Great place for anything Auto. Only thing was that they didn't have 2 items that I wanted. The 5 gallon tub combo, consisting of gallon wash, fiber cloths,.. and also didn't have any plastic clips for under the hood for my Nissan Murano.

I came here to get my battery tested and possibly charged, as advertised on their website. I walk and see the big signb ehind the desk. The clerks quickly tell me, " They don't do that here." False advertising?????

I was coming to this location to have my alternator checked out and possibly the battery. out of all places that my car could’ve broke down it stopped right at the entryway of the store. The security guard immediately started barking at me, telling me I couldn’t park there, when clearly the car broke down. I’d like to point out the most people come to AutoZone because they’re having car issues and are already somewhat having a difficult day. I was able to go inside of the store and locate a cashier who said she was a manager( Dara?) She had the absolute worst attitude and disposition. When I told her my issue and ask for help, she immediately asked for security! No empathy, customer experience or sense of positive culture. I was completely wowed by the GM!! He immediately made the situation better with solutions! He went above and beyond to charge my battery for me! He was super polite, and turn my interaction into a complete positive one! I’m so thankful that they’re still human beings who exist in this world!

Worse auto zone I ever went to in my auto motive career of 40 years , they put you on hold for over 20 mins , than hang up on you , than I order parts thru my commercial account they gave me wrong belt , wrong brake pads , and wrong oil for my customers car , the worse I ever experienced auto zone location

Ended up calling and when the person answered they never told me their name and just said "Autozone." They sounded like they hated their job and had zero motivation. Anyways I asked if he can look up my warranty and since i heard no response I told him the year make and model then he then said (irritated)"You still have it on warranty you can look it up on the app next time." I told him that does he hate his job or something and also told him there was no need for him to mention that, Ive never had someone be bothered by simply asking for a warranty look up. I then asked for his name and im sure he gave me a fake name then hung up. Having an attitude like that wont get you verry far. CHECK YOUR UNPROFFESIONAL & LAZY EMPLOYEES.

This Auto Zone located 0n E149 street, Bronx NY needs to go online, the personal there do not assist customers, I am in front of the cashier asking him to get a parts. The guy don't even look at me and just walked away, I went to another cashier he did the same thing. I guess they don't really care about the job and the business, then i have to leave and buy it on Amazon. . Close the store down and open it online.

Angel was such an amazing help. I had to pull off the highway to this AutoZone location because of multiple lights on my dashboard going off at the same time. Angel was amazing, and figured out the issue with my car was having with ease. he went very in-depth with me, explaining the issues with my car and showing the products I needed to repair it with. He helped me get everything and guided me, even going as far as to direct me and instruct how I need to fix it. thanks to angel, my car is working, problem free, and I now have better knowledge of my car. Angels knowledge and kindness helped me today, and will continue to help anyone at Autozone that needs assistance!

I bought a battery with auto zone. But the battery has problème I come here for battery test and nobody helps. They told me they cannot do the battery test. Cause they don’t have the machine. That battery cost me $274.

Engine light was on. Went to have it checked out. Told no problem was found. Valvoline found issue and took care of it in 3 seconds. Great place for auto parts if you know what you need.

I'm very glad they have armed security at this place . If you don't have a reliable mechanic, you can find someone in the parking lot to help you out. Just gotta be a good negotiator and be straight to the point with your decisions when it comes to your vehicle. Their are aolt of guys who do know what their doing when it comes to working on cars out their. Just keep your head on a swivel out their , one more thing, The 40th precinct just moved in next door, so their are going to be a lot of changes hopefully for the greater good.

This was, without a doubt, the most unsatisfactory customer service experience I've encountered in the United States. Initially, the staff exhibited a distinct lack of engagement and provided no meaningful assistance in selecting the correct battery for my motorcycle. Subsequently, they simply to issue a refund for a product that proved incompatible, despite its return within minutes of purchase. While they accepted the happily returned battery, they attributed the refund denial to my bank, a claim I find baseless, as my bank functions flawlessly in all other transactions/refunds. This is an isolated incident. I strongly advise others to avoid this establishment. Should you desire a more detailed account of this incident, I will be posting a comprehensive narrative on various social media platforms and will provide a link here. To reiterate, I urge you to exercise caution and refrain from patronizing this business. This level of service is unacceptable, particularly in New York.

