Don’t call this place . The worst had me waiting from 8am to 11:30 at night . Then proceeded to try to just get the car for nothing because it had no catalytic converter . And I quote you should give me the car for nothing I came here for nothing. then tried to say it was a joke very unprofessional. Will not recommend anyone to them . Bad business. Just trying to get over on people
I wish I read the reviews before calling this company. I waited for the time they told which was pretty late but I said ok because I just need this car to go it's parked horribly outside. The time is almost near I don't hear from no one I call for the person to lie and tell yes they will still be coming just for the heads-up you think I ever got one? No I could've and should've called another place like this is horrible customer service I never in all my life had a business lie to me
Honestly, deserves no stars never showed up, called and said a specific time !! when you call whoever picks up the phone is extremely rude and must not like his job
I just called to ask about selling a few vehicles and the person who just picked up the phone was UNPROFESSIONAL, After hearing the rude tone in his voice I decided not to do business with these guys. I do not and will not beg anyone to do proper business. I HAVE ALOT OF FRIENDS FROM AUTO CLUBS AND BIKE CLUBS, WE WILL NOT BE USING THIS PLACE AT ALL! CHECK THOSE ATTITUDES!!
Needed to remove 2 junk cars from my property was done within 24 hrs of getting an intial quote. Very professional and courteous would definitely use them again. Thanks for the fast and great service.
This guys are not responsible, they show up anytime they want . This guys use there personal time to then blame it on traffic . I honestly almost passed out waiting 6 hours wen they told me 30 minutes on the phone

HIGHLY RECOMMEND 844 JUNK AUTO! After driving into the City to pick up my daughters for the weekend my van's transmission went out and had to be towed to a garage where it was determined to be too expensive to repair. Not living in the City I wasn't familiar with any salvaging businesses - so after many phone calls I finally found 844. They were professional and timely in making arrangements to pick and remove the van, transfer ownership, and pay me, – all over the phone, talking back forth for a couple of days long distance.
