This place is not good ,if you are on a load ,board , waiting to be unloaded.,6:30 am , ch3cked in , 10:am , still unloading 2300 lbs of goods .they don't unswer the ring bell at the door, in instead they have you to call , to # ,with extention # .and No one help you out..I'll mark this place as a red Flag in my load options .Not good !!!!

I placed an order online, and decided to show up about an hour before closing since I still had not received a confirmation that it was ready for pickup. I found the store closed, and was told by passersby that it had not been open all day. When I went to another NAPA location, which did not have my part, I was told that the manager here had quit and that the new manager had already taken the weekend off for her birthday. Since this is the location connected to the distribution center, they had all of the parts. Ridiculous situation that really screwed me over. Unprofessional. I don't know if NAPA is has regional management or if they are franchised but for god's sake figure out how to keep the place open during your regularly scheduled business hours. Updated: Had a normal experience, once they were open.

would give no stars but that's not an option. they close earlier than posted hours on multiple occasions. Ordered online and when i was there to pick up had three employees acknowledge that i was there but never greet or ask me any information that would allow them to assist me. stood there for 10 minutes while some guy looked in back for my order but he never asked for my name or order number so I'm not sure what he was looking for. the other 2 employees where having there personal conversation behind the paint counter with no concern that i was there not being helped. I left, not going to waste my money on a company that doesn't care about its customers.

OTR truck drivers, avoid this place at all costs. They start unloading in the afternoon, before that they work with the local trucks. If the broker tells you that your appointment is for the morning, don't believe him.

Abide by your new store hours or you’ve lost a regular customer. I do not care if you went independent but this is unacceptable to say you are open till 4 pm on Sunday and the door is locked at 2pm

I can't thank the employees of this store enough. Roy went far above his duties in helping me when my motorhome blew a fan belt on the New York thruway yesterday. He facilitated getting a hard to find serpentine belt delivered to me on Friday evening as I was stranded on the side of the highway. I unfortunately forget the name of his coworker who went out of his way, on his way home from work, to drop the belt off to me. That's just amazingly superior customer service. He checked on me throughout the evening to make sure I was ok. Because of him and Napa, we were able to to continue on to Cape Cod WITHOUT a very expensive tow bill. That right there is how you create lifetime customers!!!!! A big thanks to them and the other employee who saved a very rare vacation adventure ❤️ Picture included of the other Napa employee who delivered the belt to me. You guys rock!

If you deliver here be ready to stay forever! I’m here since yesterday with an appointment for 6.30 am today. At the moment the time is 10 am they are unloading very, very slow. No one knows how long it will take. And there are 2 other trucks waiting to get unloaded! Completely insane service! Won’t come here again! PS: To the owner - instead of wasting time answering to those who posted, may be a better idea to take care about these excessive waiting times at your location…

Yesterday I noticed my rear wiper blade needed replacement on our Audi Q7 I called to check if they had & they confirmed they did. When I arrived I met Jarame (hope I have spelling correct) who I had talked to. He was so personable as well so knowledgeable. I always have problems with installing wipers & Jarame offered to come out even though it was raining & install. Have to say thank you Jarame & have to Thank NAPA for hiring such great workers ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Although they always have the part you seem to need, they still need to work on their customer service skills after all of these years! Woman waiting on me was miserable and clearly distracted.

Best place for parts compared to the competition. Theresa (hopefully I spelled it correctly). Is awesome. She took the time to help track down the correct part after their computer showed the wrong part. You can tell she has lots of experience doing her job. Great employee and a keeper. Will be back to see her when I do my back brakes in a few weeks.

I had an an Alternator from 2004, had the receipt, no problem honoring the warranty. They even took a battery impact off the shelf, opened it to swap the pulley (machine shop was closed). Great Service! Hope the new one lasts that long!

Since this is also the warehouse, they usually have whatever part you need in stock. This means you don't have to wait a few hours for a shipment from another store. Also I work in healthcare and during the first wave of Covid, they were able to supply me with N95 mask and a hardshell hood for my PAPR, that connected to my unit at work. This was when you couldn't find PPE anywhere. These people are top notch and care.

