I had an encounter with the deer and my side door and mirror over the victims. The deer got up and walked away by the way. So anyway, I needed to have a mirror replaced and it needed to be done right. I was paying for this myself, no insurance. So I wanted this done right and at the right price.

Dales was not recommended to me by Allstate but I heard about him from people in my area and wanted to use him.
I don't like to leave reviews . I think the world is a little too review happy . I had to get my truck fixed because a branch fell through my windshield and hood.
Dale and all of his employees are top notch at what they do. I've been bringing my cars there for repair for 37 years, and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. When I picked up my car after this repair, it looked like it just came out of the showroom, inside and out. I couldn't be more satisfied.
Thankfully I don't need to have my vehicle repaired at a body shop too often. Dales is the best place in town, and has been the best for over 20 years running. Dales doesn't advertise because they don't need to. When you do quality work at a reasonable price, word of mouth provides more than enough customers for them to keep busy.

Dale and his employees really made the process of getting your car fixed after an accident painless. With a rear end collision and over $6000 in damage I was devastated. But Dale and his crew worked with the insurance claim people and made the process easy. I was informed of the progress along the way and they met the promised timeline. My car was like new again.

They skillfully installed aftermarket door trim on my new K5. They were easy to get a fair quote from and set up an appointment quickly. Once I arrived, they explained everything and even double checked with me before installing the trim to make sure I thought the placement would look good. 5-stars all around. Give them a try.
