I had a bad experience about a missing warranty at Main Street Binghamton location. I found myself at the Endwell Main Street location here where I was met by Associate and Manager, Rachel and Phil. And let me say I have never experienced more understanding and amazing customer service. I explained my issue with my rotors and the issue I had at the Binghamton location, and Phil and Rachel both went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Not only did they fix my issue but took the time to hear me out and allow me to decompress over the issues I had with Binghamton personnel. We were able to mitigate the issue and resolve my warranty without issue. To which I even explained understanding policy and procedures. They made sure that a loyal ASE customer such as myself did not leave displeased. If I could review 10 stars I would. 110% quality service here thanks to Phil and Rachel. Those two seriously did more than help they made my bad experience one place to end greatly by the time I left. If you find yourself here these guys know what they are doing. Again ABOVE AND BEYOND QUALITY SERVICE WITH PHIL AND RACHEL THANK YOU!

Had to go back 3 times cuz they kept giving me serpentine belts instead of alternator belt that I needed. WOULDNT listen to anything I tried to say seems when looking up the part their computer clearly said serpentine belt as did the packaging. They gave me a different size every time but always the wrong size. Also exspensive vs buying online

Was helped by Rachel at the Endicott store today, and I would like to say it was the best experience I have had at that store. Which says alot becuase normaly the staff suck. Go Rachel!

Not much to tell. Went in, got blades. Checked out and left. Easy peazy. Nice staff

Have to wait 2 weeks to get into my dealership for battery issues on my car. Went in there looking for a battery. The manager I believe wanted to sell me one for $200 plus. Came back alittle later looking at some in the back and found a cheaper one somewhere else for a different battery. As my friend and I were leaving, an employee who wasnt even a part of helping me was talking to other employees about how I didnt wanna pay the money for the battery. Than he was looking out the window shaking his head. I think he was a manager and I think it was highly rude and inappropriate.

Depending on who is in turn. You might get great cs or not. My last experience negative... these clerks need to be retrained or fired.

This is the best AutoZone location. I like this place better than all the others because the employees are knowledgeable and have good work ethic. AutoZone seems to be the best of all the parts stores, lately I've been getting all my parts here. I appreciate it.

Awesome! Only place within 100 miles from me that had the starter I needed. Phil was great!

Mike was more than willing to help, even after the transaction was complete. His knowledge was very useful in a time where i was scared that my car had severe problems. I was upset that he could not accept any gratuity.

Autozone is AWFUL!! Bought an impact wrench on Friday night. Didn't even use it!! Brought it back the next morning and couldn't find receipt. They had it in the computer as definitely being purchased the night before and would only give "store credit". I called to talk with manager after getting home. I was told manager is busy and store is busy!! VERY RUDE!! Wouldn't let me talk with anybody!! I highly recommend not going to Autozone!! Got way better service from a competitor up that's up the road!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!! Never going there again and advising other people to stay away!!!

Went in to get a headlight bulb replaced for my hyundai elantra, older gentleman assisted me with getting a new one in because I couldn't get my big hands in there. Greatly appreciate the little things this place does for me. Whether it be helping me with finding the right parts, or just taking the time to understand the problem rather than jump down a rabbit hole. Definitely not con artists, nor are they lazy what so ever from what I seen. And continue to see.

Joe was very helpful by checking my old battery and then installing a new one all within 10 minutes!

I thought I was in a fast food restaraunt with all the little kids working at this store. I doubt any of them have turned a wrench in their live. I wouldn't trust any recommendations from here.

Just the best car place. The free check engine light diagnostic, the free battery test. The warranty on the battery/ parts. Staff is always chill cool car dudes. The place is endicott the staff is beyond helpful. One time, I went in, got a diag, dude didn't know the code. It bothered him lol and he looked it up, searched the part/ thing adjacent to the part the code was referring to. Then, based on my '19 Tucson he said alotta people been having this with that year and year prior... told me what to do. I did it. And boom! The dude saved my arse 1800 cuz it was a hidden scheme through hyundai warranties. I've used autozone in Phx, AZ, pitts, PA and endicott NY and I've been never disappointed, let down, upset. 6/5 stars. Now sometimes I've gone and their beat exhausted but they deal with idiots/it's tough changing batteries and tires and slaving in the hot sun all day. I can't imagine the new kid who has to be outside all day wrestling with rusty/stripped screws in weird odd angles gets paid very well. So just relate, and they open right up. Also talking to any of these bros or gals about their car, your car, their favorite car will usually put you in their favorites category. Usually and sometimes not usually.

10/10! the workers were all so kind, especially mike!! he answered all of my questions and explained things to me without making me feel inferior

Guy didn't really wanna help because it was 8:30 and closing time was coming up so he was fast talking about nothing to get me gone so.. I say don't go last minute because they won't help especially if they gotta look under the hood at something ?

They helped my mom in a timely manner. And they answered all mom's questions without problems. We'll be back anytime we need anything.

Just took my car here to get a diagnostic run. The employee that helped me in addition to being very courteous and professional stood outside to do my diagnostic in a literal severe thunderstorm. Was pretty epic. Would recommend this place to others!

Great service. Michael checked my battery after my dealer tried to scare me into buying a new one (I have less than 25K miles on it). He explained the factors that may have contributed to the readout in a concise and understandable manner.

Came in out of town, and Mike was extremely helpful in helping me to decide to DIY the repair or take it to a shop. He gave sound advice and assistance, which probably save a hundred bucks or so. Thank you so much!

Needed to have a headlight fixed on Ford F 150. I'm not very knowledgeable at all about cars. John was super nice and tried to get my old head light out for a long time. He even tried to enlist a managers help. They couldn't do it. They didn't have the part in stock but set me up with the shop in Binghamton that did. John was really nice and tried his best. Side note...My girlfriend And her dad were able to swap out the headlight at home in about 10 minutes. Not sure what the issue was that a manager could not have steered him in the right direction but I know nothing about cars so I will shut up and leave the review with John is awesome and had an awesome attitude.

Jim working the counter was the most miserable and rude disgrace I have come across in a long time!!!! Absolute disgrace!! Don't waste your time and energy in that store. Across the street is advance Auto and they are more than happy to help a paying customer. A slug like him should stay away from the customer service industry. Never again will I spend a cent in that store and I will let as many people as possible know what you have to deal with at AutoZone on main Street in Endicott!!! Live and learn! Gave 1 star because you can't leave zero!

The guy was great. I went 5 minutes before closing time. He had the item I had called in on-waiting for me. I was in and out in 5 minutes. The only reason why I didn't give him 5 stars was because the parking lot had a piece of paper flying around. Customer service- major improvement sense I was last there. Big parking lot to park your vehicle.

I ordered parts online yesterday. Paid with my card and they were ready to pick up within an hour. Went in today to pick them up. They were ready and someone was with me very quickly. I was in and out of the store within minutes. Everything was correct. If only my car worked like these guys do I'd be in better shape. That thing is a piece of garbage. This place isn't. Going to buy a Jeep.

Really good spot down in Endicott to get your car parts. If you need to get some soap for get some leather wipes too refurbish your seats this is a perfect place. The prices are pretty good and the staff seemed friendly. I would definitely recommend you to stop here for all your car needs.
