Avoid this tow truck company at all costs. I was in an accident and needed my car towed to a repair shop only 14 miles away. They charged me $375 for that short tow, and the total bill came to $650, which is completely unreasonable and feels like price gouging. They took advantage of a stressful situation instead of helping. There was no transparency, no fair pricing just a rip off. If you value your money and your time, do not use this company.
Rented a U-Haul from them. The staff at Bills were outstanding. Ran out, did the hookup for me; and on return came out and quickly disconnected and I was on my way.
Bill, Paul and Bob have taken care of numerous repairs on my commercial and personal vehicles for over 20 years.

I can see why there are so many that have been towed that gave only 1 star. I am giving 2 stars because nothing horrible happened, but I could totally feel the manipulation and money focus they have. I can't believe how much they charged for the tow either. Based on the reviews I got my car out of their right away and I am glad I did. I'd recommend to anyone else to move your car out of there as fast as you can. It is interesting how all the other tow services in the area have 4.6 or higher reviews and this on is only 3.9. Things that make you go hmmmm.

Considering I ordered from Easton Pa and I called the order in it was a great experience, we will continue to order from them my sister loved her Birthday Arangement and I'm sure my mum will love hers
Got car towed here. The workers had insane attitude, charge $100 daily for holding your car, but only let you pay cash and force another driver with a valid license to be present when you are picking the car up. The people and place are the same quality as their establishment looks, insanely poor
Bob was very polite and helpful when renting the uhaul. However, uhaul themselves was a very big hassle when it came to returning the truck. I brought it back at 1 pm on sunday agust 1st when it was due by 10 pm. The uhaul app would not recognize my location regardless of my phone settings being correct. Therefore i couldnt check in my return. The truck also would not register a full tank of gas despite the pump clicking off. This stuff is not the fault of Bills auto service but i fear uhaul is gonna find a way to hammer me in surcharges. Mobile apps are great until things dont work. I called uhaul directly and there was an estimated hold time if 25 minutes whhch is unacceptable.
Very helpful returning a trailer. Nice personnel. They bailed out another location that we were supposed to return a one way rental from Virginia. Thanks!

The word THEIF!!!! is not even enough. they will rip you off on the tow.. If i would have the option for a 0 star, that would be my choice.....awful attitude, poor customer service PERIOD!!!!
Bill's towed our car after a terrible auto accident. The employees at bill's were friendly and professional. When I called later, I had the misfortune to speak to bill himself. To begin with he completely missed the point of my question. He turned out to be as foul-mouthed as he was ignorant. He did not even have the sense to cover the mouthpiece when speaking ill of a customer. Not a smart man.
This guy is the worst, most awful person ever and I would never recommend his business to anyone. He left my elderly mother without a car for FOUR WEEKS while he kept promising to change the mass air sensor, only to have her find out that he never worked on the car and had no intention of ever working on it! It hadn't moved from the parking spot where we left it. She kept waiting for someone to tell her that it was a bad joke. She could have brought the car to another mechanic weeks ago and saved a month's worth of scheduling and aggravation had this guy not been such a scumbag.
