So we were extremely worried for transaction with copart, due to all the bad reviews on this broker ( we saw them after the initial deposit). Yes, the communication is spotty, impossible to reach over a phone BUT they do answer to emails. The transaction went through smoothly, we received the title and deposit back via mail within 2.5 weeks after completed purchase. We got temporary plates from different broker to be able to operate car faster, since they do Not provide it. It is not 5 starts, but placing 5 to give other buyers peace of mind that they do in fact follow the rules that are set.

Signed up with them on a Friday, paid 600 deposit, won the auction through copart. Paid for car on monday and it arrived Tuesday. Can't speak yet for the deposit return or title but will update. So far so good, haven't tried to contact them.

literally just a scam. if you're considering this place, trust me, it's not worth the hassle of getting a chargeback on your credit card because they never delivered what they promised.

If I could give zero stars I would. This triple A has been one the worst experiences i’ve come across. Today we called in because our car broke down on highway I-80, where they told us a tow would be there at 8:35. 8:35 comes and we get no call and no text on an update and driver. We call back again and they tell us the dispatcher got our location incorrect so no one had been sent out to us that entire hour we had been waiting on the side of the highway. We call again and the supervisor STEVEN, tells us that he found a guy to tow us, he’s an hour away but will get there. An hour passes and still no text or update, so we call for the THIRD time where we are told that STEVEN never called a guy for us in the first place. We in total waited 4-5 hours for no tow to end up coming, had to pay out of our own pocket for a tow truck that came within 20 minutes. They tried offering us to leave our car on the side of the highway over night with the keys inside for someone to “come get it in the morning” which isn’t the brightest idea, considering anyone can now have access to your vehicle. Save your time and money from this place!

Website is very confusing. I accidentally registered with them 3 times ($600 each time) because their website kept glitching. I ended up calling multiple times trying to figure it out, and trying to get a refund. They said all three withdrawals ($1800 total) were refunded, and I only got one. I called this morning trying to figure out what the problem was, and the gentleman was very rude and said "You're blocked from buying from this company again. You're blocked" and hung up on me. UPDATE: They only refunded one of the three charges that they charged me ($1800 total). When I tried to get the other $1200 back, they refused to even speak to me. I had to file a fraudulent claim through my credit card. The first $600 they surrendered back to me when my CC company went after them. The last $600 charge they refused to respond to the CC company, which thankfully automatically meant I won, and got the money back. However it took four months of dealing with fraudulent claims with my CC company to get it resolved. This place is a nightmare and scam. Please stay away!

Bought a Lexus through coparts they send me a $1600 check along with the title which was my deposit I paid. I deposited the check and my bank returned what I’m assuming was insufficient funds. Calling them but no answer I emailed them still waiting for response two days later. Contacting a lawyer regarding a class action lawsuit against these crooks and Copart for allowing these guys to be brokers on their site. Update they send $1000 but still waiting on the $600 plus $8 fee my bank charged me. Never in my life have dealt with a company like this. I’m calling the attorney general as well to sue the hell out of these crooks. These crooks shouldn’t be in business they should rot in jail somewhere. I just can’t believe a reputable company like Coparts allows these garbage company on their platform. I wish I would’ve read the reviews just thought that coparts would vet their brokers better than this. I’m still not gonna give up till I get paid. These guys gonna wish they’d never done this. Finally got the rest of my refund through PayPal dispute after retrying multiple times with PayPal and multiple appeals due to past time. I still would never use this company to buy a car ever again. Case closed hope you guys rot in hell

They keep title for my car for 3 weeks now, never replied on messages, ignoring calls and mails. Also I didn’t get any update for the title of the boat what they got few days ago, what they keep with my deposit as well. Be aware guys. I just filled lawsuit against them, so I can’t wait to meet them at the court. As my lawyer says they broke many laws and consumer rights. They will learn what is the law and business rules in US. If someone else need a legal advice contact me and I will forward you my lawyer information. Don’t just write here cause they don’t care about their reviews or reputation. After this trial they will lose their business license and they will pay for all damages caused by negligence and their poor way of working.

I registered with this company to buy a car at Copart. Paid a deposit and received log in information in timely manner. Unfortunately I did not find the car I wanted, so I requested the deposit back. Received it within 3 weeks. Their website says processing time 2 weeks+ I guess around a week to receive via mail. Yes, I was charged $25 for not buying anything but it was explained to me before I registered and it's also on their website. So I was not surprised. I will register with them again, if need to buy a car at Copart.

