My car was totaled by my insurance company so I can’t comment on the repairs, but Bern was very open and communicated really well. I felt fully informed about everything that was going. While it lasted it was a great interaction.

I used their car rental service “GO Rentals” and found “GO” to be sooooo much better than Enterprise. The price was not outrageous & it was a 2025 & very clean, like a new car. Can’t go wrong with that.
I have had work done by the body shop and it was superb. A year later I ran into a snowbank and it knocked a piece of my door molding off. I popped into this auto body and Berns took a look and snapped it back in place with his skill. They go out of their way to help you and they’re very personable. The manager, Berns, and his staff have a true sense of community! They did an amazing job fixing my daughter's car after she was hit. I had to go in for a small repair and Berns himself took care of me knowing it was quick-fix and I that I needed to get back on the road for work. They are ALWAYS more than happy to help. I got a tour of the new facility and it is IMPRESSIVE and CLEAN! Berns shared what's done throughout the day and this crew is hard working! I highly recommend them.

I truly appreciate the excellent service provided by Bern and his team. After my car was involved in an accident, I called Bern the very next morning, and within just 10 minutes he arranged a tow truck. This was extremely helpful, as I didn’t have to wait for my insurance to take action.

Gabrielle is the best. She kept me up to date about the progress of my car repair calling every two or three days. The work on my car is excellent. I hope not to get in another accident but if I do I will be using Bridgewater Collision again.

He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Despite his busy schedule, he completed the estimate the very next day and patiently explained the repairs. I believe Bridgewater Collision was the best choice I made to have an expensive vehicle fixed. Bern, owns the company was never in a hurry to talk to you, listens to you carefully like a therapist which put me at ease from the start. Very thorough and professional. He is the people’s man, he does not give you plausible deadlines as parts are hard to find these days. Being patient with a serious dilemma means you are in the right hands to get your vehicle feeling brand new and when it was delivered, it was immaculate. I could not tell the damage I incurred. How it looked is posted here, looks brand new now.
I brought my Tucson in with a minor bumper scrape. I was fully ready for a big bill. Hunter their estimator told me he thought they could touch it up or disassemble and respray for about $1700. He said to let him try retouching which was a much lower estimate. Imagine that. Let me try the inexpensive repair first.
They gave me an appointment and said they would need 1/2 a day. Dropped the car off at 8 and it was ready at 2:30. Work was great and much less than $1700.
I worked in the automotive industry for 30 + years and you need to know this company does work for new car dealers on customer cars as well as new car inventory. New car and high line buyers are very picky. These guys do high quality work or the dealers wouldn’t use them. If you need quality paint and quality body work this is you choice in the Bridgewater area
Have to say across the board this place is great. I'm a very picky customer for when it comes to my vehicles. Had my 2014 Ram 1500 in for a dent from a tree branch on the roof. A difficult job to do according to where the dent positioned. The reason I chose this place was how clean it looked from the outside and in. Very professional people working there. Special thanks to Gabriela. She kept me up to date with the progress of my vehicle, helpful with my rental and insurance needs.. Also a special thanks to the mechanic who removed a stripped stud on one of my wheels that I've been having trouble with. Communicative, informative, professional, friendly and pleasing. Just a great staff. Great results on my vehicle. Better than expected. Definitely recommend this auto body shop to anyone. Very clean!! My stamp of approval and my lifetime auto body place. 10 stars!!!
I want to thank Berns for his exceptional service in managing the repair of our car Audi Etron. From providing competitive insurance guidance to executing the lengthy process of repair with perfection, I can assure you of his professionalism, attention to detail, and looking out for customer's interest. We had a garage door malfunction that resulted in scratching the car roof and secondary panic induced damage to the rear windshield and light. It was a big job because the whole body of the car needed replacement. Berns ensured that genuine parts are used and the workmanship is exceptional. We would recommend using this company.
Pretty excited to have my m4 back today. Got me in real quick to get my estimate done, very considerate with scheduling to make sure I wasn’t in a loaner car any longer than I had to be, I would say fast repairs given I had my car back in 8 days, and best part…it looks absolutely perfect. They not only did great work on my civic but they helped me with GEICO and Enterprise, which helped alleviate a lot of stress from an already stressful situation. My car was damaged by a careless concrete truck driver - trying to perform a K turn on a one way street - and ended up backing into the front of my car. At first the "self insured" concrete company wanted to send me to their own chop shop that has a 1 star review I said heck no, here's a list of BMW certified repair shops in NJ, choose one. They still refused so I chose one for them. After notifying my insurance and searching online for a CERTIFIED BMW repair center that also accepts my insurance, I found Bridgewater Collision Repair. I'm glad I chose them, they had to replace my hood, front bumper then paint to blend it all in. The work came out flawless and looks like it just came out of the factory. I was worried at first the paint wouldn't match, but they did a great job and I see no difference in the light or dark. No difference in colors. Bernabe was thorough and updated me throughout the process and it was done in a timely fashion. Pictures for your own pleasure.
