Stopped in with a nail in my truck tire. Got me in, and repaired my tire and noticed my inspection was close to being over due..Took care of that for me also. I appreciate the fact they got me in right away and got me back on the road. Thank you

Got a flat coming off the northway around 6:15. Called Firestone and they squeezed me in last min and got me in and out for basically nothing. Always been reliable and friendly and professional anytime I visit. ??

Originally had a good experience my first two times visiting this firestone. They diagnosed two small issues in my car that I had recently bought from a dealership. Fixed my issue, paid by dealer (new ball joint and control arm). These pieces went not even 2 months later and needed replacement again. When I brought the car in, they told me I needed a whole new front suspension (sway bars and inner and outer tie roads). I was told by others to get a second opinion, so I went to the Clifton Park location who told me I only need new struts and my right/left control arm and ball joint done. Replaced the piece under warranty. Will not be returning to these people, they will lie and try and take your money.

Horrendous experience. I arrived and spoke with a gentleman about having my battery replaced. Said it wasn’t a problem and I’d be on my way as soon as possible. After staring at my vehicle sitting with the hood up and nobody approaching it for over an hour, I inquired about how much time was left. The battery wasn’t ever in the building. Nobody even bothered to say anything. I would never have waited or agreed to patronize this business had I known. I was told it would arrive momentarily. It did not. Long story short, after waiting for hours I left with no battery thus meaning I cannot get to work tomorrow. If I wanted to wait hours for a battery I would have gone to the dealership and sat in a warm room, watching tv, and drinking coffee in a comfortable seat…and been home with a battery. Last visit I’ll ever make to any of this company’s locations. They cannot even be trusted to do the right thing while you’re sitting there watching.

Please avoid this shop. Technician initiatially promised a comprehensive service for a slightly above market rate. But then they did not do any of it. Minimal work job and still charged a premium

I waited four hours for an oil change and wiper blades. At three hours when I asked how long is was going to take they told me that they were waiting for the blades. I told them that I don’t need the blades. They cancelled the blades. Over $100 and 45 minutes later, I had my car. The next day, my car had a message that it had the minimum amount of oil. They never put oil in the car! So I had to take it the next day and wait two hours for them and I do what shouldn’t have been done in the first place. They took six hours of my life. It should have been 1!

TJ (manager) was great here. Had an oil change/state inspection completed on my car. Brought in my wife’s car 15 minutes later and TJ got me right in. Great service! Def recommend this location to everyone!! Thanks!!

I came in recently for help with a tire that was losing air, and the extremely helpful staff were able to fix the tire in a reasonably brief time. They saved me the money of purchasing a new tire, and the tire is now safe. I will be returning in the future!

Everyone here is always so kind to me whenever I come in. One employee, Jesse, was very kind to me and my mother at checkout. Highly recommend Firestone for all your automotive needs.

Had to order my tires from a different location because they didn’t have them here. I told them my tire size and they ordered the wrong size twice and blamed it on the new hire. I dropped my car off at 12 and got it back at 7 with no new tires

I have been going to the Latham store for more than 30 years. I have recommended it to family and friends and I am responsible for thousands and thousands of dollars worth of sales at that location. The Latham store is now a complete disaster. TJ, the new Manager, is absolutely awful. It's a shame that Firestone has no regard for long time customer loyalty.

I had an appt scheduled for tires, alignment and inspection it took 4 hours they had to go get the tires at their “ sister location” even though I had ordered them a week before which took An extra hour . I never received the hard copy of my inspection , which they said was on the seat of my car , which it wasn’t . When I called to have a copy sent to me they stated they couldn’t email it to me , when I requested it sent thru the mail they said it can’t be emailed .. very poor communication.

These guys were great! Went in on a Sunday afternoon, they were swamped. The manager said come back at 4PM. Said they would find the problem and make something happen. And they did! I was from out of state and they had me on the road the next day by 2pm. Great service!

Mike, the manager, is a great communicator with excellent customer service skills! I went in for 4 new tires and he helped me find the best tires for my needs... Not the most expensive either! The service tech recommended replacing the ball joint and Mike showed it to me and explained how critical it was to driving safety. Needless to say, I added that to the job list. Thursday I'll go in for new shocks. The Firestone credit card will allow me to divide the payments over 6 payments with no interest if I pay it off by the end of the term. The $160 rebate on the tires and $100 off for the upcoming shock replacement plus the other discounts Mike found me helped tremendously. I'll go back to Firestone in Latham for any maintenance/service needs for as long as I live in the area. Highly recommend... Great service and quality work. Thank you!

I recently had a headlight bulb replaced on my vehicle. Almost a week later, I noticed the high beam function wasn't working & I was able to get it checked out immediately. Mike personally instructed me to drive into his garage port, as he wanted to inspect it himself. After only a few minutes, he replaced the spark plug free of charge & had me out of there in record time! Keep in mind - this was an extremely busy Sunday with vehicles wrapped around the corner. I would highly recommend this shop! Thank you so much Mike!!