Beware of Scam - Deposit Stolen, No Communication I feel compelled to share my unfortunate experience with AAA Auto Sales Inc. I placed a deposit for a COPART car auction and was promised transparency and excellent service. However, it has been a nightmare dealing with this company. Firstly, my deposit was taken without hesitation, but when it came to the actual auction, I discovered that the company was nothing more than a ghost entity. The auction never took place, and I have been left empty-handed. What's worse is the complete lack of communication. I have tried repeatedly to contact AAA Auto Sales Inc via phone calls and emails to address this issue, but they have gone unanswered. It's as if they vanished into thin air. I find it incredibly disappointing that a company can operate with such disregard for its customers. This is not just about losing money; it's about the principle of honesty and integrity in business. AAA Auto Sales Inc has shown neither. I have bought two cars through this broker and my experience was great comparing to the other reviews. Processing speed - It took them 10 weeks to deliver the title of the first car and 6 weeks to deliver the title of the second car. My estimate was 6-7 weeks. So, they were close. Communication - At the beginning, I called them few times to ask for clarification about few things and I wish if they answered my calls. After waiting for a couple days with no answers, I decided to email them rather than making calls. When I did, they answered most of my emails promptly. So maybe they prefer emails or texts? Either way, I got my questions answered and that's what counts. I received the deposit back with the paperwork. I thought I would have to request it and wait before they send. So receiving it fast than I estimated is great. Overall, I am happy with my experience with them. I recommend them. If I am in the market for a car from Copart, I would definitely use their help again.

I should have read the reviews. In same boat as others here. Paid deposit. Immediately called to cancel in 5 minutes. They said they will refund in max 14 days. It has been more 35 days. No one answers the phone. Can someone update on how they were able to get money back? Will dispute with CC company also.

Very poor experience working with this company, took over 2 months for my owership to arrive and they didn't include my deposit which i am still trying to get. Tried to call over 40 times on diffrent days and time and haven't gotten a single answer, as well as emailed over 30 times and only gotten 1 reply saying they'd look in to it nearly 2 weeks ago. Made the mistake of buying two cars from them haven't heard anything about the second owership. AVOID THIS BUISSNES

I deposit $700.00, they don't answer calls or reply to emails. Since I hired them through internet while I was in California, Superior Court allow me to sue them here in California. That is what I am going to do if I didn't hear back from these scammers by end of the week.

Complete scammers! We won an auction on copart and signed up for this broker since they had good reviews on copart which clearly not accurate at all! After paying the 600 dollar deposit and winning the auction, we called several times and got no answer! We were waiting for the payment information which took them 2 days. In the email they stated the due date was the same day that they email. Also said you have until 5 P.M. to send the money for the car. They left us with 5 hours to complete the transaction for the car which we saw the email when it was to late. We called and called trying to figure this out but still no answer. They sent the email last minute hoping we wouldn't complete it in time so they can keep their deposit money. COMPLETE SCAMMERS UNPROFESSIONAL SHOULD BE BANNED!

Going on two months with no deposit back, 2000 dollars. I see some folks are taking legal action so how can I participate in that? All I want is my deposit back but now reading these reviews this seems to be very common for them to keep deposits? If anyone has an attorney please let me know. Read the reviews they are all accurate, once they get your money it’s gone and it take forever to get the docs from them. Copart won’t help either. Sad because they were on the ball when they were getting the fees for the auctions. Disappointing for sure, no return calls or emails and now just a message saying they are overwhelmed with calls and can’t answer. Changing to 2 stars because after about 8 weeks I finally got my deposit back. Still disappointing, but happy to finally get me deposit back. If that part was fixed I would say 4 or 5 stars.

They never answered the phone either the emails. This is a horrible company. They have not refunded my deposit. I filed a claim with PayPal and I will contact a lawyer in New Jersey. This scamming people has to end.

The login they provided to copart did not work would not refund my $400 ...After long hasseling they refunded my money. but it should not have been that difficult. (no this is not my real name who would use their real name online? But I am a real person and I did email and call AAA auto several times to get this resolved...

