VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES In the Endicott store. Employee who was rude had big gage circle earrings, brown beard & hair, short and chubby. You see him beware hes rude. I went in there and asked for a turn signal bulb replacement and asked them to help me change it. Said employee copped an attitude about it & Grabbed tools went out got bulb to make sure it was correct one. I literally just bought the SUV and I didn't know. Takes it out and left it like that and refused to put it back in. My friend that was with me put it in and it didnt work. Just buying new bulbs that don't work makes no sense. I also asked for help with getting my new plates on and what screws I should use and was gonna buy new plate covers n screws but they didn't care to show me which ones would work or help..All I got was they didnt have rhe time or employees to help. Hmmm Welp I guess I should of went to AutoZone then cause I would received the customer service there. I am always told that part stores will help with minor things. Apparently, not in the Endicott store. I will never give them my business again.
They were very helpful and friendly!! We didn't have one wrench we needed and when we asked the gentleman to show us the cheapest wrenches, he said you know what, you are working in the parking lot and let us borrow one of theirs. After everything was finished, I asked if there was a place where I could wash my hands and they took me to the bathroom. I very much appreciate then allowing me to wash my hands!!! Definitely will be shopping there again for all of my automotive needs!! Thanks!!
Genuinely the nicest auto parts staff I have ever met. Extremely professional and pleasant to work with. Staff do not hesitate to help out, and the store is spotless inside.
First visit to an O'Reillys and it exceptional. Staff was very helpful and friendly, No bad attitudes or rush job. Answered all my questions and showed me where the items I needed were located. I will be back. JJ. 😊
This is the BEST new place in the Binghamton area to get car parts. They have everything! If, by chance they don't have it, they can get it over night! I am grateful for such a smoothly run organization. I have to give 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ to Hutch for not having my 2 rotors in stock and promising me that he would have them the following morning by 7:30 AM. He promised and delivered and you can stand on his word! Although I have to travel from North of Binghamton to downtown Endicott to get there, I still am truly grateful to have this business in our community and serving our automotive needs. WELCOME to the area and please open more shops in this area!
Great service, fair prices. Guy helped very well to find the correct lightbulbs for my car! Im so glad to have a great well stocked auto parts store around. No more terrible autozone
Went for exhaust gasket material. Tall guy. Invites me in back to see they did not have anything. Showed me metal material with paper backing. Said paper was pull- off. Nope. I had to show him, paper is not peel- off in back. After that said I was rude. Trying to sell me something not correct is also rude, sir. Made a crack about lords name while I was walking out of store. Won't go back.
So thankful for these guys today. I broke a VW part and panicked a little. I checked AutoZone and Advance and it was special order then I remembered O'Reilly's opened up and they had it right in stock and for a good price. It's pretty embarrassing for the other two when they have hub stores nearby and they can't manage to get something simple like a coolant pipe for 3 days.
Friendly and professional service at this location today. Clean and neat inside the building (as it should be).
So glad O’Reilly has a location in the Triple Cities now!

An auto parts store that didn't ask me the year, make and model right off the bat! Had a great conversation with the workers there. And they knew what they were talking about and help me grab some extra hardware I wasn't thinking about. Lifetime warranty!
