Paid 10.5k to get a new front bumper, new hood, and have all my underneath shielding stolen never even mentioned it, only saw when I went to do my first oil change since getting it back. Plastics were never damaged to begin with, probably used for another job or on a mechanics car. When I called and asked they said they can all the mechanic and let me know within a day. Obviously no call back. For some reason, I don’t see you guys cleaning and removing whatever surface rust has started now under coating it and replacing my plastics like you rightfully should but it’s all good. You guys got your 10 grand so who cares?

My experience was awful and there work was horrible, they advocate for the insurance company . Beware of them !

The Accident Repair Center did an outstanding job on our vehicle! They completed the repairs in a timely manner and kept us updated with excellent communication throughout the entire process. They also handled everything seamlessly with our insurance company, which made the experience so much easier. Highly recommend.

The Accident Repair Center provided prompt assistance after a deer hit my vehicle. Their customer service and communication was fantastic and I now have a fabulously repaired vehicle. They dealt directly with insurance and car rental companies which kept stress off my plate, I highly recommend their service.

I had to have the tailgate on my pick up painted. They did a wonderful job! The paint matched perfect and they even fixed a few minor scratches for free. I would highly recommend their services! Thanks!

They were very polite and kept me up-to-date. Repaired the parts that needed repaired with no problems and return my car cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. I would recommend them any day.

I had my car towed to the Accident Repair Center awaiting an estimate from my insurance company. It was there for 3 days -- with NO work done by these people, and they charged $2200 for being parked in their parking lot! This business is a disgrace.

My repair work required was relatively minor - tho I did not know that until they told me. To my surprise The Accident Repair Center took care of it immediately…..at a very minimal charge. I was impressed with the housekeeping and organization. I recommend highly.

Just had my Durango’s front end repaired after some lady backed into me. They did an AMAZING job! My car was returned to be looking FLAWLESS on the inside and out! You can’t even tell the front was ever crushed! I’m so happy to be back in my vehicle! The staff were extremely professional and went above and beyond! Special thank to Stephanie & Jessica ✨

ARC had my vehicle for over a month and couldn't manage to work things out with my insurance company during that time. After WEEKS of requesting supplements from the insurance company, they still wanted me to pay $1,000 more than my deductible when my car was ready for pickup. They wanted me to pay then seek reimbursement from my insurance company. I wound up having to argue then wait 45 minutes to get my car back at the cost of my deductible. Using ARC was stressful, inconvenient, and disappointing! I won't be back!

I have had my car taken here a few times since I have had it; for a deer hit, a turkey hit, and a rear end. They were very helpful and made sure I had my rental car promptly. They talked to me and my insurance company and stayed in top of things. My car came out looking brand new each time!! Customer service 100% , Auto Body team 100%, and a fresh detail!! Would definitely recommend.

Our from the Dealership rental car was struck by a deer, totaling the front end. The Accident Repair Center made this new car, look completely brand new, to return to the dealership. You all are great!

I was rear ended in my brand new vehicle, the staff here made the whole process of getting my vehicle repaired so seamless. They kept in consistent contact through text. Which having 2 young children was so nice that I didn't have to try and sneak away for a minute to get updates. All of the staff are so nice and they think of everything to repair your vehicle and protect your possessions and preserve the inside of our vehicle.

This shop consistently communicated with me about the status of my vehicle via text without me having to pick up the phone. Their team is beyond friendly and made the pain of being in an accident easy. I would highly recommend their shop for anyone that is looking for excellent service.

Hit a small animal, beginning of November, with my car; and, had minor damage that I needed repaired. After looking over my car, the dealership removed the damaged heat shield Nov. 8 and recommended 'The Accident Repair Center' in Jamestown for the repair. So, I called them from the dealer; and, then drove to their site of business- my car WAS safe and drivable per dealership. I explained what happened and asked if they would be able to fix my car - as my insurance company waited on hold for their reply. So, I was relieved that they could do it and that they would help me make arrangements for a rent a car so I could leave my car there for the repairs. As a customer my concern and problem from this experience is as follows: Firstly: I should have been told it 'might be a WAIT and maybe a LONG WAIT to get the repairs done. Secondly: it SHOULD have been suggested that it would be better to leave the car WHEN the parts were in. Thirdly: I had a rent a car-you helped me arrange a rent a car pickup- 'HELLO '. These customer Options should have been suggested but; they were Never stated, offered nor implied. So, I left my car- expecting the best. I would receive computer generated messages 'car not completed'; but, continued checking on it and becoming concerned. The repairs weren't completed till 12/15/22, over 5 weeks later WHILE I waited, in their lounge, to pick it up. Fact my car rental insurance ran out after 1500 hours, on 12/9. I am so disappointed these fairly simple $1200.00 repairs dragged out sooo long without any consideration for me, the customer with: my limited funds, minor repairs AND a LONER CAR. You did a good job; BUT, THIS is definately NOT a 'good' business practice. Shame on you, for making an inconvenience even MORE inconvenient.

