My daughter is a student at Binghamton. She was local with some friends driving about and had a radiator / overheat issue. Called AAA and their driver (Nate) recommended Rescue Towing. He towed and left the car at the shop parking lot for me to work out the details with the mechanic (Chris). The shop has fair pricing, is honest, and has reliable service. Clear communication. I’ve taken my Volkswagen to get serviced there a couple of times and everyone is extremely professional and transparent. They also saved me time by being able to change my tires for me! They’re really a one stop shop and they give great service
I am VERY impressed! My truck broke down and I contacted Rescue towing. I did not know where to bring it to be repaired. They told me that they could do the work. The tow truck showed up and the operator was incredible. He tried to resolve the problem right there, but was unsuccessful. He showed me neat feature of the truck (way to move it from PARK). Very professional. He towed the truck to his shop. Within a hour, someone was looking at and diagnosing the issue. They contacted me with the problem, told me about the charge. The charge was very reasonable and it was done within a few hours (SAME DAY). I am SO impressed with their service, customer care and professionalism that I put their phone number in my cell phone as well as my wifes! They JUST got a new customer for my repair needs! THANK YOU for your quick, professional response!
They answered at 5pm on a holiday. Showed up with a truck and pulled me out. $ 270 seemed a little excessive for a 3 mile trip and 15 minutes work, but without them I might still be stuck.
This place save me a headache of leaving my car there when my starter went out. I called numerous places and they would not even look at my car on a late Friday. All the places in Binghamton don't work on Saturday especially mechanic shops. The tow from Rescue Towing helped me on getting my car to the shop. A shout out to Richie. What a great guy. The shop Chris contacted me and told me that I can get the car ready within the hour around 4:30 pm. My car was delivered to the shop at 3:00 pm. This saved me from taking a bus to Manhattan and returning to get my car. Chris got it done for me and truly greatful. Rescue Towing is the best.
