Matthew Rhodes was my tow truck driver and he was super efficient and quick. He is a very well rounded and a sweet person. I do recommend this company in the future for all towing purposes.

100% would recommend, i was on the side of the highway and called concerned because my truck was so close to the white line. Mario showed up a little after 30 minutes of calling. He got me taken care of and was a very nice guy. He was even able to help me figure out what was going on with my truck. Needed an alternator i thought it would be much worse of an issue. Very reasonable pricing! Will call again if needed!!

Junk Car & Towing USA are one of the greatest towing company I seen in Endicott when you call them, Their customer service is excellent. They get right to work for you. there very efficient. They get the job done one of the best in the business.

Called for a jump start on a car I was taking to junk and the driver said they buy junk cars . Got more than the pick and pull place offered and they took it from my house no issues. This company came paid for the car and took it. So much easier to deal with than any other company buying junk cars.

Horrible towing and customer service! Stuck on the highway 7 minutes from their office and was given a 2 hour eta. Called after 2 hours and was given another 30 minutes. Called after 40 minutes and was greeted with a rude lady from dispatch with kids screaming in the background and then hung up and blocked.

The worst towing company ever. The dispatch are rude as hell, hang up on you and give attitude while their kids are yelling in the background. Called at 9:00 am, got a wait time of two hours and three hours later still waiting until I cancelled my service. Don’t waste your time. Pathetic company.

To slow to respond, and delayed for more than an hour after first estimate was up to 2 hrs. Office help was nice. We were broke down just ten minutes from thier address. Going to have to do better, wouldn't recommend State Farm keeping them on the list. Cancelled our service call with them.

Blew a tire, luckily I have coverage through my insurance, they assigned this company around 4pm, received a call from junk cars around 7pm saying they couldn’t find the vehicle (it’s in an open parking lot lol) was told they would check for a spare and change it and call when they were done. About 20 minutes later get another call from my insurance stating they needed to reassign a new company because they could no longer do it. So almost 5 hours later, my vehicle left unlocked with the keys in it and they didn’t complete the job! Next time I’ll be sure to have them reassign the job as soon as junk cars shows up!

Trying for over a week to receive invoice for my ins. Company. Keep giving me excuses and the woman who took my call was very rude and hung up on me. Still have not received invoice. Very poor service.

Horrible customer service. Person was real rude and kept on telling me different times. Then hung up on me and blamed it on me. Insurance company notified them at 6:10pm and here I sit at 9:30 and no tow truck. RIDICULOUS!!!. Will be filing a complaint with insurance company for this. If you can’t keep your promises, don’t make them. I wish I could give them a zero rating. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Yet another towing company that FAILS TO DELIVER ON PROVIDING TIMELY OR QUALITY SERVICE! there really should be a 0 rating position or negative rating option for LOUSY UNRELIABLE service such as they provide. They had an hour and half window to come pick up my car and tow it to the dealer and never contacted me to say they were running late or that they wouldnt be there, instead they just kept me waiting and waiting. They told my insurance company they were in route and STILL didn’t show up when they said they would! I don’t know how businesses that provide such lousy customer service stay in business, but add this place to yet another place that I will tell EVERYONE I know and work with to STAY AWAY FROM and will give my insurance company an earful about. Maybe someone will listen and save themselves time and aggregation by avoiding this place.

Set up towing job, they promised to arrive in about 15-20 min, showed up in 17. Had the car hooked up and away in about 5. Price was great, truck operator was friendly, I’d call them again.

0 stars this company is horrible I called my insurance for roadside assistance they were assigned the call driver never showed after it was insurance paying and not cash 2nd driver from the same company never showed kept pushing the time back 6hrs later still waiting in the cold with my sugars dropping don’t ever use this company

I scheduled a tow at 1pm. It is almost 5:30 pm and the driver never showed up and ignored calls from progressive for ETA updates. If they couldn't pick up my car they could have just denied the request. Will be sure not to use this company again.

Got locked out of my car. they came out fast and got me back on the road

Came and gave me more for my cars then everyone else I called showed up with cash 45 minutes after I called! Also towed my car a week later for me speedy and reasonably priced

I called for a tow and the tow driver got there pretty fast and was very respectful and give me top dollar for my Ford pickup