Definitely an AutoZone you do not want to visit! Shay, was adversarial, unhelpful, curt, and slightly sarcastic. Two other male employees in the store were outright belligerent and obnoxious. When I asked him of their name, their response was, what do you want my name for? I don't have to tell you my name. Incredible! One of these males is approximately 6'1 and look to be of Guyanese decent. The second one was in his 30s, Spanish, mostly bald. These employees were totally unruly and are better left in the street where they can't communicate on like levels. The contracted security guard was the original troublemaker. As I entered the parking lot to change the part I had purchased he tells me I shouldn't be working on my car in their parking lot. Although two other people were already started. I talked to the manager who made it clear she didn't give a damn. I decided to retrieve my support in the form of a refund and leave. I encourage the owner to look at the video of today. April 9th 2025 approximately 5:10 p.m. I am currently online returning my purchases. Never again will I come to this place!! After going to the AutoZone on Jerome Avenue, I feel as if I stepped into a well-run business. Very helpful staff, and even the security guard pitched in to save customers time!

I've gone to this auto zone so many times and it's just disappointing each time more i go. I went in looking for lights and no one helped me. I was wearing a mask so they automatically assumed I was going to steal so they sent a security to help me. The security made me buy the wrong lights. I put them on the car and they immediately burnt So I went back in the store and asked for a manager so I switched lights.They all had attitudes the person who took care of me asked me for my number and I did the switch but again it wasn't the right lights I was looking for so I waited for the next day to see if I can get the right help because the crew was not trying to get the right item for me. When I went in the next day this lady in the front was not helpful. I asked where i can find the led lights and she just pointed and had me walking all around. The manager that day was John and John also had an attitude he claimed he didn't see my transaction from yesterday when I had the receipt. The manager from yesterday was literally there listening and acted as if she didn't just see me yesterday. I don't recommend this place. They aren't helpful and don't know what they are talking about.

This place is as good as the location it's at. If you need something quick for your car try here at your own risk. They will not help because the store actually needs help. No one available to help look for a part and don't even ask about installing anything. Employees are on their phones the whole time or hiding in the back of the store. If I had the energy I would file something with the Better Business Beurou but 2025 just started and I am choosing to walk away and not look back. You should do the same

I would give this store a zero star rating if I could. The unprofessional that was displayed here around 5p.m is unacceptable. Even before arriving there, when I called to follow up on my order the employee who answered rudely put me on hold without asking and then comes back on the line having a whole conversation with someone else. Now that I’m in the store to pickup my order no one cared to help. The mirror that I ordered in that store yesterday on 9/13/2024 with the assistance of another employee who put my car information in the computer and ORDERED THE WRONG MIRROR. I paid $12 for the shipping fee to have that mirror delivered today and I wanted to know was there anyway they could’ve accommodated to the cost of the shipping fee since I’m willing to do an exchange for the right mirror and the employee who I asked said I’ll have to ask the manager and when I asked for the manager he said he’s in Burger King on break and be back in five minutes so I stepped outside to wait since I became annoyed with the overall service. I’ve waited the five minutes and came back inside and asked has the manager returned? So one of the employees went to go get the “manager” whose name is Jimmy( mind you Jimmy was there originally when I picked up the mirror and came back inside and said this mirror doesn’t appear to be the right one ). Jimmy comes out from the back and greets me “what’s up” with attitude and when I went to correct him on his unprofessional approach, instead of rectifying the situation, he proceeds to further be unprofessional. Stating he doesn’t care if I make a complaint and it’s me who came in with a bad day and I’m like no all of your employees including you is unprofessional. I’m trying to explain to him I’m annoyed because his employee yesterday ordered the wrong mirror and when I come here to even pick up my mirror you got your employees standing around talking about smoking weed and what not. That’s a place of business that’s being run by unprofessional children. To top it off the security guard stands up to approach me after I start voicing the unprofessional behavior and tells me he’s standing up to protect the employees. I told all of them y’all have to be careful how y'all handle people because you don’t know who someone knows and how they’ll react and the security guard replies “bring whoever, I’ll show you”. Like what? Sir you’re not about that life and I told him they’ll get rid of him first as a company. The whole crew besides one employee who finalized my refund was unprofessional. Regional Martinez needs to correct her store here!
