John from the Geek Squad is incredible! He fixed my broken hard drive in no time and I was able to walk out with a working drive the same day! He should get a raise, a promotion, and a bonus. I am very happy with this location and I see myself coming back!

Seems like Customer Service is a thing of the past.. My experience yesterday at this location was terrible. Seems like me wanting to know the difference between a few of the TVs were a disturbance to the gentleman behind the counter. He was very dismissive and seemed to be more interested in his phone than helping a paying customer.. I ended up buying a tv because it was 2 days before Christmas but I was very upset and not comfortable with my decision to purchase after receiving such a horrible experience.. I ended up exchanging the TV at the Mt Vernon location for a better TV after the salesperson there took the time out to ensure I was getting the best TV for my family... Spending money in the community where I live is easier said than done, Id rather travel , pay a toll and burn gas rather than get treated like a disturbance when Im spend my hard earned money..

Horrible service I’m so disappointed. I order a iPad $500.00 not including the taxes. I get a box broken. No bubble packing. The iPad box had blue ink all over and black writing with a black marker. For me this is a DEMO they sent. Is going back

Update: Their more expensive cable has stopped completely working now just a few months after purchase. I would highly recommend advise not buying any Best Buy/Insignia cables as they are all junk and always end up breaking fast.
Their charging cables are junk and always break just one month after using them, conveniently right after their standard 2 week return policy. I would advise not spending any money on them. The customer service here is on the weak side, you’ll have to haggle them to get them to honor the 1 year warranty on their branded products. There is also not very much stock in the store whatsoever, and I basically had to end up exchanging it for a longer and more expensive version that I didn’t need and make up the difference.Dec 09, 2025 -

Horrible! Very nasty attitude, and the way they talk to you is outrageous! Best Buy Corporate truly needs to buckle down on who is working here to be treating customers the way they do. I spent a lot of money here, but Best Buy will no longer receive anymore from me. The manager Cesar needs training on his approach, and how to respond to situations. The way he talked to not only me, but to my mother is absolutely the worst I have ever been treated at any corporation. Best Buy you truly need to do better.

Edwin was exceptionally rude tonight. I walked the floor for 35 min. Everyone told me the managers were too busy in a netting to help me. Every associate was nasty and rude and when I met Ediwn it told me that they are following his behaviors.

I walked into Best Buy today with the intention of purchasing an 85-inch TV for my son, ready to spend thousands of dollars. Unfortunately, the experience was beyond disappointing.
The moment I entered, every manager I saw was on their phone—watching videos, scrolling, chatting—completely ignoring customers. No one greeted me. No one offered assistance. One employee was even lying on top of the electronics in plain sight, as if it were a lounge area instead of a store floor.
Even when I tried to ask for help, I was ignored. The staff seemed far more interested in their personal phones than in customers ready to make large purchases.
I left without buying anything because it was clear that customer service and professionalism were nowhere to be found today. As someone who has shopped at Best Buy for years, this level of disregard for customers is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately!Sep 23, 2025 -
Is not the place; is the service employees provide to the customers. Last Friday I went to buy a tablet and Victor Cruz an excellent worker helped me and my husband with everything we need. His service was exceptional.

I purchased an air conditioner and had it installed only to find out that the air conditioner didn't work the way it was supposed to, so I wind up taking it back, Not only did they replace it, but they gave me a great deal As for my troubles, they gave me a 4 year Geek Squad Warranty plus for an extra $49 I joined with their Best Buy Plus membership which I thought it'll be well worth it. I feel the work they did with me concerning my issues was above and beyond and I look forward in doing business with them in the future.

Had to drive here ( for the first time) to pick up my Nintendo Switch 2. and have to say that it was a GREAT experience. I was helped by Ahman from GeekSquad and he was friendly and very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED A++

By far the worst Best Buy in NYC‼
There’s always a long line, with only one cashier open out of at least eight, while other blue shirt employees stand around doing nothing.
I had a store pickup and still had to wait over 30 minutes in line, completely defeating the purpose of “store pickup”
Avoid this location‼
Unorganized, poorly managed, and staffed by sluggish, unapproachable employees. It feels like a ghost store. If you value your time don’t waste it here‼Jun 23, 2025 -
The staff here is absolutely amazing! I went a few times until I found the perfect laptop. The staff was helpful, engaging and informative. When you can find someone in computers. Most of the time there's no one there and it takes a while for someone to come to the laptop section when called. The prices beat anything I can find online

The service is really bad. Even though they say the product is physically in the store, it's never in stock. I'll wait for an hour because there's also a lack of staff to assist customers. I used to be a regular Best Buy customer, but their system is terrible. If I want something online, I order from Amazon.
PHYSICAL STORES ARE NOT MEANT FOR ORDERING ONLINE AND THEN WAITING A FEW DAYS TO PICK UP YOUR STUFF IN-STORE.
If they don’t have something, they should update their terrible system.

Going to Best Buy this afternoon was a great experience I was directed at the front door as to where the laptops were located. I was helped by sales associate Kimberly and Bonnie. I was showed wonderful laptops for my price range as well as for the purpose I was using it for! They were able to find me a great one and had no problems explaining and answering any questions I had! Thanks you guys!

The costumer service here isn’t the best, they’re not very open to any conversation with the costumer, regardless of my bad experience with the associates the store have a great selections of products and variety of brands.
