When I first started coming here I had no issues and loved the customer service. As soon as I had an issue everything changed. I purchased an unusable vape and when I called to confirm I could exchange it, I was told to bring it right in and I would be taken care of. When I stopped over later that day the manager did nothing besides offer me a 15% discount on a new one. The poor customer service as soon as there’s any issue is the reason I won’t go back. Sure, the deals are great but good customer service is much more valuable than anything money can buy.
I had a great experience at Verilife. The manager, Manny was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to go over the products. You can tell he is consistently goes above & beyond for excellent customer service.
I really like Verilife. It’s in my top 2 local dispensaries. Brandon was the first employee to offer to sign me up for the rewards program. I am a huge fan of savings and really appreciated his effort. As always, the staff of Verilife are great.Brandon was extra great!

IAlways great service and care from Brandon, Eric, Sarah and the medical team at Verilife. Been with this group since they were at Stuyvesant Plaza. Easy location, good hours, and always good deals plus a Veterna discount!
It's a hot or miss and I'm not here for the inconsistency. They will have a deal and no bud, have the nerve to look me in my face and tell me that they ran out. Why would you have a deal that goes for 7 days and you don't have enough product?
Every time I come here, there is somebody who is more than willing to go above and beyond to help me and answer any questions I have. This is a clean professional establishment filled with wonderful employees like Eric, who helped me today and informed me of the early bird specials. I like that this establishment never makes you feel rushed, and that the people who work here are friendly and professional. Eric asked me a bunch of questions and got me The best price for my purchases and because of all of these wonderful things about this dispensary, I will continue to keep shopping there and going back for future purchases
Took advantage of the online sale 2 livwell ounces for 200. Bud tender Eric was amazing and patient while I checked out the COAs to make sure the terps were good. Didn’t feel rushed and when one of the products I had selected was a little low for my preference he switched it out for another. Sour fuel and purple sunset both had nice buds and reasonably fresh. I live half a mile from another local dispensary but continue to make the 13 mile trip here for the service and pricing. 10/10 experience
Dominic is the greatest budtender I have ever experienced. Additionally, he wished me a safe ride home and I avoided 3 accidents on the way home due to his good will. I will be returning just for him.

My 92 year old uncle has cancer and is not eating. His cancer dr said that marijuana products may give him an appetite. He said he would try them so we stopped by the store. The location is convenient and there is plenty of parking. The store is well laid out with a Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. He chose gummy candies that were well suited to his needs, but not too strong as he had never used marijuana before. They were very economical since they could be cut into pieces to adjust the dosage as needed. They also provided additional information to make his experience more pleasant. Thank you Verilife !
The location is decent. Selection was a little limited on concentrates. The standout part of the experience was working with Eric. He had a phenomenal personality and the customer experience was solid because of the interaction with him! I'll definitely be back.
The staff is great I came in with an issue and it was resolved immediately. Eva greeted me right way and took care of me she knows a ton. Manny was great to talk to he's like an old friend and helped out aot just like Lindsay she's a genius mad scientist had great advice and you can't forget about the backup from precious 10/10 experience

I've always had great experiences at Verilife! I always head straight to the kiosk and never need help, but the staff always offers. Today, I was greeted by Eric shortly after arriving who offered to help if needed, and then took care of grabbing the products and finalizing the sale. Eric was super friendly, and happy to be there - really great vibe to have. 11/10 would buy weed again. ✌?
Great vibes. Good prices. Even better people. Eric and I once talked about vapes and he recommended me a vessel branded battery. This battery has managed to last me over a year and a half so far and has had zero issues so far. If I had to pick one dispensary and give up the rest I would pick this one every time.
A little newer to the Albany area and I’m still discovering so many incredible dispensaries but this is definitely one of them! I always get super anxious going into a new place for the first time but everyone was so welcoming and so willing to help! Even the other customers in there were sweet. Verilife, Albany is one of the best dispensaries out there. Their great selections, and more-than-reasonable prices are phenomenal! Only $170.00 for 1 Oz. of Roasted Garlic Margy plus a 20% new patient discount, had enough to left in the budget to grab 2 packs of the raspberry gummies, which were on sale. The 2-hour drive from Manhattan through the beautiful mountains, to this treasure trove, just adds to the experience in a whole. Recommend 100%; and when you get there, ask for Montey. Brandon M. on paper, Montey, along with the rest of the team, do an amazing job setting the bar of what a caring, and well managed facility should be. Thanks again guys. For sure found my new go to.
Truly wonderful experience. Spent some time chatting with Haley about all things vapes, strains, and terpene profiles! Appreciated the recommendations as well as the guidance and help with taking out cash. Precious was also wonderful! Made the transaction process super easy and quick having set up my order ahead of time and in a matter of seconds from putting in the order. Love to the whole team!
Shopped for the first time this afternoon and had an amazing experience. The greeter was so friendly. We had a great conversation about the approaching storm. Once I entered Eric was very helpful and explained the options for my needs. He walked me through the order process and was wonderful and understanding.
