Response for flat tire was fast. Only waited @ 15 minutes. Driver, Rick, was courteous and professional. He changed the tire quick, and then offered to guide us to nearby service station to have flat fixed. He went the extra mile and was awesome! Great service!!!! Thank you.

The owner of this place went out of his way while he was driving in town with his family to help my mother with her flat tire. He changed her flat tire over to her spare very quickly. He directed her on where she could go to get the tire plugged since you could clearly see a screw in it. He even offered to have one of his Towing guys stop by in case she was uncomfortable driving the car. Very nice man to go out of his way to help while he was out with his family. He was very professional even though he wasn't even working. Kind hearted person as well. I highly recommend supporting this man's business he's a high-quality human being whose business in town deserves to be supported. He's good at what he does, he's very knowledgeable, very helpful guiding you to other places in town. I would definately use this towing service. Thanks! A++++++

Really good Company. I work in the area and my brakes stopped working on my lunch break. I went through KIA roadside assistance and they picked my car up and took it to thier shop instead thinking it was going to save me money. Afther esitmated cost I determined that it wasnt worth it to replace the parts as the car had over 120000 miles on it. They gave me cash for the car so at least I can put something downs towards a new car. Some of the best customer experience I have ever recieved from a local shop. They didnt pressure me into anything and they were very honest and upfront

Rick is the man of his ward. I got stuck with my Tesla with 0 miles completely dead he came and he virtually saved me !!! very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thank you very much Rick 🙏🙏🙏

Rick came to save me after my boyfriend locked both sets of keys in my car, and he was incredible! He took less than 5 minutes to get me back into my car!! Super friendly, amazing service 10/10 will call here again for all my future car needs!

I am an Oscar Mayer Wienermobile driver. Rick and his shop absolutely saved the day with such short notice when our big dog had a broken wiper on the way to New York City. They were able to get the Wienermobile back on the road as fast as they could with a smile on their face. If we can trust them with an American icon, you can trust them with any of your vehicle needs.

Today I needed jump after not starting my car for seven weeks. Not having road service on my insurance policy, i knew I was going to have to pay for this service. I called Knights Service Center and Rick the owner came out within 15 minutes. He was the nicest guy I had met in a long time. I generally don't write reviews but since I moved here to Hackettstown, I have done so now and once before. How refreshing it is to feel that good about a service that I feel compelled to praise them publicly. His name is Rick Knight from Knight's Service Center. Tell him Fran sent you.

Rick is outstanding! I had a flat tire and Rick came out to put the spare on for me. He was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He then went above and beyond by reaching out to me the next day to make sure I was able to get the tire taken care of. I'm so grateful for all of your help! You are much appreciated! Had Knights do a little unconventional towing by moving some utility poles between locations. Knights was the only one that was willing to work with me and the move went smoothly. Very happy and will recommend them to others.

The tow guy was great and incredibly helpful. My car wouldn’t start and I thought it needed an alternator so he came by and help me out, ended up needing a new ground cable from the battery. So we walked into AutoZone, and got the four dollar clamp tied it on enough to get to his shop, which was 10 minutes away & turned a Band-Aid into a permanent rectification. He even called on my way to his shop to make sure I was OK. Which I thought was rather kind. A great impression of how he takes care of customers. And to remind those who read this review this was at 9:30pm on a Tuesday.

My car starter motor died, and my insurance company arranged for Knight's to tow my car. The service provided by Knight's was excellent, and I would use them again. The owner was the individual who towed my car. He first checked the car to ensure that it was not a dead battery. Once my car was on the flatbed truck, he made sure to to take a specific route to avoid a low bridge.

Had a major tire blow with 4 kids in the car and he was incredibly quick and responsive. Genuinely helpful. And extremely reliable! Also very informative! Definitely recommend.

We have a 1983 Nissan 280ZX that needed towing. Rick, the owner, took extra time and care in making sure the car was loaded on the flatbed without damage to the frame or under carriage.

Extremely helpful! Rick went out of his way to help me with my tow & called from his personal cell phone to find me a tire! Rick called my cell phone to ask if I got home safely. I was stuck on I-80 with a flat tire and no jack or tools in my truck - on a late Sunday afternoon. Knight's Towing was there within 20 min and had my tire changed to the spare within minutes. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

I had a flat tire. Rick responded quickly. We discovered that a screw in the tire. He extracted it, patched, and refilled the tire. I was good to go Outstanding service.

Rick is absolutely amazing. He fixed a bent rear axle on my new (used) Jeep Wrangler for me and was amazing with what wound up being a complicated situation. Rick cares a great deal about his customers. I will always recommend him for anyone in the area and I will definitely be using him for all mechanical needs for my Jeep.

My husband and I broke down in Hackettstown, NJ on July 22, 2022. Extreme heat that day left us stranded in a parking lot. Knights Service Center came to our rescue, towed us to the shop, fixed our car, and sent us on our way. They were wonderful, caring, and courteous. Thank you so much. We totally recommend them.

I have been stranded on ty 80 W for 6 hours waiting for USAA to send someone to change my tire after it blew out. They waited so long to send someone that EVERYONE was closing and not willing to come help us. Rick from Knights Service Center was as the name states. A Knight and shining armor. He came out to change our flat when no one else would. He wouldn’t even accept a tip! He was great. And as soon as we got on the road he even called to make sure the care felt ok. I will definitely be using their services again and recommending them!

Great fast service! Tow driver Rick took good care of my car and was extra careful to not cause any damage with the towing. Very professional would recommend to anyone in a sticky situation.

This place it’s amazing, they are really helpful and kind, we have a issue in the road with our car clutch, and they come to our location, see what’s happening, telling us a many options to do, and when we decide, they towed the car, bring to they shop, and help and do everything they can do to fix our problem and help us, we are really far away from home when that’s happen, like 5 ol’ hours away… at the end we come back home happily, really nice place, excellent service and really nice persons! Rick rescued me when nobody else would! My car was stuck on the side for hours and no other tow truck company anywhere near Gladstone New Jersey would go and pick up my car. Rick agreed to not only go get my car after he was home but because the car had so many problems he took it back to his shop and then the next day towed it out to Flemington to the dealership where it needed to go. He kept me up-to-date there entire time with where he was what was happening with my car and when he dropped it off. I would definitely not hesitate to use Rick in the future!

Rick's service was impeccable and his kind nature was so greatly appreciated. I would make the trip out here again for his services any time. I'm coming from Brooklyn NY and it's more than an hour out. He was willing to stay late to ensure that our car was working properly just so we could get home safely.
