I wanted. They're the best dealership in jamestown ny!! Hands down!

My Ford Explorer Sport was in an accident damage to passenger side ..front door had to be replaced..The repairs Parkside did are amazing they put my tinted window back in repaired drip edges..it was ready sooner than time given at drop off..My ride looks brand new again!! Highly recommend Parkside Total Auto Care for any service needed!!

First time using Parkside for my auto repair. I highly recommend them. They were not in a hurry to do the repairs. They wanted to do the job right. The repair guys are very courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely be a repeat customer. When I needed some body work on my Volkswagen Jackie at parkside made it easy. She arranged my rental car and handled all of my insurance needs. The car was fixed and calibrated quick and looks great! I highly recommend using parkside!

I had my first accident and had my car towed to ParkSide, they were very quick responding to come and tow my car. Jackie, was very understanding of my low knowledge on insurance and how the entire thing would play out. She took her time to help me understand every step that was taken and what to do. I’ve had my car for six weeks. My check engine light has been on six times for the same thing and I scheduled a detailing. They told me it would take four hours came back the next day and it was never done. Overall, not a good experience

I was referred to Parkside bout getting body work done on my Honda Pilot. Earlier this year I was involved in a car accident that caused a lot of damage to my whole front end.. Mike went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle looks beautiful.. I have invested in a lot with my vehicle being over 200k miles and I'm very pleased to invested in Parkside Auto for my repairs! Thank you guys so much for keeping in contact for the whole process.. I highly recommend this place... Great people and awesome customer support 👍

Brought my truck down for some body work,, they sanded the truck down with the doors open, so when I got the truck back the inside was caked with dust, it was all caked inside the vents so when I put the air on all the dust got in my eyes/throat.. they cracked the vent visor, which they then replaced "free of charge" even know when I paid the bill, the price was significantly more than we had agreed. The shop painted my truck bed.. but, when they buffed the vehicle, they burnt the paint in two spots on the passenger side. When I confronted the office about the damage their secretary refused to admit any fault and also, wouldn't give me their insurance info when it was obvious I was gonna have to escalate the situation to my insurance company..

I got my car months ago, so this review is long overdue.I saw a car on their website. I called in. my dealer was Starling. I told him my budget and what I’m looking for and did my application over the phone. Took about 10 minutes. Sent over any paperwork they needed. The next week I came in and left with the car I wanted within an hour. Starling was patient, accommodating, and honestly just the best. 10/10. Highly recommend him! Also met the owner/manager, who is extremely hospitable made sure I was taken care of. I am car illiterate, and they literally took care of everything for me. My budget and Credit were not the most ideal so I did go into this with a realistic mindset and still somehow ended up with exactly what I wanted. Love them!

Kyle and his team at Parkside has been nothing but phenomenal. When it comes to buying, servicing, and detailing your vehicle this is the place to go. Top notch communication from start to finish. Can’t thank him and his team enough for always coming through for me when I’m in a time of need.

Absolutely fantastic place to buy a vehicle. We bought two Jeeps from Kyle and are extremely pleased with them. We had an issue with one of our lights and I called to see what could be done since I didn’t think it was under warranty. I always cringe when I take my vehicle in after the warranty expires, but in this case I was handed the keys and was told no charge. That’s just how they operate. Kyle will go out of his way for you. Highly recommend Parkside to anyone looking for a vehicle!!

Parkside is truly a professional auto care facility. There isn't much they can't do, sales, service, a tow, paint, glass. I've used most of their services and had a very good experience. The staff has always been respectful to me no matter. Their facility is immaculate and they alway have coffee for customers..

Starling did an awesome job helping my husband and me get into our 2017 Ford Explorer XLT. He didn’t give up until we were approved and able to take it home. He was easy to talk to, helpful and definitely someone we will go to again! We recommended my brother to him, who will be having Starling help him with the process too. I needed a car asap! And they got me into a even better one then I wanted. In and out with the car same day! Just don't forget your paper paystubs makes the process faster. Great people, low mileage on almost all cars! With no gimmicks. Will post a later update after the 6 month mark!

All I can say is WOW!! They detailed my car to a tee. From Jackie in customer service, Sam the manager and Peter transportation. Peter gave me a ride home and picked me up, pleasant conversation.