I wish Id have seen these reviews sooner. They charged my card twice, i requested a refund Dec 6th and here it is February 11th. They told me they sent a check out and I already cashed it. They have $1200 of my money tied up and no idea what is going on. Im just going to file a claim with Paypal. Update, you want to comment on here and say that I was refunded yet you all called me back and said that you all were looking at the wrong account. Its kind of hard to blame the "customer" when there are numerous other reviews stating the same thing. Maybe dont screw people around. I have not been refunded anything at all ever from your company. Like i said Im filing a dispute with paypal and we will let them decide then i will come back and update everyone on how bad you all lied. Second update. Filed a dispute with paypal and was issued a refund for both transactions yet they just claimed i was already issued a refund in their response before they edited that part out. Do not use this car broker. I deactivated my account a month in advance and I never received my check in the mail. I emailed them multiple times asking questions about my check and they would not answer. I called a few weeks later and customer service told me that they did not mail my check after 3 weeks when all the paperwork was proper. I finally got Paypal involved and when I contacted AAA customer service again to try to deescalate the situation. The lady was very rude and hung up the phone saying she does not want to talk to me because I got Paypal involved and claimed that my check was mailed out a long time ago and that USPS lost my check. Overall do not use this company, all it will bring you is a headache and poor customer service.

Very unprofessional with customer service. It's been almost 3 weeks now and I still haven't received my deposit yet. I tried reaching out to them via email but did not get any response. Spoke to a rep finally and he was really rude. He told me they're having system issues and can't check anything until Monday. He later responded to my email and said check was mailed on Monday but I still haven't received it yet Advice to management; ensure to treat customers with respect!!!

Good Morning, The message is for the owner and the management. Almost two months after contract cancellation I haven't received my deposit back. According your policy the deposit will be returned back in one week. I called to your office several times. First you told me the check will come with the documents. After two weeks Elena told me she will send me the check next day. Last week and this week Monday you said the check was sent but I didn't receive it yet. Please do your job. Finally. Thank you!

Communication can be somewhat lacking but they got the job done and got the important things done when I needed them to which is what matters. I just received my ownership documents today and all is well. They also returned the remainder of my security deposit without issue. I appreciate that they got in contact with COPART when they did not mail my title quickly. AAA Auto also processed my title and mailed it out quickly after they received it. This was my first auction purchase and it was scary, but I have everything I need to continue my project. Thank you AAA, I know these are uncertain times and I wish you the best.

Dishonest company. I will not be doing business with them again. Update: To answer your response, the primary problem is that you advertised on Copart as having no sign up fees, but you kept part of my deposit as a "service fee" even though I didn't buy a car and didn't upgrade or extend the term of my account. I pay you that at sign up, you keep it, therefore it is a sign up fee. Also it took nearly a month for my account info to be emailed to me, by that time the car I wanted to buy was sold, and probably repaired and back on the road again. I have asked around about your company since then, and it seems I am no outlier

Thank you so much for helping buy and transport my two cars. My husband and i have been working with this company for about two months now, they have not disappointed us. They might take a little longer than expected to answer emails but as i was told by Elena there are a lot of customers so they get to everyone in the order they receive the emails. Not sure why people would have a problem with AAA , sometimes people just have to read and follow directions. instead of bad mouthing everyone just because it didn't go the way THEY wanted. They do everything fair, and in order. Amazing service over all!! Cant wait to do more business with you guys Thank you so much

It's been a wonderful experience since I came across them. Bought couple of cars with them and received the titles within two to three weeks and the cars arrived Nigeria on time. Their service is as if you are there handling it yourself. Especially in my country where 90℅ of everything online is believed to be fraud, the never disappointed. My only advice to them is to try and notify me anytime there's increment on service fees like Brooker fee, mailing fee and land transportation to enable me relate with my clients. Very good job. Keep it up.

Scammers scammers scammers don't deal with this company at all.. I opened a copart account through them and paid 400 $ via PayPal. Then I cancelled my account and requested a refund. I had been through full 3 months calling them to get my money back and it never happened. Everytime when I call them I speak to someone called oga. She ask me about my name and everytime she was telling me that they will send me a check after some call and nothing happened she changed the scam tactic to new one which is that she gonna refund me through my PayPal account and also never happened. After thinking I decided that it's not good to let them go with my money or people's money so I decided first to make a police report since I have my receipt that showing how much I paid and to whom. And second I decided to sue them. I will make sure to reach as many as I can of any customer also who had been scammed by them to make it a big case. I will close this scam business.