Very pleasant people to talk to. Will change rating when work is done....well,estimate was done Oct 9,2022 after I was hit. Day to drop off was Nov 21. Estimate for getting car back..Jan 13th...rental car was done on the 20th of Dec. Not cool at all..Hopefully I'll get my car back sooner rather than later

My daughter was in a minor accident at the end of August, after telling her to take it somewhere else and the that person saying to take it back to them and tell them to do their job they provided the quote to the insurance company and the check from the insurance company was written to them. The next opening they had was six weeks out, so we took it. When we dropped the car off six weeks later for repairs. Not one part was ordered from their estimate until days after we dropped it off and they could “look at it to see what it needed”. Six weeks later and many phone calls they finally had her car almost ready, there was just one more part they were waiting on. They said we could take the car however and bring it back next week to get the other part put on. That was three weeks ago and still have heard nothing from them. I get that parts have long lead times right now and even that they are really busy but to not order a part knowing the lead times until days after it arrives at your shop when you already had it for a day to provide the quote to the insurance company six weeks prior, why were parts not ordered then. I would never bring another car here if the accident happened in their driveway. It is not a one time thing my mom is currently one week three of them having her car and it is supposed to be another 4 weeks until it is done she also made her appointment six weeks prior to it arriving and they also provided her insurance company with the quote to fix it. Not sure how they stay in business but maybe they don’t want to.

Not happy after two months of waiting to get in Oct 5th came car was dropped off was told 5 to 10 days to repair that turned into 24 days had to order more parts well day 29 I stoped in to see if my car was finished lets do the paper work get it paid and you can be on your way .I said lets look at it first good thing I did paint didn't match scratch in left fender that wasn't there hood not cleaned or buffed billed for three hr hood repair? car not clean for customer right fender an door not buffed to blend there was tape lines on door you would think that if it was buffed and cleaned for customer that was billed for them services would at least try to make it look good. repairs not acceptable I can only hope that Schultz will fix this $6500.00 is a lot to pay for this level of work.

A little over 2 years ago, The Accident Repair Center repaired our 2018 Nissan Leaf that was sideswiped by another vehicle crossing the line, damaging the sheet metal from front to back. Stephanie and crew were top notch. They worked hard to source new parts, estimated the finish date accurately, gave us constant updates so we were never wondering the status. The hard to match metallic red was perfect, and the repair work has remained indistinguishable from the original even two years later. Highly recommend!

Repair Center did an excellent job replacing my damaged bumper. They worked directly with insurance adjuster in setting repair costs. Parts were ordered, painted and installed to perfection. The icing on the cake was detailing my car. WOW 🤩

After a hit and run hit my drivers side mirror I called and was told by Stephanie to stop by so they could see what needed to be done. I went in today and Greg came out to take a look, asked if I’d happen to keep the 2 parts that were left on the road after the collision- I did! He inspected everything then like magic snapped it all back together! Awesome, friendly folks and honest, professional “fixers”! Thanks Stephanie and Greg! I love my Subaru Crosstrek ♥️ ( whoever hit me must not of been driving a Subaru- their mirror was left in a zillion pieces on the pavement!

Wonderful experience with Shultz Accident repair, Stephanie, Jackie, and Greg were great to work with in getting me what I needed when this accident happened. I can't say enough about the way they took care of me. This is the way customer service should go. I don't know them outside of the repair center and no they aren't personal friends of mine, but they made me feel like I was important to them. They care about each customer. I would highly recommend Schultz Accident repair center to anyone needing their car repaired. Mine looks beautiful, and this team of people are experts in their field. I also want to mention Trevor and I hope that is his name, he was there when I picked my car up, he was a sweetheart. Sorry for the long review, but they made this accident feel like everything would be okay and it was, because of them. They helped get the info we needed to the insurance company to get claim covered. We needed the car so they organized getting the parts well we were still able to drive car. Than they got the car in on a Friday and it was done by Saturday before noon. When we went to pick up car not only was the work done but they had detailed the car inside and out!! It was like a brand new car!! Everyone was so helpful and nice!! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!! Thank you!!

They did a great job repairing the deer damage to my car. They kept me informed along the way and how the progress was going. And they cleaned my car inside and out before I picked it up. The only thing I would’ve done differently was to get an exact appointment date when they could start on my car. My car was still drivable and they had it for six days before they got it in to get it fixed. So I still could’ve been driving it for those six days.

I had to bring my 2017 Chevy Silverado to them back in November 2018 after hitting a deer they took amazing care of me helping me getting into a rental since I was having a hard time getting ahold of enterprise. They had my truck done in a week and it turned out amazing. I have brought my truck back recently for some damages over the winter and they have treated me great every time I came in. Huge thanks to Shults accident repair center.

I recently had my car repaired at Shults Accident and Repair Center in Jamestown . I was very impressed with the high degree of professionalism throughout the whole process; everything from the time I walked through the door until I picked up my car. Repairs were timely, updates were frequent and the repair work was perfect. While the car is a fleet vehicle, I thought the price was very reasonable. I want to give a big shout out to Trever Thomas - he was incredibly professional, courteous and awesome with communication and follow through. Hats off to the entire Shults team. Well-done!
