Your truck driver of trailer T1101 is unsafe. He should not be allowed to drive a vehicle. He merged late into the lane and nearly ran me off the road.
I went in yerstoday to scrap some mental I was only Gaven 9 dollars after I brought in mental fan a ac and mental grill piece I was only Gaven 8:50 I feel it was a miscalculation of the funds I was suppose to get I try to contact someone but no one has called me back yet my stuff was 85 pounds I only got 8 dollars and 50 for it

They didn’t check one number on a bunch of cats I brought them got shortchanged by at least $500-$700 bucks not worth the trip I would’ve gotten paid more if I would’ve left them in the car lesson learned
It becomes a procedure to go there because you have to separate and unload everything yourself and there's a constant weigh in process. The price of metal today it's so low that it hardly pays.
Very good company! Very good customer service, I went to sell metal, rotors and copper and they gave me very good prices.
I also went to sell catalytic converters, they bought from me with super good prices that other companies did not come close to what I was looking for.

I got to alpha recycling with about 500 pounds of copper at approximately 4:15 in the afternoon once I got there there was rushing me and being very rude saying they are about to close for me to hurry up. When in fact the the web say they close at 5pm
Before I gave them the copper they said they will give me $2.50 a pound. Once they took it and printed the receipt they only gave me 2.15 a pound and they said. They told me 2.15 not 2.50
once I said something about it,
he said “you don’t understand English.”
Then they kept speaking in there language.
I felt like they really got me !!
They never once said thank you, they was being very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable and they have no kind of customer service.
I recommend anybody and everybody to take a two minute drive or 3 min walk and go to PASCAP... pascap is very respectful they greet you, handle you with love care and respect and there customer service is amazing!!
PASCAP will give you way much more money then alpha !
For cooper pascap was giving $2.75 a pound which I could of made 1,375
and Alfa gave 2.15 which I made only 1,075
for not taking it to pascap which is only two minutes away from Alpha recycling, literally 2 mins .
I lost about $300
Have been trying to get someone to call me back from this company for over 2 weeks via email and phone calls. They do not answer their phone or respond back to customers. IGNORANT DONT DEAL WITH THEM.
I've been buying converters for few years now from repair shops and muffler shops. I started dealing with Alpha few months ago and made more money even on this bad market. Love them!!!
They are crooks I took 180 pounds of steel 20 pounds of brass and all they paid me was 4 dollars they do not look at what you dropping off they just look at the weight. They need to be closed down or give up the buisness to legitimate recycling company
Some of the people that weigh the items comes off to be very rude borderline prejudice when dealing with customers. Being that they are other places to go, when I feel incomfortable, I just leave and go to another site.
If you know cats these guy rob u they offer high numbers but every cat is a low grade and there scum worst place ever just a bunch of block heads who rob ppl
