I walked into Best Buy today with the intention of purchasing an 85-inch TV for my son, ready to spend thousands of dollars. Unfortunately, the experience was beyond disappointing. The moment I entered, every manager I saw was on their phone—watching videos, scrolling, chatting—completely ignoring customers. No one greeted me. No one offered assistance. One employee was even lying on top of the electronics in plain sight, as if it were a lounge area instead of a store floor. Even when I tried to ask for help, I was ignored. The staff seemed far more interested in their personal phones than in customers ready to make large purchases. I left without buying anything because it was clear that customer service and professionalism were nowhere to be found today. As someone who has shopped at Best Buy for years, this level of disregard for customers is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately!

Is not the place; is the service employees provide to the customers. Last Friday I went to buy a tablet and Victor Cruz an excellent worker helped me and my husband with everything we need. His service was exceptional.

I purchased an air conditioner and had it installed only to find out that the air conditioner didn't work the way it was supposed to, so I wind up taking it back, Not only did they replace it, but they gave me a great deal As for my troubles, they gave me a 4 year Geek Squad Warranty plus for an extra $49 I joined with their Best Buy Plus membership which I thought it'll be well worth it. I feel the work they did with me concerning my issues was above and beyond and I look forward in doing business with them in the future.

I can understand, and empathize when a store is swamped or spread too thin, but wasting customers time (especially when you are NOT swamped or spread thin ), because you DO NOT KNOW the basic requirement that you should or at the very least guide me to the correct location within the store to help .

Been coming here for years. Came today (August 1st, 2025) as well to pre-order Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition as well as get a Best Buy Plus membership and they made it very easy on me for a smooth transaction. Going to come and pre-order Call of Duty Black Ops 7 once pre-orders for that game is also available.

Had to drive here ( for the first time) to pick up my Nintendo Switch 2. and have to say that it was a GREAT experience. I was helped by Ahman from GeekSquad and he was friendly and very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED A++

By far the worst Best Buy in NYC‼ There’s always a long line, with only one cashier open out of at least eight, while other blue shirt employees stand around doing nothing. I had a store pickup and still had to wait over 30 minutes in line, completely defeating the purpose of “store pickup” Avoid this location‼ Unorganized, poorly managed, and staffed by sluggish, unapproachable employees. It feels like a ghost store. If you value your time don’t waste it here‼

Special thank you to Enyerlin from the Window/ Microsoft department who provided me with all informations asked about different laptops’s memory ; GP’s . Additionally her patience and empathy for me to make the best decision choosing my laptop .

Poorly run and understaffed. Only one cashier with a very long line while other workers are ostensibly not doing anything. Nobody came around offering help and finding it was difficult. Worst Best Buy I’ve been to.

The employee working the counter was on her headset for the whole conversation as she stated the item I was looking for had 3 remaining in stock. Which makes me wonder if staff are hiding or stealing their own inventory as it was just released yesterday and is a hot item. She then wandered off and is currently in the TV section making chit chat with 2 other employees despite the fact that I am also looking for substitutes or items similar to the item I’m looking for.

Their charging cables are junk and always break just one month after using them, conveniently right after their standard 2 week return policy. I would advise not spending any money on them. The customer service here is on the weak side, you’ll have to haggle them to get them to honor the 1 year warranty on their branded products. There is also not very much stock in the store whatsoever, and I basically had to end up exchanging it for a longer and more expensive version that I didn’t need and make up the difference.

Tv’s, tv’s, tv’s. Beware this store in particular when it comes to buying a tv. Im not sure exactly what hier agenda is but the employee who sold me the t.V. Had the nerve to give me a secondary receipt, even after i elected to get 2 year insurance package with the damn thing. Suffice it to say the tv wasn’t all that much but what exacto is an advertisement ID? The Ip address is also one that keeps following me which is suspicious as IP addresses change with location. 192.168.10.12 or some variation of that ip address right there. Can someone tell me who does that ip address belong to. Anyways I heard that they cut a deal with Neilson family or some ish and broadcast everything that I watch. I can’t even download a browser on the tv and someone is always swapping around the configuration

Went to this location a couple of weeks ago to check out a Levano Chromebook which was on sale. It’s on the top floor and I had a hard time getting up there because of all the construction at the mall. When I got inside they had a scanning device that was supposed to alert the staff that a customer needed assistance. I was there for over a half hour and no one showed up. I saw the Chromebook and was definitely interested but, but I had a few questions. I saw one employee and without braking stride informed me that he wasn’t in customer not in customer service. Left the store and went home. The next day I decided to order it online but by then the sale was over. Very disappointing experience.

I purchased a PlayStation 5 online and chose the pick up option. Upon arriving at the designated location, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my package was ready for pickup. The queues were surprisingly short, and the customer service representatives were incredibly friendly and professional throughout my interaction. The one downside was, they didn’t have a bag large enough for my item and I had to walk out the store with a PlayStation 5 in hand. If you’re from the neighborhood you definitely know why I say walking out with a high dollar item may make you a target. However, parking is available in abundance, with a parking lot fee of approximately three dollars for a brief duration.

The staff here is absolutely amazing! I went a few times until I found the perfect laptop. The staff was helpful, engaging and informative. When you can find someone in computers. Most of the time there's no one there and it takes a while for someone to come to the laptop section when called. The prices beat anything I can find online

The service is really bad. Even though they say the product is physically in the store, it's never in stock. I'll wait for an hour because there's also a lack of staff to assist customers. I used to be a regular Best Buy customer, but their system is terrible. If I want something online, I order from Amazon. PHYSICAL STORES ARE NOT MEANT FOR ORDERING ONLINE AND THEN WAITING A FEW DAYS TO PICK UP YOUR STUFF IN-STORE. If they don’t have something, they should update their terrible system. If you want to waste your time just come to best buy.

Omg , every single bad review is true. I prefer driving to the city and have good customer service than to drive to my convenient location and have horrible customer service. I waited 20 minutes before anyone could assist me with my purchase . I had asked 3 employees for help before anyone showed up . Employees walk right pass you and will not acknowledge you unless you say anything lol. Aileen who checked me out at the register was nice That’s about it .

The costumer service here isn’t the best, they’re not very open to any conversation with the costumer, regardless of my bad experience with the associates the store have a great selections of products and variety of brands.
