Amazing experience everytime. I enjoy calling in and getting Joe. He is very friendly and gets back to you quick with questions from the crew. Meaning everyone is fast and efficient. Suellen and Dan are so warm and friendly. Greeted by wagging tails when entering to a satisfying safe ride on my way out. I enjoy every visit. They never steer us wrong!

They got me in fast, found there problem, described both over the phone and in notes the issue. Rusty's also warned me of possible upcoming issues in the future but didn't try to force me to buy or get unneeded work done. They were really nice and had great prices.

Overall great customer care. Was really nervous to take my car to any shop for the work that needed to be done. However, despite Joe being really busy, he took the time out to look at my car and schedule me an appt. I went to 2 other shops before Rustys and they didn't even blink in my direction before they said they were too busy. Joe was willing to reschedule my appointment due to late delivery of my tires. Dropped my car off around 9am and had it back by 3pm. Pricing was reasonable and fair. Even quoted me for other repairs that my car needs. Never felt pressured to get them done right away. I won't be going anywhere else for my car repairs. Thanks again!
I want to take the time to recognize this small garage! I was about 2 hours away from home with my two small children when we lost breaks. I stopped, asked if he could diagnose it quickly and he did it and fixed it all under an hour. I can not thank this man enough for his kindness and his hospitality they showed during our waiting time. Hard to come buy genuine people!!!!
Another amazing local shop. Not only did those dogs make my day but the garage did an excellent job replacing my whole engine. I was expecting it to take a very long time and was called about a week later saying I was all set. Great place. Friendly and actually did the repairs right on my 04 blazer that was leaking transmission fluid from a gasket that previous shop never replaced doing a transmission swap. I have no complaints about this business. Everything was done right
This is by far my favorite local auto shop. The staff are professional, hard working and dedicated to stellar customer service. The owners are personable too. I feel like I am at home there. Also, reasonable rates for services and always timely. The best part are the two adorable dogs, which greet me every time. I highly recommend!

rusty was in the shop on a day off plus it was a holiday, trying to catch up on things and here I come with a blown tire not only did he open up the shop he had a stock tire that fit perfectly for my car. thanks guys oh and the dogs that kept me company while he drew up the paperwork

Great business owners and great place to bring your car for repairs! He Doesn’t try to make you replace things you don’t need to or overcharge you for the work ! I was told about Rusty's Garage through a Christian sister..and she told me about their car ministry to help those in need. Hearing how he cared made me bring him my business. 3 different repairs he's made..and the last he let me post date a check till pay day..
