My car was being super stubborn because someone put a part on wrong and Isaias and Aly helped me fix it. So thankful for all the hard work they did to fix it.
I wish I could have given Tiffany at Auto Zone 10 stars, I would have! My family is new to Western NY. Our new Tahoe died and we didn't know anyone like a tow truck service or mechanic. Tiffany didn't bat an eye and walked over to jumpstart it. Nothing. We were talking about it and a guy parked next to us, then he joined the conversation. It was the starter. The guy offered to install it but didn't have his tools. Tiffany to the rescue again, she made sure he had what he needed. After paying for the starter, it was installed in 30 minutes. Did I mention it was 25 degrees?? Between the two of them we drove home with a new starter. Tiffany even got a 12 volt electric blanket from her manager to help keep us warm. I'll call it our Christmas miracle. I will forever be grateful to the both of them. They want so far above to help us. Merry Christmas from The White Family:)
They have THE sweetest people ever working there. I don't know much about cars and they helped me find everything I need and made sure it was the right things for my car year and model. SUCH genuine, kind, funny, and patient people there. 10/10 recommend. They had a deal going on where I buy 5 qt oil, and an oil filter for only $30. Had the best experience there and will be going there again whenever I need help with my car.
I went in for some very expensive replacement bulbs for my headlights. Peter was extremely helpful- he first checked for a lesser priced option and then helped me find a discount. I knew the bulbs were going to be pricy already, but I really appreciated the extra time he took to try and save me a few bucks!
Purchased bulbs for my headlight at a different location. Gentleman said he couldn't do it. Came to 2nd street location and this young lady was ready to get it done and did! Highly recommend Aly and this location for great service! Thank you so much!
I bought some oil, a headlight bulb and a few odds n ends on a busy Friday afternoon. Hunter was awesome in helping me select the proper oil and headlight bulb for my vehicle. On Sunday, when i went to install my headlight bulb, I remember that Autozone will help install your headlight bulb. After a short drive to the store I met Mike V. who gladly and willingly installed my headlight bulb. Thanks so much for being more than just a parts store but a good neighbor. Got knew wipers they gave them to me .it was raining so I waited to install. It had been a week . Gave me wrong ones.never opened and just wanted right ones .but they would not . So don’t loose receipt .I will go to different store. Store in fl would have never been treated like this .and can’t leave no stars.
New store manager in here recommended her boyfriend to work on my car but it was a mistake he took forever then had me come by a second time but his girlfriend the store manager didn't want him to come out he then stopped answering the phone a month later I see him at Walmart with his girlfriend the store manager and he gets boligerent with me starts cussing and the she makes a threat towards me they both seemed to be on drugs of some kind and she was still wearing her work shirt

The team at this AutoZone work hard to make the customer happy! Thank you! I had a couple issues in the past with this AutoZone but they have changed my rating to one star to five. Managers are excellent and have a tough job. The automotive industry is vary difficult and majority of people underestimate how hard all sides of it can be.
This is the first place i go to when I need a car part. They always exchange parts when I order the incorrect part even when it's my fault. I never had a bad experience at this place.
It's been a life saver to me before and the workers are all good, I just prefer to order my parts online so the pricing isn't overinflated and I get to pick my suppliers.
I was 1st time customer. Sarah was a rock star. She not only helped pick out the right headlamp replacement for me, but when I realized I didn't have the tools to replace it myself, she came out and replaced the bulbs in my Suburban. It was a tricky job to get access to replace them. She kept a great attitude and made me feel right at home. I definitely will come here for all my auto parts from now on. Keep up the great service and neighborly culture!

Went today for some wipers, and the guys were super friendly and helpful. It took about seven minutes from when I walked in until the very kind employee put them on for me, and I went on my way. Great customer service :)
I normally wouldn’t take the time to write a review for such a small interaction, but I wanted to make sure that I give credit where credit is due. I came by because I had a check engine light on my brand new vehicle, and was greeted by Tyrell J. at the door. The reader wasn’t working for some reason and he walked back out to my car about 6 times because he was determined to help me and get the reading. He really went above and beyond to make sure I left with a reading. Service like this is really hard to come by, so thank you Tyrell for being such an amazing person! Give this guy a raise.
These guys are awesome! they went over and above and helped! I must have been back down to that store three times but they were very patient and helpful at the end of the day even though my battery was a real pain and had a lot of extra that went with getting it out ,they still helped me get the new one in the car.
( I did go to other local part stores for some of the things that day and I was met with bad customer service, an overall bad attitude, very little to no help.) I will forever and always from here on out deal with the Autozone on 2nd Street and go to them first!

A very convenient location to run into for car needs. I purchased jumper cables and the associate was friendly and knowledgeable about related items. He answered all my questions and gave me some very welcome information.
