AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Extremely bad customer service, rude people who just hang up on you without any scruples. If you don’t like your job just change carreer instead of taking it out on customers! Unprofessional! Give them a call, you’ll see what I’m talking about or better yet, don’t even waste your time and go somewhere else.
My vehicle was left in the MIDDLE OF THE STREET!! When he let my car of the dolly he almost took my front fender off. The tow truck driver was very impatient and extremely rude. When I tried to contact his dispatcher and explain my issue, she over talked me and hung up the phone. This company from the drivers to those that work in the office are VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!.
Twice I was unfortunately sent this company to assist me via Triple A. BOTH times they do send neither a person or truck that could provide the service I was requesting. I attempted to call the company three times on the day of the initial incident and the call was purposely disconnected all three times. The second time this company was sent to me the driver confirmed that in the note is specified that I requested a flatbed however yet again with consulting with me Abel automotive sent a regular tow truck. What is the biggest aggravation is the audacity that this company has to then attempt to still collect payment from Tripple A stating I refused service. I cant refuse service when the service I requested was NOT provided.
Rude drivers cutting people off like they own the road and don’t even care if you are there very unprofessional driver nearly made me have an accident.
Someone crashed into my 2016 Honda Pilot causing massive damage to my vehicle. Abel Automotive restored it beautifully. I highly recommend this place! Check out the before and after photos!
Excellent service, can't remember the driver's name, but he was simply the best. He took very good care of my touring motorcycle. Very attentive and caring as if it was his.
It depends on who you get if you get the guys from the gray tow truck run away that guy is not only uneducated and unproffesional but also a thief, I was illegally towed after being given a whole bunch of reasons, every time I discredit the reason he would give me another one and when I saw how rude and unhelpful he was I asked for a drop and was charged a tow fee and my car was driven out of the lot onto the street and being handicapped it was really inconsiderate, but when they left I noticed why he had done it he had put their yard as the address where I got my car back and the disheartening thing about dealing with him was that there was another guy with him and it seemed that he was learning about towing because he maneuver the tow truck, anyway if you see the gray tow truck coming to your rescue, call another company quick, he must likely will rob you blind.
The service that I received was great. They are very friendly and professional. If I was to ever have car trouble I will definitely give them a call without a doubt.