I just want to say thank you to all the customers who took the time to review this company. I was about to purchase an RV through them but after reading the reviews here I have decided to take my business to a more honest company. And I would also like to thank the owner for replying to the reviews, with the attitude that you are writing in trying to justify your horrible service, you have confirmed my suspicions that if any issues had happened during a purchase, I would have had problems with the customer service if I would have been able to get in contact with them at all.

I set up an account with them. That was a piece of cake. However, once I chose to attempt to get a refund because I didn't buy a car with them, that was a nightmare. 1. I called Elena and she happened to be out of the country without any call forwarding to anyone who could help you. (They have about 3 numbers and none of them have any continuity for forwarding, so it's like playing Russian Roulette) 2. I finally did some research into finding an alternative number and when I did, I spoke to a guy. He made things very simple. He asked my name. I gave it to him, and once he verified who I was. He read back the credit card number to me and told me it takes usually 24 hours to receive the money back on the card. Piece of cake, right? Wrong... 3. When the money wasn't refunded after about a week. I finally called all the numbers for them. The 201 number came back with an error tone. The guy's number kept ringing. So who did I get? Elena. At this point, I'm already wondering if I'll ever get my number back. They all seem to have foreign accents, Elena was out of the country by the time I wanted my money back, I'm thinking, did they just run off with people's money? Anyway, when speaking to Elena, I told her that she was out of the country when I tried to get her and I wound up speaking with the guy. When I told her about the conversation, what did she tell me? She said "no one told you that [that the refund takes 24 hours and it would be refunded to my card]" At that point, I lost it. Not only did I not get my money back, not only is there poor customer service, logistics or whatever, now she's calling me a liar! So there's a back and forth going on. She directed me to the website, while I was saying to her "Do you realize you're calling me a liar." Then she said "You're calling yourself a liar!" This was one of the worse customer service experiences I've ever had. People who don't take ownership for their faults and faulty business systems don't need to be in business (my opinion). Look, I am writing this post specifically for anyone out there who would do business with them. I warn you. Unless you are in and out of business with them within a few hours, chances are you will experience pain and possibly loss. The Bible says love your neighbor as yourself. Neighbor, I am giving you fair warning, do not go there for business. Choose another broker! In addition: Their website (and Elena) says it takes 14 days to "process" a request for a refund, and then you'll receive a check in the mail, their email address being a Gmail address as well, being that it is obvious that they don't have some major operation, could it be a Ponzi Scheme just waiting to collapse? Find out at your own risk.

Terrible overall experience, this company is an absolute scam! Please do yourself a favour and do not consider purchasing cars from this company. I saw other comments that emphasized their excellent customer service, however based on my experience I can confirm this is completely untrue. I wil briefly outline my personal situation in the hopes that it never happens to anyone else. I called the main company line 3 times (every second week) to ask for a update on the status. Every time the line was answered by the same customer service rep who seemed irritated at being disturbed and having to address CUSTOMER needs. Completely unacceptable lack of courtesy and basic human politeness. The Customer Service was both unhelpful and rude. My father purchased a car in Ukraine and was unable to correspond with the organization himself because of his lack of English skills. He asked me(a Canadian Resident) as a favour to call the company to follow up. When I called to get an update on the vehicle (it has been a month and a half at this point) I was greeted by a "manager" named Selena who claimed in an irritated manner that she is unable to provide me with any information. The second time I called in, she responded in an hostile and aggressive manner as if I am pestering her, ignoring the fact I am a customer asking completely fair questions regarding a vehicle that had been paid for. Her rationale was that the vehicle was not purchased under my name. I was left without an answer and when I threatened to escalate the issues, Olena said "do whatever you want". The fact that a person in a management role shows a severe lack of interpersonal skills and hostile attitudes, is further evidence this organization is completely incompetent from it's customer service to middle management. My recommendation to the company would be to find another manager who has the ability to address customer issues/complaints. I have called this organization 10 times and had four conversations with customer service. On my third call, the customer service rep picked up the phone and immediately hung up. This is the truly the worst customer experience I have ever dealt with in my entire life. My father also wrote numerous emails and got only one reply. My family has regretted from the very beginning to purchase a car from this company, and at this point my only hope is that NO ONE ever repeats the same mistake. They never returned the $400 upfront... TERRIBLE!!

I had a great experience. They answered all my calls and questions. I purchased a vehicle and received my documents and deposit refund promptly. Can't say enough good about using this broker for Copart. I will definitley use them again!!
