Being a single woman coming to a car place can be very intimidating, NOT here at after hours tires... the team here made me feel welcome and not pressured to get anything I didn't need! I can't say enough good things about this service center and their employees. I had an emergency situation with one of my vehicles yesterday evening and the quality of service, prompt response time and the way they went above and beyond to help me was beyond impeccable and appreciated. I was attempting to put air in my tires at a local gas station and in the frigid cold a valve stem immediately broke off causing a tire to go flat. They not only came to get my car quickly, but they were also able to repair the tire and valve stem that evening despite being closed. With service like this I won't go anywhere else and will always recommend this business to everyone.

I had a very positive experience with After Hours Tires. I called to get a quote and they were the cheapest in town by far. The tires were in the warehouse and they got them in the next day. They mounted the tires quickly and efficiently that day. I highly recommend them!

After SEVERAL terrible experiences at the dealership down the street, I called After Hours looking to price out a very specific tire that I have been faithfully purchasing For many years. I quickly learned that they have been discontinued. Dylan was SO HELPFUL, he gave me a list of tires to research and when I decided on an alternative he got them ordered and installed quickly. I will be coming to After Hours In the future for all of my vehicle maintenance needs and so will my husband!

I so impressed with this place. I came last week to get work done and they got me right in even stayed longer to work on my car and then call again this week and they got me in the next day. All the other places seem like they have no openings for weeks. I don’t know about anybody else when I need work done in my vehicle I need it done as soon as possible not in 2-3 weeks. Great staff and Troy is very knowledgeable and is very honest. Thank you again!

Had a boat given to me and the rear support broke while going down the highway, no idea what to do since it’s a boat and these guys not only towed me to safety but also were willing to and successfully put it together in such a way I was able to make the drive from NY all the way to FL. I was exhausted and accidentally overpaid the clerk who was honest and informed me of my mistake, very kind and helpful group.

They were very nice, went above to squeeze me in when i was able to come to get tires mounted and had quick service.

Woke up this morning with a flat and thought “There goes my entire day. Ugh”. But I called over to After Hours and they were able to get me in immediately. I even waited while they patched my tire and the whole thing took less than 20 mins! Super impressed with their efficiency and willingness to get the job done quickly. Highly recommend!!

I was in desperate need of a motorcycle tire at closing time on a Friday afternoon to get me back home to MD. They went out of their way to find a replacement tire, tow me to their shop, replace the tire and get me back on the road. All this after normal closing time. I've been going to After Hours Tires for years and they are always friendly, honest and have fair prices. Recently I found a screw in my tire and it was leaking air fast. I called first thing Saturday morning to see if they were open. They were only open for tow services, but were still willing to help! The mechanic made arrangements for me to come in even though they were closed. He patched it up in no time. Thank you! I highly recommend them to others and appreciate their kindness! :)

Let me start with saying they are a God send! My husband and I were traveling with our 5th wheel camper, and we got a bad flat on our camper on Highway 86. We were desperate to find a place literally after hours at 8pm. The next exit was the exit to After Hours Tires. Called them up and they told us to come right in. We were only a couple of miles away and drove it there. They were fast, efficient, and provided great customer service. We had them replace all four so we could have peace of mind and added the spare as well. They saved our trip that is on a very strict timeline. There is no other place that would have done this for us at this time of day. What a phenomenal example of a business owner caring about his customers. Thank you so much!

This company was able to have my truck fixed in less than 24 hours after it was towed into the garage that is itself speaks volumes;would recommend this company to anybody looking for trustworthy mechanics.

Apparently the place has the NY State Police working on call security. My truck got towed by them a total distance of one mile. . And when I showed up to try and get my truck back...I was told I owed $400... One mile.... An hour or so and I was there to try and get it back.... And they tell me it's $400 and the next thing I know... There's a NY State Trooper standing in the office with them. For what? I've committed no crime.... Why are the NY State Police running security for After hours tires? I'LL SAY THAT AGAIN .... WHY ARE THE NY STATE POLICE.. RUNNING ON CALL SECURITY FOR AFTER HOURS TIRES? STANDING THERE TRYING TO INTIMIDATE PEOPLE??? IS THAT THEIR JOB? TO PROTECT AND INTIMIDATE PEOPLE FOR AFTER HOURS TIRES?

I only use their towing service but they did an amazing job. Quick and friendly. Mark helped me in a very fast and professional manner. They picked up the car in 5 minutes and was super on point the whole way. Use these guys if you need a tow in the endicott/endwell area.

I have had two vehicles serviced here in the last month,both over 30 years old and well used. Service was professional and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend them to owners of old or classic vehicles for alignments as well as tire services.

After Hours Tires is the only place I'll bring my vehicle. They're very fair and trustworthy. I like their "first come, first served" approach because it's one of the few places I can get same day service. They've always treated me with the utmost respect and have been completely transparent about the services they offer. They go the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is in good running condition. For example, I had tires installed last week and needed a NYS inspection and they went ahead and bled the air from my brakes for free. They're just very friendly people and they follow the golden rule which is getting harder to find these days. I 100% recommend them!

I had just finished shopping at mall with my four children and stopped to grab dinner at Taco Bell. When we got to the car, I realized my daughter had locked my keys with my cell phone in the car! 45 minutes away from home at 730pm on a Thursday, I was panicked. I went back into Taco Bell and asked to the phone when I was met by a very nice man who overheard my situation. He immediately offered to help, and left the long line at Taco Bell to come unlock my car. Within 5 minutes I was on my way home. I cannot even describe how thankful I am for this man, I wish I would have caught his name. On top of what he had already done for us, when I got my children in the car he came and told me that there would be no charge for his service!!It felt like a miracle happened. I am so incredible thankful for his selfless act during what I'm sure was his dinner. It was so kind and thoughtful, quick and professional. He gave me his card and I will keep this in my wallet and make sure to recommend to all of my friends. Thank you again for your help! I 100% recommend supporting this local business!!