Mike from the front end wasn't even supposed to be in today but lucky for me he was! The tires I came to get (all 4 of them) were out of stock despite the inventory saying there was 40 plus of them. He not only called around to his sister stores who also had false stock numbers he then proceeded to find a solution to the problem and make my tire change happen. I feel very taken care of despite the glitch in the system and he is to thank. If your looking for great customer service this is the place to come!

Spencer and his team always provide outstanding service and maintenance. I know I can trust their word and work. You won't find a more trustworthy mechanic in the Upstate. This team keeps my Mini and Mazda rolling, maintained, and aligned. Coming from bad experiences with other shops, going to this shop with this peace of mind makes car maintenance a destination not a chore.

I cannot recommend this place enough. They have been servicing my 2010 Venza for years and they always do a terrific job. In addition to routine maintenance I have been in for all kinds of random problems and they have always diagnosed and fixed them. I have never felt pressured to have any extra things done or felt that they overcharged me for anything, in fact I think that their prices are very reasonable. The fellows who work here are always very nice to a (now) senior woman who knows zip about cars. I always wait for my car; their waiting area has comfy seats, a clean rest room and a soda/snack machine. They are typically very busy, a testament to how good they are. Once I had an urgent issue and they looked at the car that day even though I didn't have an appointment. I trust them completely and fully intend to keep bringing my car here for everything it needs. Although places like this sometimes ger a bad rap, this place is fantastic and I highly recommend them.

The staff is amazing! They went above and beyond to help us when we got a flat tire. Our car has non-standard sized tires, and if not for Zach and the manager fetching the right size at another nearby location, we would have been stranded for days. Thankful for the staff and a tire that works.

I am very happy with the competence and professionalism of the technicians. I had my car towed in one evening and it was diagnosed, repaired and ready for pick up by noon the next day. The cost was reasonable and the work was done right. I haven’t had issues since.

Mike did right by me and took the time to listen to my issues in a respectful and attentive manner. The front office team was great in keeping me updated. I had an issue that I thought was my alignment, and brought it back twice for them to look at it. Turned out to be an issue with my tires that they were able to figure out, without upselling me. Will never like going to the mechanics, but as far as mechanics are concerned, especially chain mechanics, these guys are A+.

This Firestone location in Latham, NY is absolutely amazing! I had some unexpected issues come up last week and then something else this week. Not only were all of the problems, tire replacements, tire repair, valve and gasket replacements, taken care of quickly and effectively but, the customer service was outstanding. Every staff member I interacted with was so kind. They communicated clearly what the problems were and what was being done to correct them. These guys went out of their way to make sure I was treated with respect and consideration. Shayne, Keith, Zack, AZ, Tim, and Mike I can not thank you enough for all your help and kindness. You guys truly knocked it out of the park for me! 10/10 recommendation for coming to these guys for your car care needs. Fantastic! Wonderful!! I can't say enough about just how great they are!

I feel really lucky to have the Firestone in my neighborhood and I recommend them to anyone. I came in for a state inspection as well as an oil change for my Audi. They use the highest grade petroleum, same exact parts and had me in and out in an hour. Fantastic work neat and tidy and Mike is super super knowledgeable and you can ask him all kinds of different questions about cars and he can explain it to you. He's genuine, not condescending and I would recommend working with him anytime you can!

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the product I received after a 2hr wait time after my sister dropped 1000$ on 4 new tires. As soon as I left, the tire light came on as well. Hopefully, the pictures will speak for themselves about the service and customer satisfaction at this location. I should have read the reviews first. If anyone else has expectations in this location, I hope this will be helpful.

Worst service ever. Aaron said he would not beat me up over matching THEIR OWN ADVERTISED PRICE. Doing me a favor by having me pay their full advertised price… !?!? Then a day later my breaks fail. Now he wants to me to pay $1000. To replace both rear calipers!?! Lucky my truck didn’t catch fire. Definitely not a coincidence and horrible service.

I would never recommend or go to Firestone ever again. I had all last 5 vehicle's tires from there. I went in June to have tires put on my new truck which cost me 1200.00. they damaged my rims an denied ever damaging my rims. Been fighting with Firestone since June... It's always the same story we'll look into it.. Not to mention their Latham NY store manager an their district manager are very rude an unprofessional.. so folks do whatever you can to stay away from Firestone Complete Auto Care Center's...

Updated: 7/2018 - service has leveled out. It's not great, and they take FOREVER, but that said, they still aren't that bad. Most visits include a "this must be done" repair, which isn't always true. Wait times are VERY long, so plan accordingly. Even with an appointment, expect 90min or more. Thankfully there is a Stewart's, Dunkin Donuts & Burger King within a few hundred feet, so you can grab a bite while you wait. Free WiFi is a great perk too, but waiting area needs a general update. Side note but the bathroom is always clean, which is rare for an auto body shop. Great credit offers and rebates balance out with average service.