This review is primarily for Justin @ Wolf rd location. Justin was EXTREMELY helpful for when I recently needed a new car battery. He helped me secure a AAA member discount too. Even though I wasn't sure I could break away from work to pickup...I was able to get to the store ready to ask for Justin & remind him of our conversation. To my surprise he had the battery on the counter with a post it note with my car info. NOW THAT IS SERVICE!!! Thanks Justin

Tried buying an oil filter, was told it was in stock but after waiting around for 45 minutes I decided to try another shop. NAPA is a big and successful name in the auto industry and I know they have the ability to improve the level of service.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! They will quote you one price and then when you get to the store, quote a higher price. This has happened in more than one occasion. I asked to speak to a supervisor the day this happened and they refused to allow me to speak with one. With gas being how it is, this is totally unacceptable (and a waste of time) especially when I’ve been a consistent customer at all Napa locations in my area. Will not return.

Nice shop being the area warehouse means they usually have the part in stock. Cant count tbe times i have gone to the local shop and they tell me it is at that warehouse. Worth the ride.

Exceptional and very professional experience. Able to manufacture the three level paint scheme. Excellent and simple application instruction. Very friendly and they honor the Vet & military...even got a free Hero's BB cap. Worth the trip from Albany.

The guys at this location are generally helpful and knowledgeable. One guy showed me how to use a gas canister with safety valve, as best he could. They offered to charge a battery that was purchased earlier from NAPA, at no charge (no pun intended). The only issue is that they promised to call when it is ready but did not, so I had to call to confirm. They explained the battery was completely dead and could not hold a charge, and happily sold me a new one. I comparison checked at Advance Auto Parts and got almost same price quoted,so NAPA battery prices appear competitive. Communication is not always clear and could use improvement, but overall I would say the staff do their best to be helpful.

This is the big warehouse for eastern NY. They have a dozen of everything! The counter staff is helpful and they have yet to let me down when I need a part in a pinch. This Napa also carries a full line of heavy duty truck parts, so if you need to fix a big rig on a Sunday, they've got you covered.

This place has everything! I have 2 classic cars and get all of my parts here for both. They was able to get a replacement radiator for my 84 year old car! Everyone that works there is very knowledgeable and very friendly. You can't go wrong with this store. Convenient location as well.

I like this NAPA because it is the best place to go for auto parts. They have the warehouse with pretty much everything you need. You can order your stuff online, get a discount and go pick it up at the store. Sean and Mark are both awesome guys to work with.

Always an excellent place to go for auto parts. They have all the parts you need right there in the warehouse. They have good people who know what they're doing and saying. You may find cheaper parts online, but here there is a guarantee that you'll end up with the right parts the fastest.

Called about a starter on a Sunday and I was helped by the Manager(didn't know that at the time) Tristin, he actually took the time to suggest some 'troubleshooting" ideas for my F-150. He was extremely friendly and professional. It was refreshing to deal with a person who showed real concern for a customer with an issue. I won't even think about purchasing parts anywhere else in the Future !

Biggest issue I see is they're trying to operate two businesses in one location. That would be fine and good if they had the space for it. It's not the safest setup for both delivery trucks and customer cars. As many truck drivers know, car drivers will park where they want and not think as to how much space truck drivers need to get to the docks. The dock staff is professional and patient. I don't have a rating for the store itself or its staff. Just the immediate area that I have to safely operate in.

I deal with the paint counter mostly. These guys do a great job with the paints and give me really good pricing. The parts counter also had a fuel pump in stock for my 62 cadillac last summer when i needed one NOW to go to a car show.

Don't even bother. I've been going here for years as a loyal customer. I don't do a lot of business, just my own vehicles and some friends here and there. This review is based on what appears to be a downward spiral this store has been going through over the past 6 months or so. Finally bottoming out at me going into the store to get brake parts and the first young man that tried to help me didn't know the difference between rotors and drums. Then the girl who jumped in was incredibly rude and seemed more pre-occupied with her cell phone than anything else. Then BOTH of them disappeared to supposedly find a manager and didn't return...So I wandered over to the paint counter which is closest to where they ran off to and the young lady at the paint counter was on the phone so I waited to talk to her about finding a manager myself. After standing there for some time it became apparent she was having a very personal and very long phone call while I stood waiting. She had no idea I wasn't waiting for help with any paint related items...yet she continued to argue with someone about her wedding on the phone. When she finally did hang up she said she would be right back and she left too!!!! So if you need a picture of the current situation, me standing alone in the retail store...with no one around. No one to help me and at this point a very very angry me. Needless to say I left, and when I go outside to my truck...the young lady that said she was going to get a manager was outside smoking and the other from the paint counter was walking accross the parking lot and got in her truck?!!!! The young man that was first helping me I never saw again. So yes, i'm done with this location. I'll take my business to the Central Ave or the Troy store if any NAPA at all. A long rant and my first time ever writing a review like this but I felt I had to after such a terrible experience.
