I brought my car in to be tested as my car would not start. I was helped by Zamuel. He took the time to test my vehicle and diagnose a dead battery. He helped me choose the correct battery and actually put it in for me as well. While replacing my battery he noticed my coolant was very low and showed me. He helped me top off my coolant as well. He was very pleasant, outgoing and polite. He even took the time to explain what he was doing while replacing my battery.

Was in the night of November 12, 2025 to have my battery replaced. Staff helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Very positive experience and I'd recommend this store.

Samuel was so helpful when the hood of our car wouldn’t latch. He helped us figure it out in less than 10 minutes. We can’t say enough great things about him!

I had to change my rear wiper on my suv. Initially, I had one and just wanted someone to put it on. I asked the clerk if he could put it on and if it was the right one per the make of my car. He attempted to look it up but had difficulty. So some how he decide to attempt to install the one that I brought only to find out that he did not know how to install and that it was the wrong size. Therefore, he reached to his co-worker "Z" and ask him help find the right size in the system which "Z" did. " Z" insisted that if they(auto zone) did not have the right wiper in stock for my Rogue then he would not be able to assist me with the installation because he said that my wiper did not have the "clip" need for my model. The clerk went and got the correct wiper, as I was paying for it, I asked "Z" if he would confirm if my (original) wiper really did not fit and all he kept on saying was "if we don't carry it we cannot install it. He did not even look to see that the clerk had already retrieved the correct wiper, it was on the counter and that I was getting ready to cash out. After I cashed out , the clerk went away never to return. I was left standing at the counter with my purpose waiting for someone to come and install it while "Z" was working with another customer, a female clerk as cashing out her till and another clerk emerged and ask if he can help the next customer who was standing behind me. I could definitely tell that Z had no intentions of helping me, such action is a ZERO IN MY BOOK along with the fact that the clerk who cashed me out had no CLUE OF HOW TO INSTALL A REAR WINDSHIELD WIPER. I had to ask the third clerk to assist me and he did for him I give a 5, But overall, because "Z's" funked up attitude and lack of training of the clerk a give a 2 overall customer service and for too much attitude.

At AutoZone Tyler was very helpful with a car headlight that had a lightbulb that was not working in my car. Very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure the lightbulb purchased from him resolved the issue. I am very grateful. I hope AutoZone appreciates him and realize they have a great worker there. Really impressive customer service.

I brought a battery in need of testing. They tested and got me a new one jn less than 5 minutes. Easy peasy.

Do not recommend, staff is rude, didn't help. Looked at me and just sat there. Then didn’t know how to use the device to read my vehicle to check the check engine light that was on in the car. I swear they hire anybody just to have somebody there

This place is a total mess there is 5 people working there 6 people waiting to get cashed out and the line is completely not moving for like 20 minutes and everyone has a clueless face working there horrible

Alright y'all listen up. The two gentlemen working tonight (7/27/25) Saved me. In a huge way. If I could give them more stars I would. Super patient and understanding. Walked me through what needed to be done and made sure I did it right. If your traveling and need some help go.talk to these guys.

I wasn't sure what I needed and the clerk helped me to determine the correct fluid for my car. He even went out and added it in my car. Such great service!

I came in to purchase a new wiper for my vehicle. Jake immediately assisted me and was specific to my needs. He then Gerard was nice enough to put the wiper on for me. Above all, Jake took time to explain to me various payment options using my iPhone. I am incredibly impressed with his patience and his communication skills. He deserves a high 5, a coffee or maybe even a raise! ?. Customer service brings ppl back and I will be certain to come here for all my automotive needs. Thanks guys! Amazing service. Austin went above and beyond and took care of a battery replacement on the spot for my girlfriend who was having trouble. She was turned down by another AutoZone in Halfmoon and told they didn't have anyone who could change a battery. Called over to this store and they exceeded my expectations and got it taken care of right away. Would highly recommend this team in Latham.

I ran over a screw and ended up with a flat tire. The clerk gave me step by step instructions on how to use the plug kit I was purchasing and provided me a can of fix-a-flat so I could make it to a gas station to put air in. 10 out 10 customer service would recommend this location to anyone.

On a very hot day my car wouldn't start. I called AAA, who jumped my battery and told me not to shut off my car but to drive it immediately to somewhere & buy a new battery. I went on a search for a battery, and the first 3 places couldn't help me; fourth time was a charm, as Auto Zone not only had the battery I needed but helped me immediately. I was lucky enough to have Dan come out to my car in the blistering heat and install the new battery. He was helpful and friendly and worked quickly, chatting with me the whole time. Thank you Auto Zone. Thank you, Dan!

Everybody at this Autozone It's so friendly. They go out of their way to help you. They even do things they're not even supposed to do as far as that's not their job. But they will go a step above to help a customer. I've been going here for a while. I buy all the things for my car and here. I wouldn't go elsewhere because they are knowledgeable. I came in looking for a component of my Holley Carburetor. I had no Luck finding the part number, but the team there disassembled one of their own carburetors that was the same as mine to find the exact part number. Zamuel especially helped me and was great. They are a good team and will make sure you get the correct components that you need. 11/10 job.

Clean Parking lot, friendly staff. I would have given 5 stars ?. But.. The employee helping me looked up the headlight i needed for the make and model of my vehicle and pulled it from the shelf for me. After looking at it, i said "im pretty Sure that's not the right light". Yet he continued to insist it was. So i bought it, went outside to change the bulb and BAM! Bobs your uncle.. it was indeed the wrong bulb. Which then turned intothe need to walk back in and return it for the correct item.

One day I was driving back from vacation and on the way my car got heated up and somehow I ended up here. The assistant manager Gerard and one of the staff member was so supportive to me that I am unable describe in words. My family and was able to get home with all the kinds and support. We are so grateful for the support we received. The support was beyond imaginable. Thanks a lot Gerard.

Great place to do business with! Needed windshield wipers. The representative at the store made a reasonable recommendation based on my need and installed them on the spot. The buying/installation process was quick and easy! I will continue to be a returning customer.

I drove to this location last month because a different Auto Zone didn't have one of the windshield wiper sizes I needed for my car. This was a somewhat different experience from the previous store. I was impressed with the inventory, the staff person's knowledge re: the wiper brands I'd considered, and the spontaneous offer to install both wipers on-site. He didn't try to up-sell me, or push other auto products. The store is clean and well-organized, I was greeted courteously, and it was a completely satisfactory experience. I'll definitely return to this location for my car supplies. Update 2022: Went in looking for a back support for my driver's seat after a nasty fall & injury. The employee that helped me realized that I couldn't bend over far enough to grab & check out the different models, so stayed & assisted me. Another good experience! Update 1 year later — same great service re: assistance with product selection, and a full on-site install. A shout-out to Junior for his courtesy, patience, and his persistence with a resistant rear wiper.
