Had to have my classic car towed, the electric fuel pump failed. Called extreme auto towing in Jamestown NY. Receptionist was very friendly. She Knew exactly where I was. Said she would have someone their in 30 minutes. Almost to the minute the service was there. Chris, the driver was great. He asked what the problem was and if their was anything he needed to know about my car. Even though it started to rain, he was very careful where to hook on to have my 58 Edsel loaded on the flat bed truck. He was very professional. I would use Extreme Auto Towing again, hopefully never have to. I would recommend them to anyone, even with their classic car. Thanks very much for the great service. Rod
Great towing company! Broke down in Lakewood NY with a seized up caliper & our regular towing company couldn't make it so we called Xtreme towing. They came in about an hour, loaded up our Jeep & gave us a ride from NY to PA. Don't know his name, but was a super nice guy! Would use this company again!
Xtreme Auto succeeded where AAA failed me after my tire popped on I-86. The staff were extremely friendly, and had a driver out to me quickly, coming a decent distant away from their usual area. I could not recommend the staff here or there services more!
Incredible service!!! was stuck in Ohio and AAA canceled on us multiple times while we waited for hours. Called Xtreme and they sent someone out instantly! Life savers!!
Great service, they drove two hours to get my car and then drove it all the way back to Jamestown to a place of my choosing after triple a didn't help me.
My van got stuck in place in a parking lot during a snowstorm. Few other nearby tow companies would even answer the phone, and the ones that did were not able to come until the next day. Xtreme came within 15 minutes, plowed the parking lot, and winched me out for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
